We had an amazing stay at the Billie Bo Farm. The house was very spacious, clean and had all the amenities that we needed. Was so relaxing to look out the windows and see the horses grazing in the fields. Location was central to all the activities that we had planned for the weekend. Would stay here again if we come back to the area!

My husband and I visited for our honeymoon and we had such an amazing stay! Erin was so informative, responsive, and she went way above and beyond to make us feel special! The location was beautiful and it was just far enough outside the hustle and bustle of Salem to get away from the October crowd. Would absolutely recommend a stay here! 💕

Quant and nice house. Location is great for lexington minute man historical areas and cambridge downtown boaton visits. Use Uber or rent a car if teavelling by air. Highly recommend host and house

I can’t say enough good things about this stay! This little lake house was exactly what I needed—peaceful, cozy, and absolutely spotless. It was the perfect spot to unwind, drink coffee on the deck, and just soak in the quiet. The house itself was super clean . You can tell the host really puts thought into making guests feel welcome. The customer service was great—good communication, thoughtful touches, and just an overall warm and inviting experience. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway in a beautiful setting, this is it. I’m already looking forward to going back!

Parents - do not hesitate to book! This cabin was the perfect place for my family of 4 to stay. The front room with the bookshelf full of toys is where we spent the majority of our time. I enjoyed drinking coffee and taking in the view from the GIANT WINDOW SEAT (seriously perfection). I have a 10-month old and an almost 3-year old and this was seriously the perfect rental. The host offered a pack & play and a high-chair seat that worked perfectly for the baby. The toddler was entertained by all the new things to play with. The front deck is the perfect spot to get some beautiful family photos. We will be booking again if we are in the area.

Kristen was a wonderful host and we had an amazing stay at this house! The place was perfect for a weekend away and we wish we stayed longer! It’s in a great location near beaches and close to Portsmouth too! Hope to go back soon.

Fantastic stay. So much space inside, and absolutely gorgeous sunset views. Super clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend!

We had some difficulty finding the apartment because our GPS took us to a different location. Gigi’s son was very helpful and responded quickly to my email to help us find the correct address. The apartment is centrally located and very cozy. It had everything we needed for the duration of our stay. I was pleasantly surprised that when I asked about an item for the kitchen that we wished was there, but wasn’t totally necessary, a bag with the item showed up at the door. My husband said he wished there had been a comfortable arm chair for reading, but I found the sofa to be sufficient. The shower has excellent water pressure and the bed is comfortable. We visited in the winter and parking was free and readily available. In the busy season, this may not be the case. If a person has problems climbing steep stairs, this may not be the best place to stay. It was perfect for us (in our 70s and healthy). We’d suggest visiting in the fall. Many businesses close in the winter. Great rental!

This place was beautiful! Such a lovely, and comfortable stay. Checking in was easy, and quick. Parking on premises was amazing ! Theres a designated spot right by the door. There’s even free washer and drying unit along with detergent, softener, and dryer sheets. Catherine was very responsive which was another great experience. The house was clean, spacious, comfortable, and for the most part pretty quiet. There are other tenants that live upstairs but you only ever hear the occasional walking around. The house is on a pretty busy street so there was some noise of cars passing by, but that didn’t bother me at all. I found it quite relaxing. Overall a 10/10 on this place. I would loveee to stay here again, next time I come to visit my family in good ol bean town! Thank you Catherine !!!

Perfect place for our weekend trip! We planned to visit Salem & Boston, and it’s located pretty much in the middle of the two places so it worked perfect!! It was a good amount of space for the 4 of us! We enjoyed the patio on evening, that was a very nice additional space.

Lisa and Bob were so kind and accommodating. I felt right at home and would definitely stay again!

Jennifer’s place was very nice. She quickly answered any questions or any issues we had as well. The biggest thing I would say is that if you are from the country the way we are there was lots of road noise in the front bedroom closest to the street. The parking are is small and may not have been as bad had it not snowed just before we arrived for our stay. Overall I would recommend this place to stay and would gladly stay there again.

Wow… Just what we hoped it would be. Although we didn’t spend much time inside, it was a great place to be nonetheless. Just as advertise. Right in the center of town with easy access to all there is to see in Newburyport. First class lodging for sure.

We stayed here for my mother’s 70th birthday weekend. The space was warm, comfortable and allowed for many friends to gather and celebrate. The kitchen was very well equipped with essentials and everything was appropriately labeled.

The space was clean, quiet, and spacious, and Tina was kind enough to even provide some ready-meals like and mac and cheese and ramen. The space isn’t fancy, but it gets the job done, and it’s walkable to downtown Salem. My only real critique is that a table in the kitchen — even a tiny one — would have been immensely appreciated.
