Ram was very helpful/responsive. The house was well equipped with supplies and one of the cleanest Air B&B's I've seen. Adjacent street is pretty loud but this was the only drawback. I would definitely stay there again!

Perfect home for large family in charlotte We stayed for christmas week and absolutely loved it. Everything was clean snd easily accessible, close to everything we needed to do in charlotte. The rooms were cozy and beds were super comfortable. Pots and plates/cups to serve and make food with. We did not use the patio area but there was a fire pit available ready to go. Washer/dryer avaliable as well. You can connect the tv to your netflix/prime/YouTube accounts, very convenient. The master room is very spacious with extra wide shower and soaking tub. All in all the house was just what we needed for a little getaway. Candace was very responsive to our questions and available when needed. Thank you for letting us enjoy your place it was perfect!

We traveled to Belmont to visit my brother and his family. There were 6 of us (3 adults, 3 kids ranging from 1 to 11 years old). The Airbnb was recently fully remodeled. It was spotlessly clean. I am sensitive to fragrance and was not at all bothered by any scents. It was perfect for our needs the 2 nights we stayed, and it was an affordable option compared to others we looked at in the area. My main constructive feedback would be a lack of extra towels: there were only 4 small bath towels, even though there were 6 of us, and only 1 dish towel. We searched around and couldn't find any extras. I believe this Airbnb is managed by a company vs an individual, so they were fairly responsive and proactive in communicating, but when I mentioned the towels, they didn't respond. We made do considering it was just 2 nights, but I think they could improve in this regard. Overall, we were very pleased and comfortable. I have never stayed at an Airbnb so pristine and clean, which was wonderful.

We booked with Valerie last minute due to our other host cancelling the day of without an explanation. Valerie was very understanding! The place was beautiful and perfect for our family!

Incredible location (especially if you’re attending anything at BOA, or sporting event in the area). Such a nice place, we spent 4 days here and highly recommend. Bed was so comfy, too! And the washer and dryer were a huge plus.

Jodi’s place was perfect for what I needed. I worked during the day and also like to cook some of my own meals when away from home. She provided all the little convenience things we have at ease in our own homes that u wouldn’t necessarily get in a hotel. Her description was on point and there were no unpleasant surprises. She was extremely responsive and able to answer my questions, never made me feel like I was being a pest by asking. And also availed the unit to me earlier than the posted check in time. The only downfall for me (this is personal to me and cannot be changed) is the road is a dead end connecting to a busy, trafficked road. I like getting up early and going for walks but didn’t bc I didn’t feel I had the runway to do that in a safe way.

Rene was such an awesome host! The apartment looked incredible and welcoming for the holiday season. I truly enjoyed the conversations and fellowship we had. I give the airbnb a ten star! Hope to go back there one day!

This is my 2nd time staying at the Treehouse. It’s located in the best neighborhood, close to so many restaurants, shops, etc. The AirBnB is always spotless & the bed is comfy! Udo anticipates everything that you may need on your trip. The garden is gorgeous- such a treat in itself. I look forward to my next stay!

This place is literally a hidden gem! The decor is so cozy & inviting. Everything was spotless. Better than photos and description. Will definitely book again if in the area!

We are regular visitors to Tree Top Loft and love it every time! Latest stay was for one month and it was wonderful. Kristin takes such care with the property: beautifully decorated, well stocked, so clean. And the unit is very quiet. Can’t wait for our next visit! Thank you Kristin!

The property was beautifully decorated, conveniently located & easy communication with our host, April. Plenty of towels, washcloths & even travel size toiletries were in the bathrooms. In the kitchen, plenty of paper towels, dishwasher pods, etc… Our favorite part of the home was the rooftop sitting area & fabulous skyline view of the city. Would not hesitate to return to this property. Easily a 5 star from me!

Nice place and responsive host! There are some sweet cats in the neighborhood who like ear scratches if you’re a cat person. Water heats up fast. The art inside is dope. The toilets are older but honestly who cares? It was a great stay!

Great place -- unique and nice to stay somewhere other than just a hotel stay. everything was provide and easy check in and out.

Where do I even begin, first the communication between Sylena & I was amazing! Any questions I had were answered both professionally & promptly. I’ve been to multiple airbnbs before but never have i ever been to an airbnb that felt exactly like home, and never have I ever had such a wonderful interaction with a host the way I did with Sylena. She was sympathetic towards me and my family wanting a late check out, and allowed us to do so. She also made sure anything that we needed, we had. The location was convenient about 8 minutes from uptown and it was surrounded by many food places. I will definitely be booking with Sylena again, 1000/10 recommended. It would be selfish of me not to share how amazing my experience was.. however; it’s first come first serve lol so not everybody run at once, but RUN AND BOOK WITH WITH HER NOW!! :)
