Amazing Stay – Clean, Comfortable, and Perfectly Located! We had an absolutely fantastic stay at The Mariner House of Beach Haven! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spotlessly clean and well-maintained the house was. Everything felt fresh, updated, and thoughtfully designed for a comfortable getaway. The location is unbeatable—just two short blocks from the beach and right across from the Bay, making it easy to enjoy both sunrises and sunsets. Plus, having Bay Village, Fantasy Island, and great restaurants just minutes away made everything super convenient. The outdoor space is a huge highlight! We loved relaxing in the hot tub, using the grill, and enjoying meals outside. The outdoor shower was a great bonus after a beach day, and the half bath made everything even more convenient. Inside, the full kitchen with filtered water and brand-new ductless air made the stay extra comfortable. This home is truly perfect for families

The house was the perfect getaway for my family. The kids had a great time in the bunk room and my mother in law truly enjoyed sitting on one of the many decks and enjoying the view. It was so easy to get to and from the beach, and was also walkable to anything else we wanted to do.

Rick was great to work with. He was really helpful and had the place spotless on arrival. He texted to check to make sure everything was good the following morning. We had a great time and plan to rent with him in the future!

We had a wonderful weekend the house was perfect for our family and being just steps away from the beach we got lots of time enjoying the water. We’d definitely rent again.

We had a wedding in Smithville and spent the Thanksgiving holiday at this house. There was 11 of us and we had plenty of space. House was clean and comfortable.

Would definitely recommend. Very clean and well maintained felt right at home. Quick walk to the beach. On site staff was very friendly and attentive.

We love a dog-friendly property. The Longport Dog Beach is a short 8 minute drive away. Great area...especially if you enjoy shopping and only a 5 minute or so walk to the beach/boardwalk. Perfect property for a couple and the weather couldn't have been more perfect. You will get your steps in as this property is located up three flights of stairs. Please note that this unit, Unit 3, is accessible by using the FRONT staircase to the right of the store underneath it. Go straight up and you will see a green door. Enter a code and ascend another staircase to see a door marked 3. Use the octopus on the house as your guide! Would recommend.
