This house is spacious and great for a family of six. We were really impressed with the nice and clean kitchen. There are plenty of supplies on the kitchen, bathroom and laundry areas. There is a nice backyard with a grill and a deck, where you can sit to enjoy a quiet afternoon. It also has a garage and we were able to park our vehicle inside ( which was great because there was a snowstorm during our stay) The location is good, in a nice neighborhood, and at short distance from supermarkets and restaurants (our family highly recommends the Thai place, the food flavors are amazing!). We highly recommend this place for a cozy and wonderful stay!

Marianne is a gracious host. We felt like family. Her communication was amazing and never felt like a bother when we had to ask questions. She embraced our 4 crazy kiddos and we had a great time!! Would definitely come back.

The Airbnb was clean and comfortable. Communication was excellent and extras left for us to use were much appreciated! Thank you for hosting and making our family vacation memorable! We enjoyed our stay! The coffee, hot cocoa, oatmeal was perfect!

We had a wonderful time at Jon and Julia’s place! They are some of the kindest people we’ve met on the road. Their place is meticulously clean and decorated beautifully. We spent a lot of time sitting by the wood burning fireplace and taking in the view from the living room (thank you for all the firewood!). The surrounding area was peaceful and quiet. I recommend going into the little town of Dolores for coffee and there’s also a great hike (McPhee Overlook) on the west end of town. We look forward to coming back again!

This place was absolutely gorgeous! Such an amazing place and amazing view! Dana was the best host anyone could ask for. Such an amazing soul. I can’t even begin to explain how amazing the stay was and how amazing she was as a host. Highly recommend. I just cant explain how it perfect this was and how amazing Dana is.

Great place to stay, especially with kids. It's on a quiet street and a grocery store is a block away. Kids loved the Pac Man arcade game! Very clean and very comfortable (especially the sofa in the living room). Undoubtedly the next time we are in the area we'll book a stay here!

We had an amazing stay! The Airbnb was spotless—easily one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed. It had everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to cozy touches that made it feel just like home. The thoughtful details and welcoming atmosphere really set this place apart. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free stay.

Jodi and Dennis were amazing hosts. The setting of the cabin couldn’t have been more breathtaking. Both Dennis and Jodi were very helpful with anything we needed. I would strongly recommend their cabin as a quiet getaway with amazing views to anyone!!

This was a great, clean space for our large group. Everyone slept comfortably! Host was easy to communicate with. We were thinking this was back off the main road based on the pictures, but it was just off the main road. Just FYI!

Very quiet in a small little camp ground right on the river. Ideal for the locations we wanted to visit right in middle. Would go again

We loved our stay here! It was clean, comfortable, and peaceful. I especially loved the beautiful view, all of the bird sounds from the surrounding trees, and the patio with an outdoor sectional where we had a fire and looked at the amazing stars. There was also a very friendly cat that came to visit when we were sitting outside, which was a nice bonus. I have only one wish - I ended up cooking a full meal one night, and there were limited spices (it looked like just whatever people had left behind) and I couldn’t find any knives, other than a small steak knife. If you plan on cooking, I suggest you bring spices and cooking oil. If you plan on going out to eat, I recommend Tequila’s in the nearby town of Cortez. I highly recommend this peaceful and comfortable cabin.

This place is fantastic . The view is so beautiful . The location is perfect for Mesa Verde. Everything was great !
