The property is a semi-detatched spacious two-floor villa in a countryside type of environment, very quiet and sorrounded by fields and a lawn where there is a raised swimming pool. A plus for us was also the presence of a piano for rehearsal reasons. The kitchen was well stocked with amenities and equipment, the bed(s) very comfortable. We did not meet Giuseppe in person but on video calls; we were welcomed by his mother who devoted all attentions to us by also beeing very discreet at the same time. We fully enjoyed our stay and the wonderful surrounding beaches minutes away from the house. Visiting wonderful Syracuse, Noto, Scicli, etc. is within short drives. Distance to the Catania airport is 1 hour drive. Very convenient and relaxing location, attentive and responsive hosts: we fully recommend!

Alles sehr gut. Das Haus ist genial um eine schöne Zeit zu verbringen. Viel Umschwung. Sehr gut für Kinder. Am meisten hat mir die grosse Aussenküche gefallen. Die Nähe zum Strand von Fonte Biance ist auch genial. Alles in allem kan man perfekte Ferien in diesem Haus verbringen.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt Anfang Februar sehr genossen! Die Unterkunft entspricht der Beschreibung: Sie geräumig und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es liegt abseits auf einer Anhöhe und bietet eine grandiosen Ausblick in absoluter Ruhe. In der ersten Nacht gab es ein Unwetter. In dem Haus fühlt man sich sicher. Die Klimaanlage (Heizfunktion) und der Kamin sorgen für eine angenehme Raumtemperatur. Kaminholz in 15 kg-Säcken gibt es günstig in Sirakusa im Brico-City. Wir haben bei klarem Himmel auch den Etna im Norden gesehen und im Tal die Klocken der Weidekühe gehört. Garcia hat uns Wasser, Eier, Cerialien, Espressopulver und -kapseln, sowie weitere süsse Teilchen für das typische italienische Frühstück zur Verfügung gestellt. Garcia ist sehr aufmerksam und unterstützt immer bei Fragen. Für uns uns war es der Ausgangspunkt für unsere Wandertouren in der Region Sirakusa bis Ragusa. Aufgrund der engen Strassen ist ein Fiat Panda perfekt für diese Region. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!

Santo’s house was the perfect location for our vacation. We stayed there for 7 days to explore the region and calm down from the craziness of the big city. The house is brand new, very clean, spacious and modern. It is powered with solar energy and is equipped with everything we needed ( washing machine, grill, nice kitchen, airs conditioning, nice terrace). Highlights for the smell of the lemon trees or the beautiful olive trees. They looked spectacular! Santo was an amazing host and helped us a lot with all we needed and was always available and answered promptly to all the questions. I’ll for sure be back when traveling again in the region.

Dom przepiękny, bardzo dobrze zaprojektowany. Robi naprawdę fantastyczne wrażenie. Ze wzgórza,na którym jest zlokalizowany, roztacza się przepiękny widok na najbliższą okolicę i morze. Cisza i spokój. Co kilka dni zaglądał do nas ogrodnik, plewiąc przydomowy ogródek, czy pielęgnując trawę wokół posesji. Wnętrze jest bardzo energetyczne- czuć, że to jest dom kogoś. Detale, przedmioty, które były w domu oddawały charakter właścicieli. Dom ma bardzo dobrą energię, czuliśmy się tam świetnie. Przydomowy basen, kuchnia w której mogliśmy upiec zakupione na targu ryby. Całość naprawdę dobrze korespondująca z ogólnym zamysłem domu. Harmonia i konsekwencja. Nie ma tam rzeczy z przypadku. Jedyne na co zwróciłabym uwagę to faktycznie podjazd- dla niskich aut może być problematyczny, dodatkowo- wjazd na posesję jest bardzo wąski, ograniczony przez krzaki, które rysowały karoserię. Nie wypożyczajcie aut bez pełnego ubezpieczenia. Stan armatury mógłby być lepszy- niestety mocno zakamienione

Merci beaucoup salvatore pour l’accueil et la villa. La maison était très agréable et a beaucoup contribué au très beau week end que nous avons passé. Salvator est un super hôte, très facilitant. Merci pour la patience et l’indulgence à notre arrivé et notre départ sur l’horaire. Nous aurons plaisir à revenir au cours de notre prochain séjour en Sicile à la villa. À bientôt!

Das Haus war fantastisch. Andrea ist ein super Gastgeber. Unsere Kids haben vor allem den Pool geliebt. Einziges Manko waren die lauten Umgebungsgeräusche, für die der Gastgeber gar nichts konnte. In der Nachbarschaft gab es eine Baustelle, die leider auch samstags stundenlange Motoren-Geräusche zu uns rüberwehte. Und die Motorsäge war leider auch ein täglicher Begleiter. Wir hatten aber trotzdem eine traumhafte, entspannte Woche hier und haben viele tolle Ausflüge unternommen.

We had a wonderful stay at Gioi Villa near Noto for Christmas with our family. The house is very welcoming and offers great views and sun gazing. There is plenty to visit in the region, with delicious restaurants & Enoteca to perfect your stay.

Absolutely incredible home - even better than in the pictures. Unforgettable vacation! Great for families. Cannot recommend enough. Hosts and organizers were very kind. Strong aircon and cool pool to shield from Sicilian heat.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana davvero piacevole a casa di Sebastiano e Flavia! La loro casa, nuovissima e perfettamente attrezzata, ci ha permesso di godere di un soggiorno molto confortevole. La piscina e la plancha sono stati un valore aggiunto che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo. La casa si trova a soli 3 minuti da una splendida spiaggia, il che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più perfetto. Sebastiano e Flavia sono stati degli ospiti eccezionali, molto premurosi e sempre disponibili per qualsiasi domanda o esigenza. Un grande grazie per la loro accoglienza e gentilezza. Consiglio vivamente!

Very nice, calm place. Noto is near (by car) with great restaurants. Communication with Simone and the team on-site (thank you, Corrado) was top.

This place was breathtaking. Worth every penny, we could not believe the view, the serenity and the house itself is stunning, super modern, extremely comfortable. Paolo met us at check in to show us the house. He is extremely friendly, and clearly cares about making sure his guests have a wonderful stay. The White Beach ten minutes away is beautiful, the town of Notto is gorgeous, and the Laghetti hike just up the road is challenging but you are rewarded with a swim in a waterfall at the bottom. Highly recommend and thank you Paolo for having us!

La casa di Manuela è molto bella e spaziosa, il giardino è curatissimo e anche il nostro cagnolino l'ha apprezzato tanto, la veranda è uno spazio stupendo, la piscina anche se piccola è utile per rinfrescarsi in ogni momento, il mare inoltre è veramente a pochissimi passi dalla casa! L'ospitalità di Manuela e l'attenzione per gli ospiti vale però anche più del solo alloggio. Dal grande vassoio di frutta fresca con cui ci ha accolti, a tutto il nécessaire per la colazione, giochi e colori per i bambini, attrezzatura per il mare, non ci ha fatto mancare proprio nulla. Inoltre sia lei che suo padre sono stati prontissimi ad aiutarci con qualsiasi richiesta o dubbio in tempi brevissimi. Torneremo con molto piacere

Had a lovely stay at Noto Villa. The villa is spacious, with two cosy double bedrooms, modern bathrooms, and a large living room. The pool area is fantastic, with palm trees providing natural shade, but you can still catch plenty of sun if you want. We were warmly welcomed by Livia, who was very kind and even allowed us to check in a bit earlier. There was also some food and champagne waiting for us in the fridge. The owners live above, so while they were respectful of privacy, we did notice a bit of noise here and there. We also had an unannounced visit from the gardener one day. The bathrooms are modern with good water pressure, and there were lots of towels, including for the pool. You’ll need a car (ideally 4x4) as there aren’t any attractions within walking distance from the villa. Noto city centre is about 12 min away by car, and parking is convenient near the city centre. Ragusa is about 1h drive via E45. Overall, a great stay with just a couple of minor things to keep in mind!

Silvia and her Family have been the best hosts we ever had! We felt so Welcome at their Villa, which is a real paradise: there is more than everything you need, it’s beautiful furnished, the pool is fantastic, the environment like Garden Eden. Silvia is so kind and helpful, whatever you need or want to know - she will be there for you! We had two wonderful weeks at Villa Sinerchia and can just recommend this wonderful place to everyone! We definitely want to come back next time on Sicily! Dear Silvia and family, thank you sooo much for your hospitality, you made us a perfect holiday!!!

We had a wonderful few days at Sofia’s. The pool and surrounding area were perfect for relaxing, with plenty of seating spots to unwind. We really appreciated the outdoor space which offered a great area to eat and chill. The grounds were lovely, and we enjoyed the company of the cute & friendly dogs. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and Sofia was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great local recommendations. Sofia’s is just a 10-minute walk to a nearby beach and a short 5-minute drive to other beaches and supermarkets. We would definitely recommend!

Nous avons apprécié notre appartement entouré d’un jardin magnifique et d’une superbe grande piscine. C’est un lieu paisible près de la plage et des sites à visiter. Sandrine et son mari nous ont accueilli chaleureusement et nous les remercions pour tous les conseils qui nous ont donnés. Nous avions même le boulanger qui passait tous les matins et qui vendait de succulentes viennoiseries ainsi que du très bon pain. Je recommande vivement!

We spent a magnificent week at this beautiful villa with our family of four (2 adults, 2 teenagers). The villa has a wonderful rustic feel to it which we loved, and it has everything one could possibly need for a relaxing holiday. As for the host, as many have already said, Corrado is just the best!! He really goes above and beyond for his guests. Super helpful, kind and knows all of Sicily like the back of his hand. We loved our stay at Casa Carrubo, it was perfect for us and our baby. The apartment is very spacious, stylish, clean and comfortable. The pool and gardens are beautiful too. Alberto was very helpful in providing excellent recommendations for the local area. It's a great place to stay to visit Ortigia. The beach, a short walk from the villa, is incredible too. We would love to come back!

We had a very enjoyable stay at Jochen & Katia's place. The location is excellent, with several beautiful beaches & a supermarket all within a 15-minute drive. The nearby town of Pachino offers fantastic fish markets, cafes, and bakeries, & a 30-minute drive to Noto made for a wonderful day trip, even on a rainy day. The property is well-maintained, & the pool is a great feature. However, there were a couple of small issues that could improve the experience. The security lights in the rooms were quite sensitive, & any movement at night caused red and green flashing lights to disturb the darkness. It would be helpful if these could be covered or adjusted. Additionally, while the kitchen was generally well-equipped, a sharp knife would have been a useful addition. Lastly, our host Carla was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, ensuring we had everything we needed. Overall, we had a comfortable and convenient stay, but with these minor tweaks, it could be even better.
