We liked staying at this condo because... 1. of the location. We went to several beaches in Cancun and this was the prettiest with its turquoise, clear water and soft sand. It was also right across the street from a supermarket and lots of restaurants. 2. you can wake up every morning to a beautiful sunrise from your bed or balcony. 3. it had everything we needed to make our stay more comfortable like a water dispenser that dispensed cold water and a drying rack that dried our towels and bathing suits like my dryer at home. Villas Mariln is like me. Built awhile a go and is showing it's age but everything is still operational and functional. If you want perfection like Club Med, then this isn't for you. Feel free to pay way more to experience the same beautiful parts of Cancun. Yet, if you want an affordable way to stay in one of the most beautiful places than this condo is just perfect.

We LOVED staying at Elizabeth’s place. This building is amazing because of its views, pool and beach. We only had a party of two so we loved having separate rooms. I will never get over the view from the master bedroom! Beach access was so easy and we loved just walking up and down to find restaurants. There was a ferry to isla mujeres right next door so we also utilized that. The rooms were very nice and clean! Elizabeth is so quick at replying and helped us even weeks before our trip. We even got our airport rides through her! She had everything we could’ve needed for a 5 day stay. I could see this being a great place for a family of four or five staying, or, like us, young women looking to relax! We ate out for most meals as we didn’t want to uber to a grocery store but there was plenty of convenience stores and restaurants near us. Stay here and enjoy this beautiful area of Cancun!! Beautiful location and views of ocean. Close to bars, restaurants , etc. but quiet at night.

My aunt and I had an amazing time at Rosina Lisbeth's place. The location is just perfect, with a convenience store located right next door as well as a pharmacy. Kukulcan mall, right behind the building with shops, and small eateries, and the bus stop allowing quick transporation to the party center of Cancun, it's just perfect! The place is cozy, clean and comfortable, we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The resort has several pools, hot tub and restaurant bar, no need to travel far. Well recommended and would definitely stay here again. Thanks Rosina Lisbeth!

I would stay again. The Sovento’s grounds are beautiful and immaculately kept by the gardener. The property sits close to a few of our favorite spots including The Joint, Samura, and Kin Ha. However, it is about a 20 minute golf cart ride to Playa Norte. The king size bed was very comfortable. I wouldn’t recommend anyone trying to sleep on the living room futon as we were uncomfortable even sitting on it. But most of time was spent on the patio enjoying the view. The kitchen has the basics of what you need as well as additional items like sweeteners, tea, and coffee. The pool area is wonderful to relax and everyone was very friendly.

Just arrived back from a 5 night stay at Peter's Villa del Palmar condo. If you are considering this place, do not hesitate to book it. IMO, the view from this condo, may be the best of all units! The unit is in the middle of the complex and overlooks the beautiful grounds below, and ocean beyond. Spectacular. Peter's unit is quite spacious, with two beautiful separate bedrooms. The 'master' has a whirlpool tub, separate shower, double sinks, mini frig, plenty of storage and direct access to veranda, which has a table & chairs and hammock for lounging. The other bedroom has a sizeable bathroom with shower, a mini kitchen, and also a smaller private veranda with a hammock. The two veranda's do not connect, so it gave my adult son/girlfriend some privacy. In between the two bedrooms there is a nice living/dining space, full kitchen (stovetop, microwave, full size refrigerator), large circular dining table, couch and a pull down, full size murphy bed. You can also access the veranda from this room. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishware, pots & pans, coffeemaker, nespresso machine, a few coffee condiments & salt and pepper. There is a small market on the resort grounds where you can pick up eggs, milk, bread, fruit, spirits, starbucks, but you'll need to hit another larger market to pick up other items. We really appreciated the water bottles, beverages and snacks that were available in the refrigerator when we arrived, a nice gesture from the host! We had daily maid services and there was a guy who checked in periodically to see if we needed anything. My family of 5 absolutely loved our stay in Peter's condo and look forward to a return visit. We liked the feel of Villa del Palmar, tropical, zen-like, away from the hotel zone ... but we also enjoyed walking along the beach to the sister hotel Garza, which was very modern. If you stay here, you can enjoy both!

Maria Elena was the kindest and warmest host I have ever met! She was incredibly responsive, communicative and helpful! Unfortunately, half my family was sick while we were there, and her care and concern were so appreciated! The place was great and comfortable - it's in a part of Cancun that is more residential/less touristy, and with a car, you can explore a lot of things. She was so wonderful and we would love to return to this or any other place she hosts!

The place is beautiful spacious felt like I was at home I recommend the massage it was amazing and rejuvenating I would definitely use this Airbnb again worth every penny and Alejandro was very helpful and responded to any concerns we may have had thank you for letting us enjoy your property 10/10

El anfitrión que nos tocó se llama Alejandro, él es una persona muy gentil y servicial, atento a todo para que estemos confortables. El departamento es grande y muy limpio, bien equipado y situado en una zona tranquila, es segura con una puerta cerrada con llave en la entrada del edificio y una reja metálica para entrar al departamento. Nos hemos hospedado 4 personas y los 4 nos hemos ido contentos. Gracias Alejandro.

The condo is gorgeous and looks just like the pictures. You won't be disappointed. The only issue you may have is with the drainage smell in the hallway restroom, but hey, it's Mexico! Otherwise, it is a beautiful location with a peaceful rooftop pool, and a convenient underground parking lot. We will definitely be staying there again.

El lugar es bonito , el personal del edificio es súper amable al igual que Eric, tiene una ubicación excelente si quieres hacer recorridos por Cancún , en las noches es muy tranquilo y las vistas hacia la laguna son preciosas . En el Roof tienes vista de la laguna y el mar , muy agradable

Un lugar súper bonito , cómodo y limpio . Cerca de muchos lugares de comida , una vista desde el balcón muy linda. Lo recomiendo cien por ciento!

My favorite place for both short-term and long-term stays. The host is amazing, and I always felt like I was at home. It offers easy access to everything Cancun has to offer, is safe and secure, and is definitely my top choice for my next visit to Cancun.

Had an enjoyable stay at Regina’s apartment. Teenagers loved the pool, very refreshing after a full day of shopping…large las Americas mall is 7mins walk from the apartment, very handy for the wife & daughters. There’s also a Starbucks and seven11 within walking distance (10mins). Also caught a taxi to the Isla Mujeres ferry terminal, which was $mxn250 one way from the apartment, well worth a visit especially Playa Norte beach…wow. The apartment was very clean and tidy, no real issues. Regina was easy to contact. Would recommend staying here, especially for families as it’s very safe and quiet. Security were very helpful especially with organising taxis🙂.

Departamento muy buena ubicación en Zona hotelera, tiene minimarket en planta baja del edificio lo cual facilita las necesidades básicas La entrada a la playa es muy cerca y la calle donde está el Edificio es tranquila
