Andrea’s place was perfect for the time we spent there. This house was a last-minute find after our Nantucket house rental flooded the day before we were set to leave. Her house was clean, close to stores, and comfortable. There was lots of room as the basement had more beds and space for kids. We were able to salvage our trip and actually found this location perfect. Anyone staying here will also love the backyard with multiple amenities. We were very lucky to find this on Airbnb.

This was a family Christmas getaway, and it was perfect.

We had a great stay at Midori’s home. Comfortable beds, spacious living areas and clean home. Large fenced in backyard was perfect for our pups. Great family neighborhood for walking and exercising. Midori was very accommodating and generous with our request to check in early. We would definitely stay here again.

This property is a beautiful mix of old and new. The original structure is over 100 years old. The bedrooms retain much of the original character while the kitchen and upstairs bath have been very nicely updated. We found the beds to be comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials and more. The location is quiet. The association beach is a short walk and is clean with easy swimming as the bay side water is usually calm. It is a beautiful area for paddling with generally quiet water. There are numerous options within 10-15 minutes for restaurants or shopping. We very much enjoyed the stay with plans to return. Chuck was very responsive to any questions or concerns; great host.

We had a great Thanksgiving visit in a wonderful setting. The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need. The space worked very well for our family and the beds were comfortable. Jess provided us with all the information we needed for a great stay!

We stayed here with a large group of friends including toddlers and babies for a friend’s wedding. We loved the space, especially sitting out on the deck together, having two separate spaces so some friends could stay up chatting while the kids slept in the other house was excellent. We would highly recommend this house for a fun and relaxing group trip!

After a late night flight, walking up to a beautiful front porch, lighted, and easy to enter was just what we needed. There is a lovely entryway with a bench and plenty of room to drop your bags. The beds are really comfortable with bedside lamps. Jon’s kitchen and bathrooms are clean and well stocked. We travel often to Quincy and we’ll be back! Thanks so much for a wonderful weekend!

My family and I absolutely loved staying at Krisztian‘s place! It allowed for easy access to restaurants, sites, and transportation while still feeling private and in a quiet/peaceful area. We had a great stay! Quiet, safe neighborhood, easy to get to the city. Lots of space for the six of us to eat and relax together. Beautiful view of the Boston skyline just minutes walk from the place. Comfortable beds and soft sheets too! We also had no troubles parking nearby and leaving our car (for free) for our entire stay.

Great space, close walk to all the places we needed to go. Loved the open layout of the kitchen and living room areas, awesome to lounge around during our downtimes. Bathrooms fit our needs and beds were comfortable. Nice and thoughtful amenities such as the Dove body soap and toothpaste. TV cable was much appreciated as well as the electric piano! The waterfront view was the cherry on top for this rental. Excellent location and fully stocked condo. Walking distance to restaurants, local grocer, and historic sites like: Paul Revere House, Old North Church, and Copp's Burial Ground. Also, walkable to the hop-on-hop-off trolley tour stop. Bill and Kristy were responsive, and we enjoyed a few of their local recommendations. Also, my husband and our 12-year-old son enjoyed a game of Battleship (located in the condo) while watching the harbor from their seats- BONUS.

Jake’s place was fantastic. Just like the photos and super clean. Felt right at home and beds were comfy! Spacious enough for the three of us with two beds and two bathrooms! Kitchen had everything you could ever need or think of!
