Super clean. Very responsive. Hard to find 2 bed 2 bath. Perfect for me and my sister. Kitchen was stocked with spices and such—a great perk even though we ate out! When she and I travel together we usually bring our own honey and Kubra’s kitchen even had honey—-yay! Very quiet building despite all the beautiful doggies around. Never heard a bark from any of them—never heard any neighbors at all in fact!

Lori's place was fantastic, and she and her husband made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The house was amazing and very relaxing; it truly felt like home. I don't typically write reviews, but I had to because my family and I were truly amazed. We'll be recommending Lori's place to all our family and friends visiting the Cape. With Onset Beach just down the street and a short drive to the Cape, you don't have to go far to enjoy a beautiful beach.

This penthouse two bedroom, two bathroom apartment was perfect for our family of four, traveling with two teenagers. It was a very modern and pristine space which was ideally located with a CVS, cafés, restaurants, and a Whole Foods market all within three minute walk. The building was very safe, and we also took advantage of the common spaces, including gorgeous city views from the 13th floor terrace. Finally, we enjoyed the South Boston location, which was within a 1 to 2 mile radius of many attractions including Boston Commons and Newbury Street with tons of shopping, restaurants, and cafés.

I enjoyed my stay at Kimberly’s house. She was very welcoming and accommodating. The air bnb is spacious and clean. She was great to communicate with. I would recommend this for anyone looking for a peaceful escape.

The apartment was just as described. Very clean, next to the train station, very well furnished. The hosts were very helpful and responded promptly. It is the second time I rent in this building with Johna as a host, two different apartments, both great. I definitely recommend this property.

We had a girls trip for a few days. We chose this house because it had plenty of room and bathrooms for the 5 of us. The bedroom on the first floor is a bonus for those having trouble with stairs. All of the beds and pillows(!)are very good-like tempurpedic! The hosts were quickly responsive. We noticed the kitchen did not have a coffee pot except a single cup Keurig-not great for the number the house can hold. One was delivered the next morning. The house is great, my four or 3 stars are for upkeep, and lack of freshness for the price. The house was clean, but a number of light bulbs (and many different shades of white)were out, the walls, moldings and baseboards were badly in need of paint. There were tp holders that had fallen off and a shower head on the bathroom counter. There were no instructions about what to do with trash /garbage. We had to leave bags in the kitchen. We suggest a comprehensive binder with house instructions. We had a great time. The house is just tired.

We brought our 2 kids for a week, 3 year old and 1 year old. It was a great house to stay at with kids. We also brought our dog who loved the backyard area fully fenced in. The neighborhood is also nice to walk dogs. There is a door at the top of the upstairs staircase that you can shut if you don’t want kids falling down. We had a couple rainy days and spent some time watching shows and there is also a door you can close to the tv room so the kids can’t wander. It’s a 5 min drive to the beach and Kevin gave a beach pass so we explored some beaches a little farther that are resident only beaches. It’s about 12-15 mins to Hyannis and we went there for dinner a couple nights. Kitchen is easy to cook in. Beds were comfy too! Overall very nice and peaceful house and Kevin is very responsive.

Denise’s home was an ideal place as a base for our family vacation on The Cape. There was plenty of room for all of us to sleep and spread out. We enjoyed the neighborhood. We like to run and the streets around the house were great for that. The house was well appointed with all the amenities we needed. We appreciated the proximity to Mashpee Commons and the Poponpessett, which offer great restaurants and shopping. We were visiting family in Cotuit and that area is much quieter than some of the more touristy areas nearby. Denise was very responsive and check in/out was seamless.

Had the privilege of staying in this beautiful home for three months during the fall, and it was a fantastic experience! The house is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood, just under 2 miles from the beach, making it perfect for beach lovers. It's also conveniently close to grocery stores and less than a 15-minute drive to a variety of unique and trendy restaurants. The home itself is thoughtfully designed with comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen, making it easy to settle in. A highlight for me was the home gym, complete with a Peloton bike, treadmill, rowing machine, and weight bench—perfect for staying active during my stay. Tena, the host, was incredibly friendly, responsive, and full of helpful tips on great spots to explore throughout Cape Cod. Her recommendations truly enhanced my visit. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-equipped place to stay in the area.

First off the communication was very responsive and quick, when I had little questions here and there. Second, the space was nice and clean and neatly arranged with more than adequate amenities. The small-medium above ground pool was clean and comfortable. All the appliances and audio-visual stuff worked great. Five of us were there for a two day deep-sea fishing trip and we got 20 lobsters and she even had a pot to steam our lobsters. So yes, everything was comfortable, and I would go right back there if we would be in the area again.

We absolutely loved staying here. Probably one of the best places we stayed at. The check-in process was easy and we were surprised with some snacks in the living room. The kitchen has everything you need and the basement even had an extra small kitchen. All the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The basement was huge with plenty of living space. The best part for us was the back yard oasis. The kids hung out mostly in the pool which was heated, huge plus. The hot tub was amazing and the fire pit was great. Communication with the hosts was quick and they were awesome. We will be back again. Thank you!
