Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con acceso a la playa en Playacar Beach

Una excelente atención, excelente ubicación del departamento y algo que hay que destacar a mi parecer…No hay ruido exterior( me refiero a la música de alto, volumen de los bares alrededor) la 5ta avenida esta a solo pasos del lugar así que este alojamiento lo recomiendo al cien por ciento

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this delightful Airbnb. The condominium was impeccably equipped and clean, and our hosts, Oscar and Juliana, were incredibly responsive. The kitchen was a standout feature, boasting an air fryer alongside all the essentials for preparing gourmet meals. The comfortable furniture added to the overall coziness of the space. Conveniently located, we found ourselves surrounded by many restaurants and amenities. Checking in and out was effortless, making for a seamless experience from start to finish. We highly recommend it!

I really enjoyed my stay here. Douglas, Krystal and their team were always responsive and helpful. Sergio, the onsite manager, was especially helpful and when a couple small things needed maintenance, got them fixed very quickly. He also helped me when we needed to prepare for the Hurricane that came through Playa. (The building is made very sturdy, so nothing broke). It's very close to 5th avenue, beaches, grocery, everything you need. Also very convenient is the washing machine/dryer just outside the apartment! I would stay again. We had a fantastic stay with three adults, a preschooler, and an infant. The unit felt luxurious—spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The balcony had a perfect ocean breeze and was a great place to relax. Beds were very comfortable, and everything we needed was provided. While the complex shows some age, it’s well maintained—especially the pools, which were clean and inviting. The on-site restaurants offered convenient poolside service, and the private beach was pristine, with free lounge chairs (tips appreciated). Overall, a wonderful experience—we’d gladly return and highly recommend it to families looking for a relaxing, elevated stay.

Spectacular place, a block from beach, 3 blocks to 5th ave, secure, 24 hour service front desk, cab always available outside, friendly staff, food is great on rooftop, great music at pool, I’m coming back for sure. Lock box in room, comfortable beds, great showers with hot water, and warm heated pools with jets. Loved it 10 out of 10

I can’t thank Daniela enough for such a seamless and smooth visit. The unit is quiet at night and very private and secure. 5th avenue with all the shops and restaurants is a short walk away. Located very close to a Chedraui as well if you wish to do your own cooking, her unit has pretty much everything you need including salt and pepper and olive oil! The fresh drinkable water dispenser was great to have also! Daniela was very quick to respond with any questions. The rooftop connects the units together and the bar is very reasonably priced also. Overall an amazing stay and would not hesitate to book with her again.

Marilú welcomed my family to her beautiful apartment in Mareazul from Monday to Friday for our spring break vacation. I cannot speak highly enough of the entire experience. We had access to the resort and all of the amenities. The restaurants on site are delicious and the staff is so kind. We certainly practiced our Spanish and were welcomed by all. If you’re looking for a quiet, family friendly resort - look no further! This place is worth 10x what we paid. We will definitely return. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay! The apartment was just as described. Beautiful apartment and view! Walking distance to 5th avenue and all the action ! Eric and his assistant Liz are very responsive regarding any questions during our stay. We will definitely stay here again!

Nous sommes restés deux semaines chez Alizée. Dès notre arrivée, nous nous sommes sentis chez nous. De grands espaces, une terrasse intime, une température idéale. La piscine, bien que petite, est parfaite après une journée à la plage. La mer est tout à côté, le quartier est sécuritaire. Tout est simple. Le logement est spacieux, le lit est très confortable. Pour un séjour de plus longue durée, nous suggérons de louer une voiture pour visiter les villes voisines et les attraits de la mer (snorkling, plages privées). Tout était parfait !!

We were a group of 3 retired couples that stayed for 30 days at Laura’s place. We loved the area! Gated , safe area, secure property. Walked to beautiful beach , and restaurants, convenience stores. The house was nice and very well stocked. Rooftop was great! The community was very friendly and helpful

Our stay at Casa Jaybird was amazing. We spent a month here and could have easily stayed longer. The location really can't be beat - a super quiet street right off 5th Avenue and walking distance to the beach. But for being so close to all the action, the home felt so private when you were inside. Elizabeth was always responsive and quick to answer our questions, and Samuel was always so kind and happy to help with anything around the house. We have young children so we had white noise machines in all the bedrooms, so we didn't have any concerns with the noise as some reviews mention. There was some construction nearby during the day but truly nothing that really bothered us. We'll be back!

Jeffrey and Mariel are the best host we ever had. Extremely responsive, full of suggestions. House is beautiful and recent, nice furniture same as photos. El Cielo is a quiet gated community 10 minutes drive from downtown PDC. Strongly recommended!

Words cannot describe how amazing this home is. Truly a wonderful and unique home that is steps away from the beach. My entire family loved the space and was deeply saddened we couldn’t stay longer! Secured area as it is located within a gated community. Short walk to get to the main parts of Playa del Carmen, but honestly we rarely wanted to leave the house or the amazing beach. Space is huge and had our group of 9 feeling like we were in luxurious but welcoming home. Bruno, the property manager, was really responsive and helped us out a lot with coordinating transportation. Highly recommend!!

Our stay at Villa Mariposa was absolutely perfect! This beautiful, spacious home is clean, comfortable and has all the amenities a family needs for an enjoyable vacation (pool, hot tubs, hammocks, bikes, pool table, ping pong table, yoga equipment, etc). The kids really enjoyed the local wildlife visitations! The Villa is located in a safe, quiet gated community only 10 minutes away from Xplor, Xcaret and many other activities. There are also a couple of cute, little restaurants within walking distance for lunch and dinner. Our concierge, Mauricio, was very friendly, welcoming, always available and very helpful in arranging events and transportation for our group. The daily maid staff was also very friendly and efficient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return to this beautiful home again next year.

Todo estuvo súper! A unos pasos de la playa, super tranquila y bonita para estar en familia. Todo esta a unos cuantos pasos! Los anfitriones y Sergio muy amables y al pendiente de todo. Aunque no necesitamos nada, todo fue excelente! Gracias!

Estuvimos muy cómodos 5 adultos distribuidos en 3 cuartos, y 3 baños. La vista es hermosa. Está localizado a unos pasos de la quinta avenida. El servicio de front desk siempre estuvo abierto a recibir solicitudes y fueron muy serviciales. Excelente experiencia.

This condo was excellent. Great value, I was a bit concerned with how low the price was, but after arriving found it to be much better than I had even hoped! The condo is comfortable, checkin is easy with 24hr front desk staff, and the pool is perfectly sized and was empty the majority of the time that we stayed. The real standout thought is the location. There are so many excellent restaurants right there on 38th, and you’re as close to Quinta Avenida that you’d want to be, without hearing club music all night. The beach is also about a 30second walk from the entrance. Rooftop pool is also very nice, although it’s 18+ only. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this condo again, as it’s an excellent value, and perfectly situated.

I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable accommodation in the perfect location. The building amenities were great- and all staff was very friendly and responsive. There is noise from the neighboring beach club- but it was not late at night and did not bother us at all. It was a fantastic stay!!! I would return

El departamento es un lujo completo, la tranquilidad es de lo que más se agradece. La ubicación es excelente ya que tiene restaurantes y supermercado a no más de 100 metros. La privacidad y seguridad del lugar es de lo que más se valora ya que desde el principio nos dio la calma de que todo iba a estar muy bien. La comunicación con Olu y Almida fue simplemente espectacular todo fue muy facil, la comunicación siempre fue excelente y súper clara. No tenemos cosas negativas que decir y por el contrario, la próxima vez de fijo nos vamos a hospedar ahí mismo. Recomendación al 100%

El condominio muy bonito y cómodo, muy buen tamaño y equipado. Que mas puedes pedir, alberca y jacuzzi privados en tu condominio, albercas gigantes en el complejo, playa muy bonita con mucha arena fina y limpia, mar excelente para meterte a nadar, a 5 minutos de la quinta avenida en playa del Carmen en donde tienes todo para divertirte, compras, restaurantes y bares. Super a 5 minutos en carro, oxxo y tienditas a solo unas cuadras, la verdad volvería sin pensarlo. El anfitrión al pendiente de cualquier pregunta. pantallas en sala y recamaras, aire frio y abanicos. Asador weber de gas listo para usarse. Lavadora y secadora en el condominio. La verdad super equipado, solo necesitas ir al super por comida y bebidas y listo. Tiene hasta una hielera con llantitas lista para llenarla. Muchas gracias Ahmed y Alberto por sus atenciones. My husband and I came down to Playa del Carmen for an extended weekend vacation. The goal was to relax and get away from the hustle and bussle of daily life. With Erin's place, we were able to do just that. From arranging transportation to and from the airport, to the ease of access as well as easy check in and check out. We thoroughly enjoyed the ease of access to both the beach and the pool. The swim up bar in the pool allowed for the time and space to interact with other guests and residents who knew the area and were able to give great suggestions for food and activities. Everything we wanted or needed was within walking distance of the condo, which made it a very accessible location for anything that you might need. Would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a place to stay in Playa del Carmen.

Demetrio's unit was perfect for our 2 week vacation in PDC. Best location in town. Just a few streets off the main strip. Far enough to be quiet and close enough to be in the middle of it. Renzo, the property manager, was a pleasure to deal with. Very responsive and very quick to action. I could not ask for anything more. We'll be back.
