Check in was easy! I locked my phone in the house with the entry code and the keypad alerted them of my failed attempts ! I was back in within 15 minutes! They were also very gracious hosts to our requests. Thank you Mary Ann and Victoria!

This place was beautiful! We could’ve used a few more things in the kitchen like large bowls for prepping food. We had a great time, it was convenient and fit our family perfectly!

Quiet location within Spencer. Large main family space where bedroom are also generous. Kitchen fully functional with everything you might need. We were so happy here during our stay. Extremely comfortable for our family. Will be looking to stay here again. Better than the Holiday Inn even if they provide breakfast. Thank you Connie for sharing your home for those of us needing a home away from home!

This place exceeded expectations. The photos online were great, but it was even better in person. The house is cozy and has lots of character. When we arrived there was clear instructions, some cool history on the house, recommendations for local establishments and a bottle of wine. All we could hope for!

Perfect place on the lake. Wish we were here on the summer so we could have enjoyed the lovely decks.

The house was perfect for our family. Lots of living space, bedrooms , good kitchen, great parking space and easily drive- able to everything in the area .

Tammy and her husband were absolutely wonderful to Erica and I! We felt like family from the minute we arrived! The details in/outside the barn are simply amazing! Seriously loved the personal touches everywhere! The pizza, the egg bake, breakfast foods, snacks, too many remarkable things to list them all! There is a tremendous amount of love and talent put into this historic barn! My only wish is that the people who built this barn over 100 years ago were to still with us to enjoy it! They would be so proud of the heart and soul that has been poured into! We can’t thank you enough for the wonderful hospitality and memories made! We will definitely be back to see you both! We were in town for a family funeral and Sam’s place was a perfect, peaceful retreat. We were traveling with two toddlers and a baby and the space was SO functional! My nieces loved the toy room.
