I will definitely stay here again. Everything is of walkable distance...The only thing I could find wrong but I read it in reviews was it can be noisy at night on street traffic...But really wasn't that big of issue ...Very Responsive anytime I had a question. I would definitely recommend

We loved our stay here. The condo is on the 1st floor which made it very easy to get to the pool. Very relaxing, quiet, beautiful place. The playground, pools, & little restaurant onsite were wonderful. There are also more restaurants a short walk away. We will definitely be back. Xavier was a great host!

Once checking in it was fast and easy to do whenever we had questions or concerns our host responded fast and did her best to help us out.

Excelente espaço, seguro, limpo, recepcionista agradáveis. Pequena distância de carro existem supermercado, loja de câmbios excelente opção

My family of 6 enjoyed our stay at Asaf's condo. I would highly recommend others stay here also.

The building is well situated at the quiet end of 5th avenue and only a few minutes walk to the beach. The location couldn’t have been better. The suite itself is quite small, but looks like it does in the photos. The toilet and shower offer little privacy and are only a few feet from the bed. The kitchenette had everything we needed to make simple breakfasts and snacks. Netflix on the tv was a nice bonus for the nights we stayed in. The pool in the back was a great feature and just as pictured. The rooftop pool is amazing and offers a great view. Make sure to get there early in the morning if you want a chaise lounge. As the suite is right next to the lobby, there was some noise that disturbed us when noisy guests came in or left during the night or in the early mornings. Communication with David was quick and responsive. We met Manuel, Lethy’s husband, who was incredibly kind and helpful. Overall we had a great stay and felt it was excellent value for the price.

Es muy buen condominio, la ubicación es buena, tienes un Soriana y varios restaurantes a unos pasos y a unas calles te encuentras la 5ta avenida.

Appartement magnifique très fonctionnel et très bien équipé la piscine privée est un réel plus. Les espaces communs sont très agréables, l espaces aquatique est très grand et très calme, accès privé sur une jolie plage et 2 restaurants . je recommande +++

Luis’s place was fantastic! It was very clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the wifi was excellent. Everything worked perfectly. I especially enjoyed the beautiful poolside view and the great gym. Highly recommend staying here!

Location is great, just a few minutes away from 5th avenue, beach and restaurants. Parking is included and there are two small pools on the rooftop. The studio has a complete kitchen set, is spacious and has a dryer and a washing machine. The building also has two elevators. The receptionists do not speak English, so check-in was a bit of a challenge. Leon is responsive and proactive to check if everything is going well. However, the check-in instruction could be improved. Overall, we had a great stay in PDC!

The condo was in a great location! The amenities were awesome. Beautiful pools! There was an Oxxo right across the condos which was super convenient. Loved being in Playacar. Much more quiet, very family friendly. Rose was great, very responsive!

Sehr zu empfehlen. Direkt an der 5th Avenue und Deena hat sich sehr bemüht sich für einen Tag sogar einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage kostenlos organisiert. Das Zimmer war sehr gepflegt und tolle Einrichtung (tolle weiche Laken und Handtücher). Wir haben am selben Tag spontan gebucht und wir haben sofort eine Nachricht bekommen. Es hat alles wunderbar funktioniert.

El departamento era muy amplio y cómodo para una familia , la ubicación privilegiada al principio nos costó encontrarla pero es por un tema de GPS que te arroja una dirección , el sector era tranquilo y seguro , las instalaciones del departamento muy cómoda en buen estado solo hay que tener un poco de ojo con la mesa de comedor que es algo sensible. Pero en general el departamento impecable buen refrigerador , contaba con utensilios de cocina, las camas cómodas , ventanas con aislación de ruido , aire en todas las habitaciones, y el departamento en sí es muy lindo. Sin duda volveríamos a alojarnos donde mismo. Solo como plus agregado a los turistas dejaría una sombrilla para llevar a la playa ya que un panorama fijo y tener que arrendar a diario igual es costoso , Por lo que le daría un muy buen plus Y adicionalmente las instrucciones para el check in y check out las enviaría al menos con 2 días de anticipación y no los últimos días para poder tener tiempo de reacción a consultas

La ubicación es excelente (a 3 cuadras de la 5ta Av, frente a un gran supermercado). Los servicios del condo son muy buenos (Piscinas, estacionamiento en el subsuelo, ascensores). Muy seguro (cuenta con seguridad las 24hrs). El departamento está muy bien equipado, todo muy limpio y ordenado. Comodo para 2 adultos y 2 niños. Katina estuvo siempre a disposición para consultas. Sin dudas volveríamos

Muy cerca de los parques Xcaret y Alonso muy amable y comunicativo.

Excelente! mi familia y yo amamos el lugar, sumamente cómodo y bonito, limpio y ordenado! Fue justo lo que necesitábamos, tanto la casa como la zona muy tranquilas y Juan Manuel siempre muy amable, atento y disponible, listo para apoyarnos en cualquier momento, así como el personal muy amable también. 100% recomendado, sin duda alguna lo elegiría nuevamente.

El alojamiento de Angela es magnifico, porque es una casa muy cuidada en detalles, muy limpia, realmente te sientes como en casa, la decoracion es muy agradable y te sientes muy agusto. Me fascino la ubicacion porque esta muy cerca de xcaret, xplore, y otros parques, hay centros comerciales y supers relativamente cerca. Hay alberca en el privado, es seguro. Angela esta muy al pendiente de lo que necesites.

Parfait séjour dans ce Condo à mi chemin entre Cancun et Tulum. Idéal pour découvrir la région. Hôte réactif, et arrangeant. Résidence bien équipée : piscine, jeux pour enfants, salle de sport. Appartement spacieux, confortable et bien équipé. À recommander ++

Juan's place is great if you're looking for a safe, quiet, luxurious stay. Everything was clean and as described, the gated community is relaxed and family-friendly with great amenities like access to the sports club. Had excellent communication with Juan, made me feel very welcome and he could help me out with any question. I didn't mind the location at all, a 20 minute ride on the e-bike to the center was fine in exchange for staying in the more relaxed and peaceful environment. I'd come back anytime!
