We really enjoyed our stay at Heather’s Beach Pearl. The condo was excellent and well equipped. The area was very walkable for groceries and restaurants. Thoughtful inclusions like beach towels, chairs and extra clothes hangers were much appreciated!

The place was amazing, one of the most beautiful properties I’ve ever seen. Juan, the maintenance man, was super helpful, friendly, and kind. The person that received us wasn’t the owner but he was very helpful with the laundry, and the WiFi. I would highly recommend this place, and I hope to return to stay during next years dry season. I will say the instructions to get to the place were a little confusing, and the road is very bumpy, but it’s totally worth it for the secluded mountainside paradise with an ocean view. The perfect place for a vacation, I’m super grateful this place exists, it’s a special find.

Nick & his Team made our experience in Tamarindo very relaxing & enjoyable. We consider them family. Casa Palmas is like a 2nd home to us! Pura Vida !!

The apartment was perfect for my husband and I and right on the beach. We enjoyed the balcony and the view. The apartment was in a great location with lots of bars and restaurants.

Arum's place was amazing and one of our favorite stops in Costa Rica. The place was just as beautiful as the photos and the views just couldn't be beat. Comfortable beds, comfortable furniture and everything you could need including some thoughtful snacks and wine left out for our arrival. The beautiful infinity pool was just steps away from the condo and our favorite place to spend our mornings with the kids and watch the sunset. Again, the view 😍😍. The staff are amazing and helped with booking us transportation, golf carts and answer any questions we had. Would highly recommend Arun's place to anyone.

Would 100% stay here again. Wow the view is stunning. Beds were comfy, ac worked well. Access to the beach right there, pool was nice. Great place and nice neighbors. Had a window blind that was broken when we showed up and management came and took care of it immediately. Beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys and some pool toys were in the closet which we thoroughly enjoyed!! We stayed here on NYE and were able to see fireworks all around sitting on the beach, fantastic way to ring in the new year. Great stay!

We have made 10 trips to Tamarindo/Langosta area. This is second time at this airbnb. Best location -- and it's not close -- of any places I've stayed. Right on the ocean, at quiet end of Tamarindo beach. Sit on patio and listen to the waves. Away from hustle and bustle of Tama but close enough to walk to restaurants, etc. Like walking the beach to Tama for breakfast. Unit is clean, bed is comfortable, kitchen well-enough equipped to cook breakfast and prepare lunches. Not new, but well maintained with small, sunny pool. Like the BBQ on site to grill. Don't go expecting five-star but count on wonderful host on premises and unbeatable beach access.

Great stay and host. Condo is wonderfully situated near the beach, store, and great restaurants. It is a quick walk to Tamarindo center, but just far enough away to be blissfully quiet.

We loved our stay here! The walk to the beach and several restaurants was very manageable. Everything was so clean and comfortable. I also appreciated how well stocked the house was. They provided everything we needed for the beach and in the kitchen! Thank you for making our trip to Costa Rica a great one!

Diane’s place is very close to the ocean and within walking distance of the markets and restaurants. Great vacation! Would stay again.

My family enjoyed 11 nights at John’s place. The house was more spacious than expected. All amenities needed were available. We felt safe at the house and surrounding area. The pool was wonderful and we enjoyed it daily. There is a grocery store and 5 restaurants very close by. Tamarindo is about a 15 min walk. We did not have a car. You can rent golf carts if needed. Beaches - Playa Langosta is a very short walk 5 min and you can walk to Tamarindo beach in about 15 min. Tamarindo is busier, it was nice to stay in a quieter area. Howler monkeys were seen morning and night right on the roof of the house and trees in the yard. We also saw iguanas and variegated squirrels in the yards along with a number of birds. Cleaning service was included in the stay the lovely lady came a number of times while we were there. John was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to my many questions prior and during our stay. We would stay again at John’s villa.

We had a great stay at Dirk’s place. The area is very relaxing. Four restaurants nearby and a small mini mart. The house is right next to the entrance to the beach. The beach is spectacular. A few miles long, great surfing, wonderful sunsets, and not crowded compared to the beach at Tarmarindo. We stayed for two weeks. The first week we rented a car to do grocery shopping, etc. The second week we just relaxed using nearby restaurants and the beach. We enjoyed the pool when not at the beach. If you want to go to Tarmarindo it is about a 15 minute walk on the beach to the inlet that separates the two areas, you can then use the locals with their boats to cross. Cost $2 per person. Boats start at 8 and stop at 5. Dirk is a great host. He helped us with renting the car, and was generous with his recommendations. Look forward to returning.

We loved our stay at Casa Querencia. We unfortunately had a lot of rain, it is rainy season so understandable, but having the outdoor patio was amazing to still enjoy the outdoors. We enjoyed the beautiful landscaped backyard with a pool plus birds, iguanas and monkeys. The house was perfect and had everything we needed. Al was a great host!

Jake’s place is absolutely fantastic. It’s bigger and nicer than the photos suggest. It was a great place to have as home base for a week. We travelled with our 10 month old and the layout was great for having children. The location is wonderful, it is a safe, quiet and secure complex with private entry to the beach. The ocean is only a few meters away and the views from the condo and balcony are amazing. We could see the water and listen to the waves as well as watch wildlife such and monkeys and iguanas in the trees. The beach itself is terrific and much quieter than Tamarindo. The pool was recently remodeled and is beautiful and was a great place to retreat during the heat of the day. Several restaurants and a market are within easy walking distance. Jake is super friendly and helpful. Would absolutely recommend staying here.

The location was fantastic. We were just a 2 minute walk to the beach, and we also felt safe walking to and from restaurants at night. Kenneth was a great host. He met us upon arrival and was very reponsive to our questions and concerns. We did find some ants appearing in the evening. He as very apologetic and he came and sprayed for us at a mutually agreeable time. Two items of note: 1. The bathroom sink/ toilet area is quite small to move around in, but the shower is large. 2. The kitchen sink water doesn't get very hot so you have to supplement with hot water from the tea kettle. Everything was presented accurately and the bed was very comfortable.

Arrived at 9 PM. There was still parking available. There was a 24-hour onsite security guard that said "hi". Within 20 minutes we were in the unit and had the car entirely unloaded. The apartment is a small 2-bedroom 1-bath but the patio on the roof is the size of the entire apartment, giving plenty of room for a family. The patio has a covered dining table that easily seats 6, and nice patio furniture that would also seat 6. Our family ate dinner on the patio instead of in the apartment. The walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes, even with kids, and the beach was great for the kids to play on. Surf was only 1-2 feet and the water was warm. I could walk out 100 feet and the water was only up to my shoulders. The pool was nice, but not large, and was always in use. Our family was the largest group there and didn't feel crowded in the pool.

The condo was beautiful and had amazing views, as expected. Secure and private gated community—everything was easy! We enjoyed the private beach club, giant pool, and killer bar/restaurant. W/D was nice to have, along with all of the top-notch amenities. Great central location and close to everything. Chris was very proactive, responsive, and provided excellent recommendations. We would definitely return and highly recommend!

This was a wonderful stay at Stephanie’s condo. The condo was on the 2nd floor and the building was secure with a gate. Easy quick walk to the Main Street and water. We felt very comfortable and safe. Stephanie responded quickly to any questions and had very helpful ideas. The inside of the condo was so cute, beachy vibe, newly remodeled and has everything we needed including many towels and a washer and dryer. We loved this spot and would highly recommend it. You do not need a car to get around but if you have one, parking is no problem. Thanks for everything Stephanie!

My wife, our friend and I spent a wonderful 5 nights in Brandon's lovely condo in Playa Flamingo. Brandon's home was very well-located, comfortable and fun, and Brandon was very helpful and responsive. We can't say enough about Playa Flamingo. It's got modern touches, like several great restaurants within walking distance, and it's also a great jumping-off point for visiting other towns and beaches. We're already missing the fabulous views from the balcony, relaxing at the beautiful and comfortable pool, and our walks and swims on lovely Play Flamingo!

We loved our stay at Katie & Happy’s. So much so that we are considering booking again for next year’s vacation already. Perfect distance from town. Perfect distance from the beach. Great local amenities. Check in with seamless. The place was spotless. The photos of the pool do not do the pool area justice. Thank you so much for hosting us Katie and Happy. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful two-bedroom Airbnb home in Costa Rica! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the exceptional cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the space. The home was thoughtfully stocked with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay, making it feel like a true home away from home. A special touch was the lovely welcome gift, which added to the warm and inviting experience. The common areas were just as impressive as the accommodations—well-maintained, spacious, and perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.
