Great place to spend a holiday in peace and quiet! The host, Damiano, and the keeper, Fabrizio, are super friendly. Fabrizio helped a lot answering all our questions and providing all necessary instructions during the check in, also advising local places for sightseeing, grocery stores etc.. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends and colleagues and thinking to return back there in summer time.

Lage und Aussicht super. Gut erreichbar, wenn auch die letzten Meter zum Haus eine Herausforderung sind. Es ist alles Notwendige da, der Ort ist gut erreichbar, es war sehr sauber, toller Kontakt zu Edoardo und Gino. Beide auch sehr hilfsbereit. Wir würden wieder kommen und empfehlen gerne!

Maria ist eine sehr nette, freundliche Gastgeberin und sie war stets für alle Anliegen greifbar. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet genug Platz für 4 Personen an. Alle drei Bäder waren sehr sauber und neuwertig. Besonders gut hat uns die ruhige Lage und der herrliche Ausblick auf die Landschaft Monferrato gefallen. Wir können den Wochenmarkt in Casale Monferrato (ca. 25 km von der Unterkunft entfernt) empfehlen, der dienstags und freitags stattfindet. Hier findet man tolle Produkte aus der Region.

Casa molto spaziosa soprattutto x comitive con bimbi, qualche imperfezione nella struttura ma nulla che non possa essere superato, calda e pulita. L'host accogliente anche se qualche incomprensione ha creato qualche dubbio sulle informazioni. In caso di bisogno torneremo sicuramente…alla prossima riunione familiare 😜

Logement magnifique au milieu de la nature. Nous avons bien profité de la terrasse, et du logement. Accès cependant difficile car la route est mauvaise. Le centre du village est difficilement accessible à pied et la route décourage de faire des aller-retours fréquents. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques. Je recommande vivement!

Siamo stati alla cascina per un Natale in famiglia. Gli alloggi e gli spazi hanno largamente superato le aspettative di tutti gli ospiti. Tutte le camere hanno un bagno, e la cucina e' eccezionale, provvista di tutto. La tavolata era stata preparata con cura e stile, e c'era ampio spazio per far giocare i bambini. Gli spazi comuni sono perfino provvisti di un camino e fuori c'e' un giardino con qualche gioco. Il patio, assolato di mattina, ha sedie bianche. Giovanna e' stata accogliente e gentile nel soddisfare ogni nostra domanda o richiesta e il luogo e' davvero speciale. Consigliatissimo.

La casa di Fabrizio è immersa nella campagna ed intorno ci sono degli scorci splendidi. E' un'oasi di pace. Fabrizio è estremamente cordiale, disponibile, generoso (ci ha riempiti di cibo e prodotti della sua campagna)...ci ha messo a disposizione il ping-pong, è stato un host impagabile. I suoi appartamenti sono stati costruiti con grande cura ed amore....si vede e si sente. E sono un'ottima base per scoprire i dintorni.

We stayed for one month on a working holiday with our three dogs. The place and the area are beautiful and there are nice places to walk with dogs. The internet connection worked well and is fast enough for remote working and Netflix. We loved the wood burning owens and the pizza owen is very good! We realy enjoyed our stay! :)

Überragender Ausblick aus dem Haus und von den Terrassen auf den Gardasee. Sehr freundlicher Empfang von Monica. Ein leckerer Wein als kleine Aufmerksamkeit stand bereit. Das Haus ist einfach, aber sehr liebevoll mit Charme eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Monica ist eine sehr hilfsbereite und herzliche Gastgeberin.

Abbiamo soggiornato con i nostri Treccani di taglia media , abbiamo trovato uno spazio in estrema sicurezza sia all’interno che verso l’esterno. La casa era molto accogliente curata con gusto con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno comodo. Loro due persone speciali disponibili gentili accoglienti davvero come essere in famiglia . Grazie per tutto , anche la passeggiata domenicale insieme nel mercato rionale .🙏

La casa di Emanuele è stata perfetta per il il weekend di Ognissanti, ottima posizione per visitare il Monferrato e Le Langhe, e in una posizione tranquilla, il giardino è molto grande e anche lo spazio interno. Ottima in ogni stagione. Emanuele e Mariarosa sempre disponili! Super consigliato

Il nostro soggiorno è stato molto rilassante, grazie a Cristina, che ci ha accolto con il cuore aperto. Tutto a posto, la casetta nella natura, semplice e curata. Decisamente da consigliare!

Appartement situé en pleine campagne, au calme, mais assez proche d'un village avec tous les commerces. Accueil très chaleureux par les parents de Rosella. Nous nous sommes régalés lors de notre séjour, grazie mille !

We love this place. It really is a home from home for us but with the addition of the most beautiful garden and view of Lake Garda. We can’t wait to return 😊

We stayed with our kids (15, 12, and 5 years old). We all loved this property. It is so beautiful! Marco and Alessandra were very welcoming, kind, and always responsive. We were not able to check in until very late in the evening but Marco and Alessandra were both so kind, patient and understanding and just waited for our arrival which we of course really appreciated! The house was beautiful and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We were very comfortable there. We could tell that Marco and Alessandra went out of their way to prepare the house for our stay. Everything was perfect. The location was great as well… not only do you get the privacy and the beautiful views but you are also very close to the shops and restaurants. We were able to easily explore the nearby towns as well such as Venezia, Verona, Vicenza, Padua, Bologna, and Maranello. We will definitely stay here again!!

What a wonderful hostess. Coffee, pastries and fruit there when we got in from a long drive. Beautiful place, great value for the money and we loved our stay. Will go again and highly recommend.

My partner and I stayed a couple days at Marcos apartment over New Years and had an amanzing time. We felt home the second Marco opened the door. Everything you need is there with a great attention to detail. Even a portable heater for chilly nights. The view and the sound of the waves to fall asleep and waking up to is priceless. Marco made sure we had everything we need everytime, incl. great tips for stores, restaurants and activities (Paragliding!!). There is so much to explore and to discover in the area. Great to do with (e-) bicycles even if its a little taff up-hill or by train. We had one of our best vacations at his place and we’d love to come back someday. Thank you Marco!!!

Abbiamo trascorso alcuni giorni di Natale indimenticabili in questa splendida casa insieme ai nostri amici. L’esperienza è stata davvero perfetta sotto ogni punto di vista. L’host, Laura, è stata semplicemente eccezionale: gentile, amichevole e sempre disponibile a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda o necessità. È una padrona di casa impeccabile, che ci ha fatto sentire accolti e coccolati fin dal primo momento. La casa era pulitissima, ben attrezzata e curata nei minimi dettagli, con un’atmosfera calda e accogliente che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più speciale. Tutto è stato davvero al top! Siamo stati così bene che non vediamo l’ora di tornarci. Grazie di cuore, Laura, per aver reso il nostro Natale così speciale. A presto!

We hebben een uitstekend verblijf gehad. De woning was voor ons perfect met kleine kinderen en we konden de auto naast het huis parkeren. Het is gelegen in een rustige en mooie omgeving. Valentina heeft ons alles over het verblijf uitgelegd. Interessant was ook de voorgeschiedenis van het landhuis van haar familie. De map met informatie en tips over de regio heeft ons erg wegwijs gemaakt. Zonder haar hadden we sommige restaurants niet ontdekt. Bedankt Valentina!

La casa di Alessia è un piccolo paradiso in un grande paradiso!! La casa è ancora più bella che in foto, curata in ogni dettaglio, con un'atmosfera calda e accogliente, un vero nido romantico! Lo spazio esterno è meraviglioso, curato anch'esso come l'interno, con tutti i confort per rilassarsi e mangiare all'aperto nella bella stagione, il nostro cane era super felice di correre sui prati e delle passeggiate nei sentieri circostanti. Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti dalla mamma di Alessia con una gentilezza e cordialità eccezionali e con un vassoio di pasticcini!! Anche Alessia telefonicamente è stata sempre super gentile e super reattiva. Non siamo mai stati così tristi di chiudere la porta di una casa di vacanze alla nostra partenza ma siamo speranzosi di tornare in estate per godere della casa nella bella stagione o nuovamente in inverno per godere del caldo della stufa a legna dopo una giornata sulle montagne innevate.

We were looking for a base to explore the region and Paolo's house was a perfect choice for us. It offered convenient access to all the places we wanted to visit. For example, you can drive 15 minutes to the nearby train station, leave your car there, and within an hour be in Venice. We liked that the house was quiet and very warm as we also wanted to rest after our travels. The Internet speed was fast and the connection stable. The house is an open space separated by a sliding door for the bedroom/bathroom part. The kitchen is small and narrow which made cooking a little complicated. The bathroom is small as well but designed in such a way that it wasn't a big problem for us. Despite the house being located in a small town with many houses nearby, it sits on a large plot of land and feels more like being in the countryside. Paolo was very helpful and caring throughout our stay. It was clear that he wanted to provide the best experience possible. We also loved his friendly dogs :)
