Wir waren eine Woche bei Paolo und haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Für eine Gruppe ist das Haus perfekt, die Küche ist extrem gut ausgestattet und der Garten und Pool sind wunderschön. Paolo ist ein sehr sehr netter Host und war immer gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit.

L’alloggio corrisponde perfettamente alle foto, è meraviglio, curato e con tutti i servizi necessari. La vista è impagabile. E tutto lo staff è stato davvero cordiale e disponibile! Super consigliato!!

Villa Anna was absolutely beautiful. An easy walk to local restaurants, plenty of great cafes, lots of beautiful wildlife to enjoy while also having a safe, secure, temperature controlled space. He even picked us up from the train station, walked us through the home, and gave us all of his local recommendations. Above and beyond. We absolutely will recommended to any friends visiting Alba and will be back!

We had a really enjoyable stay at Villa Adina and particularly loved the well designed kitchen and glass house. We had some amazing meals prepared and enjoyed in the space! It was such a beautiful and unique property we would definitely recommend it to others.

What a beautiful place to stay, the amazing view over the sea is stunnig. The house was so nice renovated, and the nice and warm swimming pool was a relaxed place. Lothar was so friendly, he brings al the luggage with the quat to the house. During the week he was also very helpful and he gave us tips for the best sores and spots to go. The walk down to Sori was a beautiful walk with a lot of nice views. Lothar is a great and friendly host. It was an amazing place to stay, we come back for sure.

This is the second time I have stayed at this incredible villa. Three of us in my party decided to return to share the experience with our families, and we were not disappointed. The hosts were friendly, communicative, and on top of everything. They were even helpful in setting up an evening with a private chef. The location is central to several very large northern Italian cities. It was an absolutely amazing experience that I’ll cherish for the rest of my life. PLEASE STAY AT THIS WONDERFUL PLACE!

Pleasently surprised by the size of the apartment and the friendliness of Reza. The Host was very helpful with being flexible for check in and out as well as helping with recommendations of things to do in the area. The apartment is in great condition especially the bathrooms. Would definately book again

The Villa is an excellent stay for large families with lots of children. It is spacious and secure, the pool is great and there are many, many rooms. There are private areas and a large communal space. There is plenty of parking for multiple cars. It is very close to Alba and the wine area of Barolo and Barbaresco. The twin is walking distance Adolfo provided fantastic advice for what to see and where to eat to get the best possible experience of the region.

Nous avons séjourné à 8 copines dans cette fabuleuse villa pour découvrir Milan. Situé à 30min de Milan et 30min du Lac de Côme, c’était pour nous le bon compromis, si vous êtes véhiculés. Le logement était comme en photos, correspondant parfaitement à la description. Les instructions étaient très expliquées pour l’arrivée autonome, très facile d’accès. Possibilité de stationner dans le garage souterrain. L’intérieur est très spacieux idéal pour les grand groupes/familles. La maison était propre et tout les équipements énoncés étaient présents et fonctionnel. Le cadre est très paisible, pas de bruit du voisinage, très peu de passage sur la route, avec le parc en face de la maison. Et les hôtes étaient très réactifs en message pour la moindre question. Merci pour cette facilité d’accès, cette superbe maison bien entretenue, pour votre réactivité et gentillesse. Et pour toutes ces raisons citées, je vous recommande vivement ce logement. Merci pour tout !

The apartment is absolutely stunning with gorgeous views of the lake, an amazing private pool, and everything you could want in the home itself. Anil the caretaker was incredibly sweet and helpful. Parking was so convenient. Would absolutely recommend.

Wir waren einige in einem der beiden Häuser in der Nähe von Camogli. Das Haus ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir verschiedenste Speisen als auch Getränke vor. Danke noch einmal dafür. Die Zufahrt ist mit einem normalen PKW machbar - entgegen einiger anderer Kommentare. Das Haus liegt ruhig und privat und bietet eine gute Basis um dort zu entspannen oder Ausflüge an der ligurischen Küsten zu machen. Wir können das Haus und auch die betreuende Agency empfehlen und würden wieder dorthin kommen. Es gibt eine Möglichkeit am Haus das EV zu laden - jedoch nur mit 1 kW, d.h. es funktioniert, es dauert nur.

Na plus: bardzo stylowy, zadbany i dobrze wyposażony dom. Piękny widok z góry na jezioro oraz Torri del Benaco z tarasu i sypialni. Spory ogród, pełen zapachu ziół, z drzewkami oliwnymi i figami. Właścicielka dobrze mówi po angielsku, jest pomocna i sympatyczna. Dom jest zlokalizowany w spokojnej okolicy. Z niedogodności wymieniłbym tylko sporą odległość do najbliższej plaży i ogólnie do misateczka (ok. 20-30 minut piechotą, niestety nie ma skrótów) oraz przy upale powyżej 30 stopni w ciągu dnia nie da rady korzystać z tarasu z widokiem, bo jest za groąco (na tarasie było za to przyjemnie jeść śniadania i siedzieć późnym wieczorem). Poza tym to naprawdę fajne miejsce z klimatem.

Paolo and Silvia were wonderful hosts and very helpful explaining the area. The location is more picturesque than any photo can show. The house is charming and historic with a warm lived in feel to it. As others have said there is a small grocery store about a minutes walk away. They sell food and wine, and have a tasting area and bar for coffee in addition to an outdoor seating area for an apertivo and charcuterie plate. The town of Zoagli is close by but it is a significant downhill walk to get there and more significant uphill walk home if one chooses not to have a car. It is a small town but very nice with restaurants and a gelataria that is excellent. There is a train station in town but also a bus stop near the villa that takes you into Chiavari where you can get a train to the Cinque Terre. Going east there are other resort towns close by that are nice. Overall our group loved staying here and would stay again if back in that area.

Tiziana e’ stata super gentile e disponibile nel soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta. Spettacolare per la posizione in cima alla collina dove si può ammirare un panorama mozzafiato su Castelnuovo Don Bosco e la sua basilica. Area vetrata che permette di godere del panorama anche in giornate fredde.

Probably the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. 5-star standard accommodation in a great location, probably the best in Lake Garda. Lots of cafes and restaurants to eat nearby. Suppermarkets a short drive away. Good access to the lake. Lots of activities nearby. Located close to the best villages on lake Garda (Sirmione, Limone sul Garda). Wonderful friendly host who gave recommendations and was very responsive to any questions we had.

This is a gem of a place! We felt like we were in a friend’s home- so comfortable and welcoming. But at the same time, everything was so well laid out and explained, we had no questions. The hosts run this lovely home like a very high-end business! This home was truly a wonderful place to spend the holidays- we so appreciated the decorations! It was also the little touches like local wine and hazelnuts that added to our cozy stay. Our winter stay was delightful- a cozy fire in the well-appointed kitchen- but I would love to return one day and enjoy all the outdoor spaces. After many home stays all over the world, this one takes top billing! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

Die Wohnung ist neu und sehr schön und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Sehr gepflegter Garten mit einem großen Pool, der Ausblick von der Terrasse auf dem Gardasee ist wunderschön. Tommaso und Paola sind extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit, sie sprechen beide sehr gut Englisch, so dass auch die persönliche Kommunikation sehr gut war. Wir kommen wieder!

Dieses Haus hat alles was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht! Wunderschön und ruhig in den piemontesischen Hügeln gelegen. Alles war sauber und die Kommunikation von einer anderen Welt. Bei allen Fragen mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle. La luna bouna ist auch positiv zu erwähnen und definitiv einen Besuch wert. Der beste Einstieg in den Urlaub :) Danke Samantha!

Vor weg ist eines zu sagen: Unser Urlaub in dem Haus von Markus war einfach traumhaft! Wir waren dort für eine Woche mit vier Erwachsenen und einem Kind zu gast. Die Kommunikation mit Markus im Voraus war hervorragend und die Antwortgeschwindigkeit überragend. Vor Ort angekommen erwartete uns ein Ferienhaus, welches in seiner ruhigen Lage wirklich keine Wünsche offen lässt. Es wurde bei der Einrichtung an alles gedacht und man konnte sich bereits am ersten Tag wie Zuhause fühlen. Auch die kleinen Gäste kommen in dem Haus nicht zu kurz. Vom Kinderstuhl über das Kinderbesteck, bis zur Babybadewanne war alles vorhanden. Sogar ein Spielzimmer mit top Ausstattung gibt es. Wir können die Unterkunft wirklich ohne Zweifel weiterempfehlen!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Haus von Alice. Alice war jederzeit zur Stelle, wenn wir Fragen hatten und Hilfe brauchten. Sie und Ihre ganze Familie, waren zuvorkommend, liebenswürdig, herzlich, aber keinesfalls aufdringlich. Die Lage ist so, wie man es auf den Bildern sieht: Man hat ein Bilderbuchpanorama über den Gardasee. Bis zum Zentrum von Bardolino läuft man ca. eine halbe Stunde, es empfiehlt sich auf jeden Fall ein Auto, mit dem man aber immer kühl und schattig in der Garage direkt unter dem Haus parken kann. Das Haus ist neu, sehr hochwertig und modern und es gab alles, was wir brauchten, u.a. Klimaanlagen, eine super funktionierende elektrische Markise für die Terrasse und professionelle Fliegengitter bzw. -Türen an jedem Fenster und jeder Tür. Es war wirklich insgesamt ein 5-Sterne-Aufenthalt und wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder. Kleiner Tipp: Etwas Platz im Auto lassen, damit man das hauseigen produzierte, sehr gute und preiswerte Olivenöl mit nach Hause nehmen kann.

We had a great time at Kevin’s home in Novello! The view of the vineyards and mountains is even more amazing than the photos! We enjoyed sitting by the pool, at the outdoor table, and covered terrace off the bedroom. The walk to Novello is beautiful. Kevin was the best Airbnb host we have had!

Great villa, amazing views, superb pool, very spacious, close to Gargnano ( options for restaurants, bars, cafes, ice creams, deli, etc.). Some other reviews have mentioned the size of the kitchen - while its floor space is small-ish (compared the rest of the villa), it has everything you need to cook meals for big groups - 6 hobs, oven, dishwasher, plenty utensils etc. Also the outside BBQ is great, built into the side of the villa with a chimney for smoke.

Well - what a tremendous and charming villa plus superb location. Our two families really loved our week with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy their chosen activity: top pool and loungers, hip bar, lots of games available, pizza oven and bbq proved a success, lush mountain views at the breakfast table and shady and fragrant lunches underneath a arbor of jasmine. Loris our caretaker was very hands on, responsive, helpful and made the best tiramisu! We were very sad to leave! Would recommend: a trip to see the marble quarries, Pietrasanta and the Cinqueterra - all within 50minutes drive of the Licciana Nardi. Famille Hickeys and Chiaruccis.
