Our family of 5 adults thoroughly enjoyed Emanuel’s house. Luana met us and helped us house information. The house was spacious and we had plenty of room. The area surrounding the house is amazingly beautiful. We didn’t use the work out room or sauna, but appreciate it being available. The kitchen is well equipped.

Alles sehr gut. Das Haus ist genial um eine schöne Zeit zu verbringen. Viel Umschwung. Sehr gut für Kinder. Am meisten hat mir die grosse Aussenküche gefallen. Die Nähe zum Strand von Fonte Biance ist auch genial. Alles in allem kan man perfekte Ferien in diesem Haus verbringen.

Het huis staat middenin een prachtige boomgaard. Het is er stil, en het terras is groot en comfortabel. Met een buitendouche. Op loopafstand van de zee, langs de boulevard. Met verderop langs de kust ook meer afgelegen strandjes, zo mooi! Santo gaf ons tips voor leuke en goede restaurants in de buurt. We hadden een top-week!

Absolutely incredible home - even better than in the pictures. Unforgettable vacation! Great for families. Cannot recommend enough. Hosts and organizers were very kind. Strong aircon and cool pool to shield from Sicilian heat.

Having used Airbnb for many years now, this was by far one of the best experiences we ever had. The location was perfect, within an easy drive to many of the area areas most beautiful venues. The house was clean, comfortable, and fit our family of three perfectly. Our 2 year old daughter loved wandering around the huge garden, the scenery was gorgeous and balcony so comfortable to chill in the sunny days. But above all, what made this day unforgettable was the hospitality of Giulia, Tiziana and Francesco. We do not remember when we ever felt so welcomed and loved, their hospitality was incredibly generous, taking care of every detail, including preparing meals for us and inviting us to a wonderful Easter lunch. We will forever cherish this memory and could not recommend this place enough to other guests.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana davvero piacevole a casa di Sebastiano e Flavia! La loro casa, nuovissima e perfettamente attrezzata, ci ha permesso di godere di un soggiorno molto confortevole. La piscina e la plancha sono stati un valore aggiunto che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo. La casa si trova a soli 3 minuti da una splendida spiaggia, il che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più perfetto. Sebastiano e Flavia sono stati degli ospiti eccezionali, molto premurosi e sempre disponibili per qualsiasi domanda o esigenza. Un grande grazie per la loro accoglienza e gentilezza. Consiglio vivamente!

Place is a bit difficult to find as the airbnb app sends you to a different location than where it actually is. Double confirm with the host to get the right location. Lots of space. Rooms were kept well. The on site person was fun and helpful. Some of the outside furniture and umbrellas etc need replacing as there are falling apart, This is the only real criticism I have. The kitchen is fantastic for cooking for a large group like us! Plenty of communal places to sit inside and outside to eat and talk. Thanks Martina for the flexible check in and check out times! You made our weekend extra special!

Had a lovely stay at Noto Villa. The villa is spacious, with two cosy double bedrooms, modern bathrooms, and a large living room. The pool area is fantastic, with palm trees providing natural shade, but you can still catch plenty of sun if you want. We were warmly welcomed by Livia, who was very kind and even allowed us to check in a bit earlier. There was also some food and champagne waiting for us in the fridge. The owners live above, so while they were respectful of privacy, we did notice a bit of noise here and there. We also had an unannounced visit from the gardener one day. The bathrooms are modern with good water pressure, and there were lots of towels, including for the pool. You’ll need a car (ideally 4x4) as there aren’t any attractions within walking distance from the villa. Noto city centre is about 12 min away by car, and parking is convenient near the city centre. Ragusa is about 1h drive via E45. Overall, a great stay with just a couple of minor things to keep in mind!

Noto to be missed. The house was recently built & has been constructed & furnished to a 5 star hotel standard. The setting is also perfect, very peaceful with a beautiful view over olive groves & out to the ocean yet only 10mins drive to Noto As you might expect with a brand new property there were some teething problems but these were quickly rectified by the team. Roberto the owner was a pleasure to deal with and owning several properties in the area has assembled a great team to look after them. Lucky the property manager and Sonia who both cleaned and did some cooking for us were both lovely and very helpful as was Daniel who drove us out to restaurants. Highly recommend having Sonia cook for you. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay here but would note if planning to work from here the WiFi is through a wireless router and as such speeds vary significantly during the day. Also the pool is unheated so by mid-Sept was too cold for our baby but refreshing for the grown ups.

What a wonderful property, it was paradise. We loved picking fresh fruit and vegetables from the gardens, we enjoyed the chickens, geese and donkey. The property is set in beautiful gardens, with a sparkling clean swimming pool. The beach is a short walk away, where you will find a variety of places to eat and drink. Five minutes away is a well stocked shop. Gio was a fantastic host, who was available 24/7 for any problems, his local knowledge was very useful and he proudly showed us around his wonderfully kept gardens. We particularly enjoyed picking bananas every morning. Thank you so much Gio, we hope to return to paradise near the sea.

Our stay at Katia's home was one of the most beautiful and memorable experiences for our family. Katia was extremely helpful and provided us with recommendations for everything you can think of. The local team were so kind and helpful - their welcome was warm and inviting and they were quick to respond to us, making our stay easy and relaxing. The house is so thoughtfully decorated and appointed with every amenity one could need. The close proximity to Noto and nearby beaches was excellent. We thank Katia and everyone for a wonderful stay in Sicily! It was a magical stay for our family and one which will definitely bring us back.

It’s a beautiful, modern villa with an infinity pool and gorgeous terrace, 10 minutes by car from Siracusa. You most definitely need your own transport but if you do, it’s easy to find restaurants etc that are a short car drive away. Would recommend Cava Grande, which is about 45 minutes away (Carrubella hike) and the beautiful nature reserve on the Southern coast. Definitely worth the trip to Mount Etna as well (a couple of hours in the car)

Very nice, calm place. Noto is near (by car) with great restaurants. Communication with Simone and the team on-site (thank you, Corrado) was top.

Alessandra and Mauricio are wonderful hosts. The best thing about our stay - even more than the incredible view and wonderful weather - was how hospitable they were. We were seriously delayed in arriving, and yet the welcome we received was extremely warm and generous. We also had to call Mauricio out when we accidentally got locked out, and he couldn't have been kinder or more helpful. The house is a great spot for a family to visit the magical South Eastern corner of Sicily. Siracusa and Noto are very accessible but there's also the option of extended time by the pool. We traveled late in the year, so were the only guests on the property, but it's clear there'd be plenty of privacy even at high season (although I believe the laundry would be communal). The area itself is very tranquil, with lovely views of the Mediterranean. That does mean everything is a drive away, but the house is on Google Maps and only the last little stretch of road is tight. Thanks for a great stay!

Wir haben eine Woche in der wunderschönen Unterkunft von Emanuele in der Nähe von Avola verbracht. Die Villa war noch schöner als auf den Fotos, vor allem der große schöne Garten mit zahlreichen Sitzgelegenheiten hat es uns angetan. Die Küche ist super gut ausgestattet, einige Grundnahrungsmittel zum kochen sind vorhanden, zusätzlich war der Kühlschrank mit Säften und anderen Leckereien gefüllt. Wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt! Super praktisch war auch, dass es Sonnenschirme und ausreichend Liegen gab und im Bad Seife und Shampoo. Die Türen waren etwas laut, sonst war alles top. Die Lage ist super in die Gegend zu erkunden. Last but Not least war die Kommunikation sehr gut und wir waren begeistert von der Gastfreundschaft! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Vielen Dank!

Wir waren für eine Woche als Familie hier. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Insbesondere der große Garten in dem man immer die Wahl zwischen Sonne und Schatten hat ist toll. In der Unterkunft selber ist alles vorhanden was man braucht inklusive Kaffee und Frühstück Snacks. Mit dem Auto sind Supermärkte und Restaurants schnell erreichbar und die Altstadt von Syrakus nur 15 min entfernt. Silvia ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Ruhe genossen.

We had a family vacation and everything was really nice , the host met us and welcomed us , the house is full of everything you may need and if there is any issue at all Corrado comes within minutes to solve it . It’s a quiet area and the pool is Amazing We spent the most smacking time at a fish restaurant in Avola and took day trips . The people are very nice , if you are looking for a very nice vacation and wonderful host , you’ve arrived !

This place was a little oasis in the middle of the city. It’s so beautiful, clean and well-kept. We were offered some treats and helpful items on arrival. The kids loved the property, the pool, the yard, and the home. The garden is just so serene. Charlotte is such a nice person. She was attentive, very friendly, genuine and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay here again, nor would I hesitate to recommend Charlotte and her home to others.

Super séjour, logement très confortable avec une vue incroyable. Salvatore a été très prévenant et nous avons apprécié les gentilles attentions.

Wir (Freundesgruppe) waren sehr zufrieden und begeistert vom schönen Ambiente. der Empfang war super freundlich und wir haben uns willkommen gefühlt. Auch die Haustiere (Hund und 2 Katzen) waren super erzogen und eine Bereicherung. Sie waren eher zurückhaltend. Corrado ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit gewesen. Die Woche in dem schönen alten Haus inmitten von Zitronenplantagen verging viel zu schnell. Auch der Ausblick über die Zitronenbäume und den wunderschönen Pool auf das Meer haben uns täglich begeistert. Liebe Grüße von uns alleb und bis bald mal wieder!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem liebevoll eingerichteten und wunderschön gelegenen Haus sehr genossen. Die Kinder waren trotz noch kühler Wassertemperaturen sehr glücklich über den Pool und wir haben die schönen Sitzplätze rund um das Haus mit großer Freude genutzt. Haus und Garten verbreiten eine Wohlfühl-Atmosphäre, so dass wir sehr gern länger als eine Woche geblieben wären. Die Kommunikation mit Giusi lief super und Sebastiano sorgte für einen herzlichen Empfang sowie Abschied. Wer nicht fahren möchte abends kann auch 40 Minuten ins nahe gelegene Noto spazieren, wo es eine große Vielfalt a Restaurants gibt. Wir haben aber auch im Haus gekocht und waren dankbar für die gut eingerichtete Küche. Wir würden jedenfalls wiederkommen!

Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine chez Allisola et la maison était parfaite pour nous! - maison: comme sur les photos - jardin /piscine: très grand/agréable- super bien entretenu - propreté: rien a dire! Super propre - communication: super facile Merci a Alberto et Roberta pour leur super accueil et pour les oranges et citrons de leur jardin- un vrai délice

We spent 10 super days at Alessandra's house. You will need a car for sure to stay here, but it's super peaceful and nice and private. A little local farm is next to the house, but it's ok. Everything is close with car, but unreachable by foot. Lots and lots of locations are close with car, easy to get in to Siracusa or drive to other towns. A nice grill terace and a nice pool is in the garden waiting only for you. Alessandra and her husband are super nice and helpful hosts, with super ideas and local contacts, like Francesco, who guided us to Etna for a really good day. If you like busy town and crowd than it's not the right place for you. But if you want to find calm and personal quite place to stay, than this is your place :) Thanks a lot again Alessandra.
