Great stay, everything was super clean and organized, loved that she put extra toothbrushes and toiletries in the bathrooms. Beds were SO comfortable. Felt at home.

Holden Beach has become our home away from home. This is our 5th year and we’re already planning for next year. The house is perfectly located for the beach and to local restaurants and it has everything we want or need. Jessica is an amazing host - incredibly kind, very responsive and knows just the right touches to make the house a home. We are so grateful to have found this place - definitely a highlight of our year!

Stayed for 2 nights for a friends wedding. Accommodated us 5 groomsmen with spouses easily. Nice 15 minute scenic walk to the beach and a lot more cost effective than staying on the beach.

We had the best time at Alisa’s house! It was perfect with everything we needed! So close to downtown! 10/10 recommend! We can’t wait to come back!

We enjoyed our stay so much! Everything was updated and clean. I really loved that it wasn't overstuffed with trinkets or decor, very simply and not overstimulating. This was a last minute trip and the host accommodated us wonderfully. We will be saving this BnB and coming back for a longer stay!

We did our annual golf fraternity golf trip and this year several guys stayed at Sea Oats on Lockwood Folly. They all enjoyed staying at this home and I received comments like, "very comfortable," "clean, with plenty of amenities and convenient" and "a great house." Marty is a wonderful host and always responded to any question I had. The house description you see is exactly what you'll get and we plan on renting it again next year.

This was the perfect place for a getaway. Private, quiet neighborhood, and a short walk to the beach and a couple of restaurants. Loved the fenced yard for the dog and the private patio area and hot tub. Joe and Michelle were very proactive and responded super quickly to a request we had while we were visiting. Would definitely return!

What an adorable cottage in the heart of Oak Island! We were so comfortable and Elizabeth was wonderful to communicate with throughout our stay. There are so many great restaurants, coffee shops, and cute plaves on the beach to catch a drink and live music all minutes away from the house. An overall wonderful experience and we can't wait to visit again!
