Simplemente una experiencia maravillosa. A la belleza de Comares se une la sorprendente Casa del Tajo, con su peculiar arquitectura y sus vistas asombrosas. Pasamos unos dias en familia 7 personas, todas confortables en esta fantastica casa, con su encanto particular. Esta muy bien equipada, con todo lo necesario para no preocuparse con nada y disfrutar la estadia. La atención de Tim y Kate es excelente, estan pendientes del bienestar de los huespedes, y responden inmediatamente los mensajes que se le envian. Han sido unos dias inolvidables, superó nuestras espectativas.

We arrived on 2nd April and wasn’t disappointed at all . We were greeted by Katia who showed us around . The place is fantastic . The hill is for everyone but we had no problems . The house is brilliant but I would say that the games rooms needs sorting out as there is gym equipment that doesn’t work . I would definitely recommend to anyone and would love to come back again . The restaurants on the sea front are amazing highly recommend the pizza place on the beach front .

We had a long stay 6 weeks in feb/march 25. our dog was with us for half of the stay. The house is as described, we had quite unusually wet weather for half of our stay but the climate control in the house worked really well so we could be warm in the cool evenings. The house is very cute and spacious and the roof terrace was amazing on the sunny days. Pia told us about some of the lovely walking routes and we enjoyed many of them. There is an easy walk to Competa ( once you get to the top of the village- which is pretty steep) it is fairly flat with wonderful views of the mountains and the sea. I would recommend Maro beach, it has parking ( in winter) and a small beach bar, lovely clear water where you can hire a Kayak 22 euro for 1 hour where you can see a fab waterfall that is only visible from the sea. Adrian's bar in Competa, great for cocktails, very chic. Pia was very responsive as was Chris who lived close by for any issues. A real home from home feel. we had a great time.

Virkelig hyggeligt, landligt, smuk natur, roligt, tapas bar lige ved siden af. Vi nød det rigtig meget. Vi var så heldig at vejret var rigtig lækkert, med blå himmel og solskin. I huset var der det vi skulle bruge. Vi var tre afsted, men der kunne sagtens være fire. Vi vil gerne komme tilbage igen.

Federico was the most wonderful host! He went above and beyond for us several times and he made our trip extra special. It was especially useful when he picked us up from the supermarket with all our groceries! The house was brilliant - we were a hen do of 16 people and it was exactly what we needed. It was well equipped - lots of fridge and freezer space and a great sound system. As well as stunning views of the sea, mountains and Malaga. Great location - close to the airport and Malaga town centre via taxis. We've had the best weekend - thank you so much Federico!

Die Finca Ortiz ist super, hat alles was man braucht, wir hatten sehr schöne Ferien und zu 4 Personen sehr viel Platz. Der Pool ist Spitze und man hat von der Terasse aus, eine schöne Aussicht aufs Meer. Was die Anfahrt zum Haus angeht, naja, gewöhnungsbedürftig, da sehr steil, eng und kurvig, für geübte Autofahrer, aber nach mehrmaligem fahren sehr gut machbar.

We felt right at home, loved the view from the place and the spanish charme! In real even better than the picture could this wonderful place decribe 🌞 we will come back for sure! and thanks for the lovely hosting, got all the information we needed and every communication went smoothly.

El alojamiento de Steve es simplemente espectacular. Las vistas son magníficas (a mi entender este es el punto fuerte del alojamiento) y las terrazas son un plus a tener en cuenta, tanto para comer con bellas vistas a Frigiliana, como para tomar el sol o hacerte una barbacoa. En lo que concierne al alojamiento en sí, todo estaba según la descripción del anuncio y funcionaba perfectamente. Los sofás son cómodos, la TV es moderna, el Wifi funcionaba perfecto, la cocina estaba completamente equipada y los electrodomésticos funcionaban según se espera. Las habitaciones son tranquilas, espaciosas y con amplios armarios. Por la noche no se escucha ni un alma, lo cual te permite descansar cómodamente. Y por último el baño también es espacioso y con luz natural. La entrada y la salida fueron sencillas y autónomas, y todo estaba muy limpio y recogido. Sin duda, muy recomendable, tanto el alojamiento como Frigiliana.

Patricia has a beautiful place in Compéta and we really enjoyed our time there. The pool was refreshing and the view was incredible. Patricia provided many amenities, including home baked goods. We loved meeting the other guests and enjoyed visiting over champagne. Plan to book well in advance if you want this place.

We really enjoyed our holiday in this very special place. The great taste in interior design, the fantastic garden with private pool and ocean view made our stay even better. If we come back to the area we will surely stay here again. Salvatore, thank you very much for letting us enjoy the pleasure of your home! The beautiful setting made it an unforgettable journey for us :-)

Location was perfect. Close to everything, restaurants, attractions and beach. The property was spacious, well equipped, nicely decorated and very clean. Beds were comfortable. The only thing was that we had to walk up the hill and stairs as the property was on top of hill. It is something to note if you are not so fit. Other than that, everything was great.

The best Airbnb we have ever rented! Location perfect, 4 mins walk to Burriana beach and a 15 min walk to the Balcon. Fantastic sunrise every morning and a spacious balcony with bbq. Kitchen had everything needed to cook meals. The pictures don’t do it justice as the bedroom is larger than is shown in the photo. Everything else is exactly as seen. You won’t be disappointed. And Iryna is charming and kind. 😊

L’environnement verdoyant est très agréable , vous pouvez passer des heures à vous détendre à la piscine sur la pelouse. La mer est à 10-15 min à pied. Le logement est super équipé même des petits parasols et chaises de plage. Tout y est 👌

The Airbnb met all our expectations and more , we stayed for a month and it felt like home. It is in a local neighborhood, the bakery is right there , market, grocery stores ,restaurants all within 2 blocks. The terrace upstairs is quite spectacular and a great place to sit and catch the sun. Pedro is a great host , he arranged a taxi to pick us up at the airport and he was available to help us out with other transportation arrangements. I would highly recommend this Airbnb.

We werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen, kregen goede instructies over het appartement en de mogelijkheden in de buurt. Daarnaast was alles aanwezig, ook douchegel, shampoo, föhn, koffie, thee, enz. Heel fijn!

What can I say about Craig’s place that hasn’t already been said other than if I could give it 100 stars, I would. My husband and I spent 8 nights in this slice of heaven and felt like we were on top of the world. From the inception of our reservation, we were well cared for by Craig and Georgina, who lives local and looked in on us. We wanted for nothing. The well appointed kitchen, beautiful linens, hot tub, pool (although weather made it too cold to swim) washer and the views. The VIEWS were magical and the stars and silence at night….beautiful. The hiking around Competa and Canillas was lovely. Craig’s info so helpful and the tourism office in Competa helped us with hikes also. We loved the Aquaduct hike from Canillas to Archez and the Goat Path from Comp to Can. Both easy! So much fun in Competa also. Bars and restaurants full of wonderful folks from all over the world. So welcoming. We loved Adriano’s in Competa as well as Alicat. Two fun places! Thank you Craig and Georgina!

Just back from a wonderful stay at Ashleigh’s gorgeous and peaceful Casa. The view from both inside the property and the terraces was absolutely spectacular at every time of day. Just like the photos. Everything worked perfectly in the home, including a high spec kitchen, and the pool was heated to a very comfortable temperature for swimming, even when the air was a bit chilly. The children were in heaven, and we especially appreciated that there was no additional charge for the heating of the pool. The view from within the pool is second to none- with snow capped mountains to the North and the sea and the Moorish castle all to behold. Truly breathtaking. The layout of the house was ideal for our family, and the location provided much-needed peace and quiet, while it was a 5 minute drive into Salobrena for all the amenities one could need. Ashleigh was very responsive to our questions. We loved every minute of our stay and are already discussing when we might visit again!

GENIAL.hemos pasado unos días estupendos. la casa es mejor que en las fotos. muy amplia y con todo lo necesario tanto dentro como en su exterior. tomar un café con esas vistas es un lujo. la zona de piscina,y barbacoa se disfruta mucho. la mejor opción para relax, desconexión y entretenimiento. Debby como anfitriona demostró gran amabilidad y nos dió flexibilidad horaria en nuestra entrada y salida. Sin duda repetiremos

It's very nice villa with all the amenities that the family needs. There were even spices and other things left in the kitchen. Very handy. The drive is up the hill and I would not recommend to walk there, especially with children. There is a lot of space in the house and the outdoor area is amazing. The jacuzzi is a plus as the swimming pool was too cold to use in April. Almuñécar is not very busy yet as it's not holiday time in Spain, again it's a plus.I would highly recommend El Caminito del Rey and the cave in Nerja if you like outdoor adventures with your family

We had a wonderful month long stay at Lorie’s beautiful villa. It was well equipped for all our cooking and hosting needs. Spacious and comfortable for a group of 8. We enjoyed walking down the hill to the beach (20 min) and taking day trips to nearby Nerja, Granada, Malaga, Solabrena, and further to Seville and Ronda. Watching the sunrise over the hills and sea from the front patio with the stunning view will be etched in our memories of this happy time in La Herradura. The village itself is quiet and less touristy than others but with plenty of restaurants and activities for the family. Lorie was quick to respond to all our requests and a gracious host.

We had a wonderful visit. Communication was totally responsive. Village a delight. Everything as expected.

From start to finish staying at Casa Rey was a first class experience. The communication from Debbie was great. We asked loads of questions and always received a prompt response. Although like many villas it was off the main road, the directions and helpful pin drop made finding the villa at night no problem at all. The villa and apartment were spotlessly clean, very well equipped and just as described. But the best bit came in the morning when you open the shutters for the first time, the view was breathtaking, total paradise. There were six of us staying at the villa, including four teenagers and they liked nothing better than lounging around the pool all day, particularly as the WiFi was so good. Competa town is a short drive away and we had some lovely evenings out at local restaurants/bars, with Casa Adriano being our favourite, if you get the opportunity try the tex mex nachos in the day time (food is served until 6pm). We will definitely be back to stay at Casa Rey.
