My wife and I enjoyed the place very much for 2 weeks. Beautiful sunrises from bed. Close to everything and yet private and peaceful. Joe, the co-host went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Thanks a lot Joe and Françoise. We hope to return.

We loved the layout, the condo is very private. We enjoyed the fresh air when we opened up all the windows and sliding doors, the breeze coming through screens. We spent a lot of time reading/napping on the roof top terrace, lovely breeze. We so enjoyed the pool, almost every day we spent time there. Everyone is so friendly. I was very pleased with this condo and hope to return soon!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this delightful Airbnb. The condominium was impeccably equipped and clean, and our hosts, Oscar and Juliana, were incredibly responsive. The kitchen was a standout feature, boasting an air fryer alongside all the essentials for preparing gourmet meals. The comfortable furniture added to the overall coziness of the space. Conveniently located, we found ourselves surrounded by many restaurants and amenities. Checking in and out was effortless, making for a seamless experience from start to finish. We highly recommend it!

In my opinion, this condo is in the best possible location in PDC - just between quiet beaches to the left and busier 5th ave area to the right. Everything is walkable and pleasant. Also very close to the pickup area for attractions like Xel-Ha and related tours. Gorgeous location. Nice pool too.

Great stay! The place was very clean, easy to access, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, and communication with the host was smooth and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

The place was… fine, but very mid for the price. Much smaller than expected — my partner is over 180 cm and had to hunch to get into the bathroom, which, by the way, had no sink. So we had to brush our teeth in the kitchen. The bathroom also had a really unpleasant smell, especially in the morning. Not sure if it was the pipes or standing water, but it was rough. The “luxury terrace with private jacuzzi” wasn’t that luxurious — no view, unless rooftops, old buildings and loud parties count. The location was decent though, and the apartment was at least clean. But it felt quite old: old towels, outdated vibe, and definitely not worth the price. We booked it last minute, so it was the best available option, but I’ve had way better places for the same price recently — modern, fresh, better equipped. Also, no shampoo or hand soap provided, the soap dispenser was completely empty. Not terrible, but wouldn’t stay again.

This is a great place with everything you need to enjoy the stay in Playa del Carmo. The place was exactly as described and very clean; and Manoli is a wonderful host who always responded us prontly and made us feel at home during our whole stay. I would recommend this place to any friend visiting the region.

Hola, somos una pareja que fue desde Argentina a México por primera vez, y nos encantó el hospedaje, estaba cerca de la playa y de la 5ta avenida, pudimos manejarnos caminando tranquilamente. Y si no queríamos caminar, pasaba el colectivo público por la esquina. El departamento hermoso, la ducha salía bien, el baño cómodo, la habitación también, cómoda. Mucha tranquilidad, agradecemos la estadía ahí ♡

The location is excellent, offering both convenience and safety. Situated in a desirable area, we felt comfortable exploring the surroundings without any concerns. WiFi connection is reliable. Matteo is very responsive. The roof is nice and easy to access with a beautiful pool and charcoal bbq. However, the water pressure in the shower was disappointingly low, and the hot water was not consistent. Also while the furnishings were functional, they did not entirely match the listing photos. Despite these issues, I would still rate this property with a solid 5 stars, as I believe it offers good value for the price.

What a gem this place is! Everything was as described , near groceries , restaurants and of course the beach. Personally I enjoyed the terrace with the little jungle and absolute privacy. Would definitely come back. Keep the good job Laurie !

I had a great stay for my second time in playacar. Having access to the bikes was great as it made getting to the reef hotel and playa del Carmen that much easier! I thoroughly enjoyed using the beach at the reef as well as the pool at the complex. It is very close to several restaurants and stores. Great value for money!

The rooftop pool was the absolute gem of the stay for us. Concierge staff lovely and helpful especially for English only speaking guests. We missed having a tv in the living room (only in bedrooms). View from windows of mangrove area so very private and cool. Two streets off Calle5 with restaurants, and easy to walk a few more blocks to more local restaurants. It was hard to leave!

We stayed two weeks with our 1 year old. The place was perfect for our stay. Great location, walking distance to the beach, 5th St. and numerous restaurants. The place is a lot bigger than the pictures suggest. The internet was fast and never went down. The hosts were great and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking to stay in the area!

Questo è in assoluto il miglior alloggio che abbia trovato a Playa del Carmen fino ad oggi! Non c’è la minima traccia di umidità o cattivo odore, silenzioso, comodissimo, bellissimo! Ho affittato un penthouse su 2 piani che vale ogni singolo centesimo che ho pagato. La jacuzzi è un sogno, il letto in terrazza un’esperienza magnifica di notte sotto le stelle.. la comunicazione con i responsabili della proprietà altrettanto efficiente. Lavatrice nuova e perfettamente funzionante, anche l’aria condizionata in ottimo stato. Bagni e flusso dell’acqua eccellente, niente di sporco oppure ossidato o con calcare. Metterei 10 stelle se fosse possibile. Sarà il mio alloggio di sempre per tutte le volte che tornerò a Playa del Carmen!

Had a great stay! Good location and host was always helpful

We loved our stay here. The condo is on the 1st floor which made it very easy to get to the pool. Very relaxing, quiet, beautiful place. The playground, pools, & little restaurant onsite were wonderful. There are also more restaurants a short walk away. We will definitely be back. Xavier was a great host!

This is a top tier Airbnb, with incredible hosts. There is nothing quite like being in a gorgeous apartment in the middle of a city while also feeling like you’re in the canopy of a jungle. My boyfriend and I were both sick during our stay and Rene provided doctor recommendations and offered us clean linens and towels halfway through our stay. The internet was fast and reliable, which made working from here easy.

Nous sommes ravie d'avoir pu séjourner chez vous, l'appartement est fidèle aux photos ainsi que le rooftop avec une très belle vue. Il y a tout à proximité car situé en bas de la 5eme avenue. Le soir on peut entendre la musique exterieur mais cela ne nous à pas empêcher de dormir. La seule chose qui nous a chagriné c'est le personnel que parle que très peu anglais et nous a refuser de nous donner un rouleau de papier toilette et le code de l'accès à la porte était erroné ce qui nous a fait perdre du temps. Pour le reste, vous ne regretterez aucunement de choisir ce logement qui repondra à vos besoins, nous reviendrons sans hesitation!

We had a lovely stay! The apartment was just as described. Beautiful apartment and view! Walking distance to 5th avenue and all the action ! Eric and his assistant Liz are very responsive regarding any questions during our stay. We will definitely stay here again!
