Je recommande à toute personne voulant dormir à Durrës de prendre cet Airbnb. L’hôte a été très accueillante, le logement était vraiment propre et spacieux. Merci beaucoup

Very good host and very good location

Was an absolute pleasure of a stay. In short: -Is exactly like the photos -Xhoana is super responsive -Less than 5 minute walk from the beach -Beyond accomodating (Xhoana was happy to fulfill my request of a larger burner in order to book the unit) -Offered my mother a neighbouring unit when she came to visit, making the trip that much more lovely All in all, fantastic hospitality and in a great area at that, couldn't recommend more 🙏🏽

La casa corrisponde alla descrizione: è pulita, confortevole e provvista di tutto il necessario. È in un eccellente posizione a due passi dal mare, ristoranti e supermercati. Gli host sono gentilissimi, disponibili per tutto e puntuali, ci hanno fatti sentire a casa. Anche il servizio navetta che offrono per l'aereoporto è ben organizzato e vantaggioso.

The apartment was bigger than expected and perfectly located. All essential services are just a short walk away, including a supermarket, ATM, coffee shops, excellent restaurants, and, most importantly, the beautiful seaside promenade. The internet connection is fast exceptionally stable, making it ideal for both remote work and streaming movies. Both the bedroom and living room feature large smart TVs for added convenience. The kitchen is well-equipped, and we had no trouble preparing several meals. A major bonus is the air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom, ensuring comfort throughout the stay. Parking near the apartment can be challenging but is manageable. At night, occasional noises from neighbors, such as shutters or the water heater, could be heard. However, the neighborhood is generally quiet, and the windows provide excellent sound insulation. Overall, fantastic value for money, definitely looking forward to coming back!

A very spacious apartment, super clean, comfortable bed, everything you need for a relaxing stay. Nice balcony with sea view and lovely sunsets. Walking distance to lots of restaurants, shops and bars, very responsive hosts who also arranged our taxi from the airport and allowed us a later check out on our last day. Recommended.

Wir hatten eine hervorragende Zeit in der Wohnung von Sara und Bora. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und befindet sich in einem exzellenten Zustand und die Lage an der Strandpromenade ist unschlagbar. Bei Fragen wurde sehr schnell von den beiden geantwortet und es gab wertvolle Tipps für die Gegend. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Best place to stay

My partner and I enjoyed our stay here. The location was unbeatable for us, close to a nice section of the Durrës beach and a variety of shops and restaurants, and out of the city centre itself but very well-connected by cheap, local bus. There is a proper supermarket in the building itself and another one across the street. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. The view from the balcony is great, and the laundry machine and drying rack were very practical to have. We did miss a coffee machine and microwave, as well as more variety in sizes of pots and pans, which would make the kitchen more complete - but it's fine for cooking simple meals. The Wi-Fi struggled occasionally, but as we were not working, it wasn't a problem for us. All in all, I would recommend this as a nice place to stay in Durrës!

Sara was from the start very responsive and also accommodated late check in and late check out and provided instructions and tips when I requested but we also were left to do our own stuff so felt like we had the privacy too. Ideal location to explore the Durres beach, has mini market nearby and also the main road with restaurants and shops. Worked well for the mum & son team - highly recommended!!

The time we spent in this apartment left a great positive impression. First of all, I want to especially note the hospitality and care of the hosts - Bledi met us with a sign at the airport and brought us to the apartment, on the way he told us a lot about this country and gave a lot of advice on how to organize a vacation - where to change money, buy groceries and what restaurants to go to. The apartment actually turned out to be even better than in the photos. Spacious, clean, many lighting options - you can create any atmosphere. The furniture is in excellent condition, the apartment has everything you need for life. The same is true in the kitchen - there were no difficulties with preparing food for the child. We were completely satisfied and will recommend the owners and the apartment to our friends - a spacious, clean, cozy apartment at the highest level!

Если ещё раз поеду в Дуррес то только к Brikene. Расположение дома замечательное,свое тихое место на закрытой территории возле моря,закаты на терассе или на берегу моря,сон под звук моря это особое удовольствие. Brikene всегда на связи и любые вопросы( такси,позднее прибытие или наоборот нужно выехать попозже,аренда машины) решаются моментально. Мы были с годовалым ребенком и это место подходящее на все 💯. Спасибо за гостеприимство.

This is a great Airbnb. We enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped, the washing machine worked well. The wifi was strong, there was limited hot water and there was plenty of parking on the street. Would recommend this stay to others.

The Location of this vacation home is perfect - a few feet from the beach. The apt was cozy, clean, and at an amazing price for what you get. There was also a 24-hour shop next to it in case you forgot any groceries, however, we noticed bars and restaurants were open until almost midnight in that area. Livia was very helpful and gave us a lot of suggestions. Would love to come back and stay for a longer time.

Great place! Very nice and clean. Felt just like home. When I’m back in Albania I’d stay here again. All the things you need, are located nearby the house. Amazing stay!

Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit der Unterkunft! Die Kommunikation mit Armando war sehr einfach und freundlich. Er reagiert schnell auf Nachrichten und kann hilfreiche Tips für die Umgebung (Restaurants, Verkehrsmittel etc.) geben. Die Unterkunft war leider nicht ganz so leicht zu finden, da sie nicht ausgeschildert war. Doch auch hier reagierte Armando direkt und antwortete sehr schnell und begrüßte uns persönlich an der Unterkunft.

apartmán je hezký. Vířivka je skvělá po celém dni cestování. vše je jako na fotkách. Majitel je milý. Čekal na nás pozdnější příjezd a ještě nás odvezl do obchodu, abychom měly na druhý den. pravidelně mi psal a ptal se, zda je vše v pořádku. Apartmán je kousek od velké pláže s luxusními hotely.

I stayed at the apartment for five weeks. It’s an extremely comfortable place to be and the host is responsive to any specific needs that arise. I would definitely stay here again, and I would recommend this place to anybody. I was very pleased with my stay, and I will return someday. Thank you Jurgen!

Mis amigos y yo llegamos al alojamiento y es tal cual parar e en la foto. Todo estaba limpio. Está en una zona muy concurrida donde fácilmente encuentras buenos restaurantes al lado de casa. También no fue muy complicado encontrar aparcamiento. Sin duda lo volvería a elegir, vale muchísimo la pena por el precio que hemos pagado
