Perfect location - condo was beautiful

We had a wonderful stay here! Just steps from the slopes with easy access to the lockers for ski gear storage. The room was just as described. Very spacious, clutter-free, and clean. Nicely stocked kitchen. I would definitely book this place again in the future. We had no issues at all during our stay.

We always visit Snowshoe the weekend before Christmas and have stayed at Summit. Our family has grown and we needed a bigger space. We booked this property and we all loved it. Lots of room to spread out, large kitchen for preparing meals and the location was perfect. We were able to walk to the village with a 2 year old toddler and had no problem. Powder monkey lift was out the front door. We will definitely book again for next year! Angela B

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The weather could have been better but that’s out of your control. There was plenty of room for the family to sit and relax and ample of room at the table for dinner.

We had a great time at Snowshoe and the location of this condo at Soaring Eagle was ideal. Check in and out process was super easy and fast. The unit is a bit dated (could really use some new sofas/sleeper) and is a bit crowded in the living room with such a large dining table. TV was not able to connect to any apps, but we were not there for that so not a huge deal. Only one hot tub was working while we were there. Overall, the location is excellent. Amenities are as described and the unit has all of the things you need to have a comfortable family stay.

Great ski in/ski out location. Condo had everything we needed except a hair dryer. Keurig coffee maker has both regular brew option and kcup option - bring your own coffee with you. Beautiful condo!

Moose Lodge was incredible from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the hot tub in the back, which quickly became our post-run hangout spot. It offered an excellent view of the valley below, accompanied by the calming sounds of a rushing waterfall, all under a breathtaking view of the galaxy above. The living area was the perfect blend of vintage charm and cozy warmth, providing an open space for the group to gather without feeling cramped. The kitchen was spacious enough to cook every breakfast and dinner in the lodge, saving us a ton of money. The location was conveniently just 17 minutes from Snowshoe, West Virginia, and even closer to Silver Creek. If booking in the winter, it may be wise to have chains on your tires, but we had no issues, even after snowfall. I usually like to explore different Airbnb options when visiting the same vacation spot, but I can confidently say that the next time I’m in Snowshoe, I will be booking with James again.

This is a cozy cabin on beautiful property with hiking trails right out the door, a small stocked pond, and great sledding hills. The road to the cabin was rougher than expected but we also arrived after lots of rain. I would not advise arriving after dark. The main floor is spacious with lots of seating and a large smart TV. The woodstove is awesome and puts out an incredible amount of heat. The mattresses are all medium-firm. No plush pillowtops here. But we knew this ahead of time and brought mattress toppers for those who needed them. Lots of warm blankets and comforters. We loved that the house uses solar and hydroelectric. This did mean monitoring the house’s power and several power outages, but it was always easy to get back online. And the house has a generator if needed. As a host, John‘s service and welcoming feel are unparalleled, and it felt like we were staying at the house of friends while they were out of town. He truly wants his guests to have a great experience.

Excellent place to stay. Very clean. Firewood was a nice extra. Only changes I would make are bigger coffee cups and a lighter for fire. Short walk to the Village and great location near the Western Express lifts.

We loved our stay here during the World Cup Mountain Bike event. The house was exactly as described. The kitchen was very well appointed and we used it a lot. The only thing is, yes, it could sleep 10 but with 4 beds and 2 pullouts, it was really only comfortable for 8 unless you were sharing a room with kids on the pullout. Or very small people. We had 4 couples and two single men, so a little awkward. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful cabin tucked in the woods. Everything exceeded our expectations.

The condo was very comfortable and in a great location. Parking was easy with plenty of spaces available.

Gwen’s condo was fantastic - the perfect spot for a weekend getaway. The condo was clean, homey, and stocked with the essentials. Gwen and Alan were extremely helpful and communicative - they made everything a breeze. It was great to be right next to night skiing with fresh snow. Will have to come back!

Amazing location in the village, best hot tub of any building! This makes it all worth it! The unit itself was very small and old, could use quite a bit of updates. The bed was nice and soft. You are definitely timely paying for location and amenities with this one, but still worth it in my eyes.

We stayed a long weekend. We had a great stay. The pluses are: kids loved the indoor and outdoor pools, the two hot tubs and the sauna (it saved the day when we couldn’t go ski because of the weather), being right at the start of the slopes just outside the building, cleaned road and parking after lots of snow, having a restaurant in the same building, the place is very easy to access, it also had everything to cook. The main minus is the internet (not for the TV or cable), it is not stable at all and should not be counted on to do anything (any work or else). The public one worked well at the pool though. Overall we would recommend and we would be back!

We had a great time. The passport sent was useful and very accurate. The space was clean and the heated pool was great.
