Al Castello is a real home with all the amenities of home and the best place we've stayed in our third year coming to Ortigia. The location is quiet and only a short walk to the piazza. The home is large and everything was spotless. For longer stays (we stayed a month) it was perfect. Our hosts were gracious and kind and we felt cared for by them and the place. We'd definitely rent this again.

Syrakus mit der Altstadt 10km, in Cassibile schöner Platz mit Flair, nah zu 2 schönen Stränden. Leider muss man sich erst an den vielen Müll neben den Straßen gewöhnen und auch an den Fahrstil der Sizilianer. An ihre Hilfsbereitschaft und das sonnige Gemüt hatte ich mich schnell gewöhnt und fühlte mich sehr wohl. Auch in unserem ZuHause, - das farbenfroh in sizilianischen Farben leuchtete und alles hatte, was wir brauchten. Wenn doch mal was fehlte, - Gabriella versuchte immer und sofort das Problem zu lösen. Ich liebte auch unseren Freiraum, sehr großzügig und freundlich, der Baum als Schattenspender ein Wunder der Natur. Ich liebte auch Gabriellas Federvieh, das neugierig herumstreift wie eine Familie und die man mit Resten füttern darf. Rundherum ein wunderbarer Urlaub mit vielen schönen Eindrücken und Erlebnissen. Die Städte, die man aus der Unterkunft erreichen kann, sind ein Erlebnis, jedes anders. Das Meer türkis und klar und sogar ich habe gebadet.

Lorenzo hat uns einen fabelhaften und unbeschwerten Aufenthalt ermöglicht. Wir hatten Ruhe und schönsten Ausblick inmitten lokaler Landwirtschaft. Unser Gastgeber bemühte sich sehr um unser Wohl und war super freundlich!

Dario fue un estupendo anfitrión. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ La casa está en el corazón de Ortigia. Una zona estupenda. El alojamiento es pequeño y acogedor. Tiene todo lo necesario para una permanencia agradable.

Flavia's place is a true beach house, with views from the window looking directly onto the sand and a staircase leading directly onto the beach. The beach was wonderful with calm and crystal clear waters and the roof terrace was perfect for outdoor dining and absorbing the atmosphere. We had a very peaceful and relaxing stay at Flavia's place.

Sebastiano's apartment was a real treat. It is located very near to the markets and near the water just as described and was the perfect base for exploring Ortigia. We appreciated all the architectural features of this abode. Tasteful, sensitive maintenance of the cottage feel, yet lighting additions that add brightness to every part of the apartment. Huge bedroom, super comfy bed and delightful ensuite. Sebastiano's communication was prompt and welcoming.

The house was very sweet and actually bigger than we expected, a lot of outdoor area and equipped with everything you could need. Piero was a accomodating host and helped us with recommendations for restaurants etc. The house is located near Avola, it‘s a bit quieter than the bigger cities, with many beautiful beaches along the coastline. We recommend!

We had an amazing stay in Ortigia. Our group of five found everything exactly as described. The apartment is tastefully decorated, offering plenty of space for all of us, and is situated in a very quiet area despite being just a few steps away from the heart of Ortigia. Parking in Ortigia can be challenging, but thanks to the host's helpful tips, we found a great solution for our rental car during our stay. Overall, it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience, and we give the host a full 5 stars!

Wir hatten als Familie mit 2 Kindern einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und alles war wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Die Terrasse zum Meer ist wirklich ein Traum. Toller Sonnenaufgang jeden Morgen. Trotz der ruhigen Lage sehr zentral zum Ortskern mit allen Restaurants und die tollen Strände in nahegelegenen Naturschutzgebiet sind auch nicht weit mit dem Auto (10-15min). Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen, sie hat unseren Sizilienaufenthalt bereichert!

Villa was one of our best AirBNB experiences ever! Elisa is so hospitable and kind, was always ready to advise! Elisa assisted with transfer, ordered us pizza when we arrived (flight was delayed and it was already too late to go for dinner). Villa is a large and beautiful place for stay, so clean, with everything could be needed during vacation! Location is perfect especially if you have a car- 2 minute drive or 19 minute walk from beautiful sand beach (perfect for children!), product shops also close. For fish and seafood -10 minute drive. Amazing Siracuse for evening walks -20 minute drive. If you are searching for great sea experience at Sicily - no doubts that Villa will be the right choice! Elisa, thank you ♥️

Lucia and Michele's house is truly one-of-a-kind! It's brimming with personality, boasts astonishing views, and is incredibly functional. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcome. Lucia greeted us with a warm smile and a delicious local wine, and she was overflowing with helpful tips and recommendations for exploring the area. The house is beautifully designed with a tasteful interior and an abundance of natural light. As an avid cook, I was thrilled with the kitchen – it's a dream come true! We will definitely be back!

Wir haben mit unseren Kids (3&4 Jahre) wunderschöne Tage in der Unterkunft verbracht. Das Grundstück ist riesig und bietet allerlei Spielsachen und -gelegenheiten, auch der Strand ist fußläufig (auch für unsere Kleinen) erreichbar. Wir haben von der Unterkunft aus viele Tages- und Städtetrips unternommen und würden gern wiederkommen. Ganz lieben Dank, dass wir unsere Zeit in so einer schönen Unterkunft verbringen und insbesondere auch Graziella kennenlernen durften, die sich herzlich und immer sofort um alles vor Ort gekümmert hat.

Ho soggiornato per 7 giorni. Un luogo davvero unico e curato nei minimi dettagli. Hai a disposizione un sacco di spazio per goderti il dopo mare e puoi goderti anche la piscina che viene pulita ogni giorno. Il giardino parla da sé… e la casa ha tutti i confort e accessori necessari. Ottima per famiglie! Mare vicino! Inoltre un ottima posizione perché se in mezzo a tutte le città da visitare come Modica-Noto-Siracusa ecc. Sofia e suo marito sono persone da prendere come esempio, eleganti, in forma e allegri. Chiedete consigli a loro per qualsiasi cosa sopratutto per ristoranti, rosticcerie, gelaterie e posti da visitare. Non vedo l’ora di tornare in quanto innamorato del posto e della Sicilia!

La casa di Manuela è molto bella e spaziosa, il giardino è curatissimo e anche il nostro cagnolino l'ha apprezzato tanto, la veranda è uno spazio stupendo, la piscina anche se piccola è utile per rinfrescarsi in ogni momento, il mare inoltre è veramente a pochissimi passi dalla casa! L'ospitalità di Manuela e l'attenzione per gli ospiti vale però anche più del solo alloggio. Dal grande vassoio di frutta fresca con cui ci ha accolti, a tutto il nécessaire per la colazione, giochi e colori per i bambini, attrezzatura per il mare, non ci ha fatto mancare proprio nulla. Inoltre sia lei che suo padre sono stati prontissimi ad aiutarci con qualsiasi richiesta o dubbio in tempi brevissimi. Torneremo con molto piacere

This is one of the best places we have stayed, with the most beautiful villa set in lovely gardens full of ancient olive trees. The pool and its pavilion and bar were just perfect. Not too far from Modica and Noto, plus excellent beaches at San Lorenzo. Roberto and family were very helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend getting Angelica to cook one evening- just the best meal of the trip. Trying to find the place in the dark is not recommended though. The Google map reference given is not quite accurate and there is nothing to indicate you are supposed to drive through next door’s farmyard. But, like getting into heaven, it’s worth it!

Loredana war stets per Handy erreichbar und immer sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen herzlichen und netten Kontakt auf Englisch. Das Haus und der Garten sind wunderbar: toller Pool, wunderschöner Garten, rundherum eine Mauer bzw. Hecken, großes Wohnzimmer, gut ausgestattete Küche, ausreichendes Bad. Alles war sehr sauber. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Kritik nur für das weiche Ehebett (für mich okay, für meinen Mann nicht) und die kleinen Kinderbetten. Für kleinere Kinder ausreichend, für größere Teenies nicht mehr. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, man braucht zum Einkaufen ein Auto. Schöne Strände liegen in der Nähe. Preis- Leistung ist hier top!

We had a wonderful stay at Sabrina’s lovely, comfortable house with its green, spacious garden. It was really decorated with love and attention and we felt incredibly at home. Simply a wonderful holiday house. We were there in low season so the surroundings were quiet. Something we liked but meant we had to take the car if we wanted to go out for dinner. Lovely stay, highly recommended!

Alles sehr gut. Das Haus ist genial um eine schöne Zeit zu verbringen. Viel Umschwung. Sehr gut für Kinder. Am meisten hat mir die grosse Aussenküche gefallen. Die Nähe zum Strand von Fonte Biance ist auch genial. Alles in allem kan man perfekte Ferien in diesem Haus verbringen.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt Anfang Februar sehr genossen! Die Unterkunft entspricht der Beschreibung: Sie geräumig und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es liegt abseits auf einer Anhöhe und bietet eine grandiosen Ausblick in absoluter Ruhe. In der ersten Nacht gab es ein Unwetter. In dem Haus fühlt man sich sicher. Die Klimaanlage (Heizfunktion) und der Kamin sorgen für eine angenehme Raumtemperatur. Kaminholz in 15 kg-Säcken gibt es günstig in Sirakusa im Brico-City. Wir haben bei klarem Himmel auch den Etna im Norden gesehen und im Tal die Klocken der Weidekühe gehört. Garcia hat uns Wasser, Eier, Cerialien, Espressopulver und -kapseln, sowie weitere süsse Teilchen für das typische italienische Frühstück zur Verfügung gestellt. Garcia ist sehr aufmerksam und unterstützt immer bei Fragen. Für uns uns war es der Ausgangspunkt für unsere Wandertouren in der Region Sirakusa bis Ragusa. Aufgrund der engen Strassen ist ein Fiat Panda perfekt für diese Region. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!

Die Kommunikation mit Lorena war von Anfang an sehr positiv und nett und die Beschreibung für den Check-in sehr ausführlich. Wir bekamen Tips für Ausflüge und Restaurants. Obwohl wir abends spät ankamen, waren wir sehr positiv überrascht, als wir eine wohlig warme gemütliche Wohnung angetroffen haben. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Kochen braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles wie beschrieben.
