WELCOME TO THE JUNGLE! If we ever come back to Huatulco we will definitely stay here! We stayed at the Rising Sun Villa and loved it...but it is not for everyone. It is 3-stories, and the 1st floor is an open air floor plan. Which means that whatever the weather is when you go is what you will feel "inside" the house. For us it was hot and humid. It also means lots of bugs, insects and creepy crawlies will come in - especially at night, to include raccoons. So make sure you keep the kitchen sliding door closed. The infinity pool is fantastic which we greatly enjoyed. The bedrooms do have great A/C units and the beds are great so we slept VERY comfortably. It is a bit remote, about a 10 min drive into town for groceries and comfort items. Oscar was great. He looked out for us and got us everything we asked him for. Playa Violin is beautiful, secluded and rather private - but its a steep hike to get to...but totally worth it once you get there. We will def stay here again.

una estancia increíble la casa está muy linda y espaciosa ,además de estar todo muy limpio,la vista es inigualable ya que de las habitaciones y de la terraza se mira el mar gracias a Tere y Toño ya que siempre estuvieron pendientes de lo que necesitaramos solo un pequeño detalle en las habitaciones matrimoniales en una regadera faltaba presión al agua y en la otra se estancaba un poco el agua sin duda regresaremos !

Uno de los lugares mas bonitos donde me he hospedado, todos los detalles son espectaculares, la vista y la alberca privada son de lo mejor! Arquitectónicamente es un lugar increíble. Cosas a saber es que son bastantes escalones para llegar al apartamento, lo bueno es que se ofrecen a ayudarte con el equipaje, es posible estacionarse afuera del establecimiento y el personal fue muy amable. También hay que tener en cuenta que el lugar no tiene AC y la humedad llega a ser muy alta.

This is our 5th year staying here for 1 week and we will be back next year. One of the most beautiful Airbnbs in the world. Highly recommended to disconnect from the chaos of modern life and tune in to yourself and to nature. Spectacular!

Stunning location with breathtaking view, high-speed internet (not easy to find around there), delicious vegan cuisine, Infiniti pool with mesmerizing vista, modern room infused with the captivating essence of the Oaxaca’s culture. Not to mention its central between downtown Huatulco and downtown Pochutla so shopping is easy and surrounded by so many beautiful beaches.

Jorge’s place is lovely and sits on a beautiful and large landscaped propertyon the ocean. Palm tree lined path to the beach, pagoda and restaurant lounge area with ocean views and breezes. A new sea-to-table restaurant opened right next door. I came down for the month with my dog and I have to say it was a spectacular place for him as well. Good fences and gates kept him protected, the large property gave him room to explore and Jorge’s dog became his good friend. Looking forward to coming back!

Spectacular. The home is gorgeous and well-equipped with comfortable beds, nice sheets, plenty of towels, and has good water pressure. Playa Tierra Blanca, a near-deserted beach, is a 1-minute drive from the home and is ideal for long beach walks and taking in the expansive Pacific sunsets. Ro and Angel, who manage the home, were attentive and easy to get in touch with. We had the most wonderful stay and look forward to returning.

We stayed here essentially 3 weeks. 2 weeks in the main house and one week in one of the cabanas. Juan Carlos was responsive, accommodating, and helpful. You can hear and see the beach, it's just a short walk down a hill. It is stunning and serene. Audrey, who keeps the yard and houses clean, is wonderful and really friendly. Honestly we can not wait to come back one day. It was one of the highlights of our trip.

Gorgeous home, beautifully kept, private, and short walk to a world class beach with a charming restaurant. Owners were very helpful when our rental got a flat and Mario helped us get some air in the tire without driving all the way to town. This is a remote spot, perfect for private vacation but within short walk to a very quiet beach with big waves and a little tide pool for wading. The pool at the house is divine as is the large and well appointed kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.

Location is incredible. Sunrise on the patio for AM and star watching at night was unmatched. A beautiful reef is a few steps away and the water was very calm for swimming. There were plenty of places to eat down the beach - just be forewarned that they all close near sunset. We did not cook - just made coffee every morning - but the kitchen looked well stocked with cooking utensils. There were no cooking supplies beyond coffee, sugar and salt, so bring what you would need to cook. We were only two people, but the house is very spacious for groups - the bedrooms are all a good size as are the bathrooms. The A/C worked perfectly and pool was a lovely addition. The host and caretaker were lovely and attentive when we needed things. The instructions for the house were very informative and helpful. There are cons, but not any fault of the host - it's a remote beach in Mexico, so there are bugs and birds and rust, but they are quite minor and for us, part of the experience.

It’s the nicest, most upscale property on the beach. It has fantastic views as it is on a mountain slope over looking the beach. The only thing i would caution is that if you walk to town a lot you will be doing a lot of stair climbing which could be difficult for older people. The staff and owners are exceptional and go out of their way everyday to make sure you have everything you need and are happy! Carlos and Issac get a special shout out for their over the top customer service and making us feel like family! First Class operation on every level. Highly recommend!!

The place is stunning!!! The views are like nothing else. Place is very clean and has all the basic necessities for a comfortable stay. It’s a very short 2 minute walk to a private secluded beach. The exterior amenities like pool, patio and outdoor shower along with the views make you feel at paradise. Such a relaxing place. We will definitely be back. Thank you for sharing the place with the rest of us.

La empresa de Bayside nos asignó a Emilio el cuál fue siempre super atento, amable y cordial. Fuimos un grupo de amigas y coordino nuestra llegada con un servicio de choferes confiables. Sin duda regresamos y recomendamos el departamento y la atención de Emilio

Excelente espacio 100% recomendable! El recibimiento súper amable, cordial, con muchas recomendaciones y atentos toda la estancia. La habitación impecable, con detalles hermosos y una vista del amanecer inigualable. Por si fuera poco agua gratis, perfecto para el calor que hace ahí. Estamos muy agradecidos y contentos de esta experiencia.

My three girlfriends and I spent two fabulous weeks at the Punta Arrocito condo. The condo was a fairly quick ride from the airport. The gate security person was expecting us as well as the condo manager. Check in was quick and easy. The condo was very clean, comfortable and secure. What a spectacular view of the ocean from the balcony! We were delighted by frequent sightings of whales and dolphins. The sunrise over the ocean was also beautiful to watch. Alma as well as the condo employees were very responsive and dealt with our questions immediately. We would gladly book with Alma and this condo again.

Todo excelente, la casa muy cómoda y una vista inigualable. La alberca es sin igual con una vista espectacular.

The house is spacious and well lit by daylight. Luckily, we couldn't hear noises from the road, especially with the constant sound of waves crashing (pretty active part of the coastline, but always felt safe to us adults). Private, back-door access to the beach day and night was wonderful! This part of San Augustinillo is a 10-15 minute walk from Mazunte, but it's nice to be in a quiet part of the beach front away from so many people. Coconut stand 30 second walk away for coconuts everyday. Local restaurants are mostly underwhelming, but plenty of options in Mazunte and Zipolite (note the increase taxi costs at night, after dinner/drinks!). NOTE: Our group from USA found it weird to rent a "private" property and have a maintenance person on site from 9am-5:30pm everyday, which somehow us 5 "missed" in the Airbnb description. And, the host was responsive to reduce the worker's time on site after we requested it - we just wanted to be alone on the property. Much appreciated.

We had the pleasure of staying 7 days in this fantastic home, Marine was very welcoming. The house was beautiful, but the beach view was incredible. I want to thank everyone for making our stay so pleasant starting with Dora our chef for the week. Dora's food was fantastic very authentic cuisine, special thanks to Martha and Chela for keeping everything so clean and tidy. We had AC units in every bedroom which was great at night. Thank you Chris and Marine for opening your gorgeous home to us, we had a splendid time can't wait to go back.

You won't be disappointed! Spacious, nicely furnished and equipped condo in gated community. Fabulous views from living area and both bedrooms. Large comfortable balcony with spectacular views. With so many wonderful restaurants nearby, we did not cook but the kitchen had everything you would need. Community has a beach and multiple pools which are accessed via beautifully landscaped walkways. Huatulco is very spread out but you do not need a car. Taxis are plentiful and inexpensive. We called the security gate for taxis and they always came within minutes. The highlight of our trip was a private tour of the bays. We saw so many whales, dolphins and turtles. This captain (Santiago) will take you to as many beaches as you want - and let you stay for as long as you want. We learned about him through You tubers called something like Gringos are us. We had a wonderful stay at Constance's condo in Huatulco!

El lugar concuerda con las fotografías y la ubicación es magnífica pudiendo disfrutar d ellas instalaciones del hotel, playa, etc. Lo único es que no hay un plan de todo incluido para el hotel y por la temporada Decembrina los precios de comidas y bebidas son excesivos, pero todo lo que respecta al condominio excelente!

We - a family of five, with two adults, two teenagers, and a kid - loved our stay in Casa Paz. When our car had climbed up the steep and bumpy track to the gate, and we had descended the stoned steps to the front door, and we faced the exquisite exterior and interior of the house - well, then we didn’t want to leave. The view from the balconies is breathtaking; the sea and the wind are ubiquitous; and every detail is carefully thought-out. We really hope this was not our first and only stay in Casa Paz, and nibbled chapulines repeatedly to increase the chances of coming back.;-)

Beautiful place with stunning views and creative decor. Very well furnished with all you need. The kitchen was especially well equipped with nice cookware and dishes. It was quite hot in the living area but that's how the coast is. Unfortunately the sea was too rough to really swim below the house during our stay and we also got sick, but the house was a soothing place to recover; Liz was helpful with recommendations and her helper, Mari made "ponche" for us. Would stay again if we ever return to San Agustinillo!

La experiencia en esta casa fue inigualable. La ubicación es simplemente perfecta, con vistas impresionantes a la playa y acceso directo a dos playas hermosas. La casa cuenta con todo lo necesario y es muy cómoda, con detalles súper agradables. El anfitrión fue sumamente amable y atento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar en lo que fuera necesario. Sin duda, es un lugar al que regresaría y recomendaría ampliamente.
