Nice clean apartment with a sea view and great balcony! Very well equipped kitchen and large TV with lots of channels and Netflix. Elizaveta was very responsive host and Di who welcomed us was great! Definitely will stay there again.

Wir haben 1 Monat in der Wohnung verbracht und fühlten uns sehr wohl dort. Das Apartement ist sehr gemütlich und liegt sehr günstig zu den Geschäften sowie direkt an einer Bushaltestelle und nahe zur Metro. Strand sowie Altstadtviertel sind schnell mit dem Bus zu erreichen, respektive zu Fuss. Die grosse Küche lädt zum Kochen und Verweilen ein. Die Betten verfügen über gute Matratzen, ein gemütliches Sofa und ein helles Bad runden das Ganze ab. Die Kommunikation mit Angelica war perfekt: sie ist sehr reaktiv, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Dafür möchten wir uns besonders bei ihr bedanken.

Nossa estadia em Valencia foi excelente, o apartamento é ótimo, melhor que nas fotos do anúncio! Rua tranquila e silenciosa, com mercado, farmácia e metrô muito próximos. Fácil acesso de metrô ou ônibus a qualquer área da cidade. O apartamento estava muito limpo, bem equipado, com cama e chuveiro confortáveis. A Claudia foi muito simpática e solícita conosco. Recomendamos a todos!

A spacious modern apartment with a large balcony and fabulous view 100m down the street to the sea. It’s nearer to the sea than the photos show and the communal swimming pool was the best in fact the apt is in the very best part of Gandía. Cafe on corner served delicious breakfasts and snacks and the local Spar shop has a fantastic selection of fresh fish if you like cooking. We ate in once just to enjoy the balcony dining but mostly ate out in the good variety of local restaurants. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet, mit hochwertiger Ausstattung und viel Liebe zum Detail – sogar Damenhygieneartikel waren vorhanden! Alles war blitzsauber, die Lage ist zentral, aber trotzdem mit echtem Local-Vibe. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und willkommen. Perfekt, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Ich würde die Unterkunft jederzeit Freunden empfehlen und komme gerne wieder!

I had a great stay at Jaime’ s apartment. It was very comfortable with everything I needed. It was easy to walk to most places in Valencia and easy to get cabs if needed.

Nos ha encantado estar en el apartamento de María. Hemos estado una pareja con una niña pequeña y las estancia ha sido inmejorable. El apartamento está muy cuidado, baño con una ducha enorme, salón amplio y con una tele grande, cocina cuadrada de tamaño razonable, una terraza interior anexa con lavadora y lavavajillas y dos dormitorios muy cómodos. Espectacular la terraza exterior, muy amplia y con vistas al mar, aunque no es frontal, está en una calle perpendicular al paseo. El edificio está junto a la playa, primera línea, la ubicación es espectacular. También está muy bien poder usar la piscina. María ha estado estupenda como anfitriona, la comunicación con ella fue comodísima en todo momento, resolvió todas las dudas que tuvimos y estuvo pendiente de que encontrásemos la casa con facilidad y de que nuestra estancia fuera agradable. Seguro que intentaremos volver al apartamento cuando regresemos a Gandía.

We had a wonderful stay at Alejandro's place! The house is spacious, nicely decorated and has everything you need. Beds are also very comfortable! We loved the neighborhood, quiet but with many nice cafes and restaurants (especially Casa Montaña :) and the location is also great, because you can take the metro to the center and the beach in walking distance. Definitely recommend it!

Daniela es un anfitriona 100% recomendable. Nunca había tenido tantas facilidades en un alojamiento. Estuvo siempre disponible a la hora de mi llegada y de mi salida En el apartamento estaba todo perfecto, desayuno y bebidas fresquitas No le falta detalle El Acceso al centro de Valencia es fácil hay varias paradas de autobús También Daniela nos ayudó con el aparcamiento. La atención de Wilhem ha sido maravillosa, se adaptó a nuestros horarios tanto a la llegada como a la salida. Anfitrión ejemplar. La casa está tal y como aparece en las fotos, cerca de todo lo que hay que ver en Castellón y en una calle tranquila del centro. Todo ha salido maravilloso

Wir waren mit Baby (11 Mte) und Kind (4 Jahre), es war perfekt, grösser als erwartet, blitzsauber, bequeme Betten (alles wie im Hotel), Sauna & Wirlpool, Massimo ist sehr freundlich und wir kommen definitiv wieder! Nächstes Mal mieten wir kein Auto mehr, denn das braucht es in dieser Gegend gar nicht. Die Nähe zum Strand kam uns auch gelegen.

Beautiful studio right by the beach! Pictures are spot on, very clean, very cozy! Our host Fernando goes above and beyond to orient you to the area, offer suggestions for restaurants and things to do! This was so helpful being new visitors to Valencia! ❤️ Communication was suburb!

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf! De accommodatie is ruim en straalt een echt thuisgevoel uit. De moderne keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien, wat het koken erg prettig maakte. Het was heerlijk om twee badkamers tot onze beschikking te hebben, en de aanwezigheid van een droger was een fijne extra. De ruime tuin voelde als een oase midden in de stad – perfect om tot rust te komen. De begane grond was ideaal met onze kinderwagen, en voor de kinderen was er volop speelgoed en ruimte om te spelen. Daarnaast waren tram, metro, bus en een supermarkt op loopafstand, wat het extra comfortabel maakte. Kortom, een geweldige plek waar we ons meteen thuis voelden. Zeker een aanrader! De host is super en fijne communicatie en veel leuke tips voor de omgeving. We komen graag terug.

We went to Valencia to visit the Ciutat de Las Ciencias. Pilar's place is perfectly located for this, but also for the city center, in a quiet neighborhood allowing for a 15 min walk on quiet streets until the complex, and with public transport accesible within minutes. The house was very clean, just like in the photos, perfectly functional and equipped for our stay. Pilar communicated perfectly, and was flexible for our arrival and departure. Definitely recommend.

I stayed at this property for 20 days. I highly recommend this place. It's just a hop step and a jump to the beach.

Gianina was an amazing host and her flat is absolutely perfect with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - its just adorable. The balcony is always sunny and faces the water (and the boats) and there are 15 restaurants, (2) grocery stores and plenty of beach just beyond your door. We could have stayed indefinitely in this beautiful little paradise.

Veronica und Airan waren sehr nette Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation war super. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und es gab alles was man braucht. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und ruhig, mit einem schönen Balkon mit tollem Meerblick, in einem schönen Gebäude mit Palmen und Pool. Hier hat man eine gute Kombination von Strand und Stadt, da die Busse in die Innenstadt in unmittelbarer Nähe abfahren. Ich hatte einen wundervollen Aufenthalt und werde gerne wiederkommen. Très bon séjour chez Justiniano. Prestation de l appartement très bien. Appartement bien situé pour aller à la plage à pied. Residence avec parc pour enfants, piscine (en saison) et terrain de paddle. Bus très accessible pour aller au centre ville ou à l’oceanografico/musée des sciences!

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartment in ruhiger Umgebung mit allem was notwendig ist um einen angenehmen Urlaub zu verbringen. Wir hatten das Pech während des Unwetters in Valencia zu sein, aber waren aufgrund der Lage im 6. Stock immer sicher. Super öffentlich Anbindung und Strandblick. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

La casa era comoda, confortevole e pulita. Arredata benissimo, un vero piacere passarci delle serate se non voleste visitare la città. José ed Eve sono sempre stati super reattivi e pronti a rispondere a qualsiasi cosa chiedessi nonché bravissimi a rendere questo appartamento un piccolo gioiellino. Sono molto sicura che questa casa abbia contribuito a rendere il soggiorno a Valencia unico e indimenticabile. Vi consiglio questa abitazione nel caso in cui voleste vivere il calore e l'autenticità del barrio. Spero di tornare presto!
