Although we never had the chance to meet Mr. Branislav in person, the communication we established made us feel at home. His prompt and solution-oriented answers to our questions resolved all the doubts we had. Since it was our first experience abroad, there were things we didn’t know, but he was the first to come to our aid. There was no shortage in the house—whether it was the fireplace, kitchen, bathroom, or other facilities. The necessary items were very clean and conveniently placed. Picking pomegranates in the garden and feeding the animals was a delightful experience. During our stay, there was nothing we could describe as a problem. Thank you very much, Mr. Branislav, for this wonderful hospitality!

Manzara tek kelimeyle müthiş. Bütün budva ayaklarınızın altında terası kocaman ve tamamen size ait. Evin konumu merkezin dışında ve yaklaşık 15 dakika mesafede. Olga bize her konuda yardımcı oldu. Kendi arabanız varsa ve budvaya gelecekseniz burada kalmanızı tavsiye ederiz.

Merci à Darko son épouse. Ce sont des personnes très sympathiques, très serviables. Ils sont toujours de bons conseils. Leur maison est authentique. Tout comme Dobrota. La baie de Kotor et les bouches de Kotor sont splendides. De nombreuses cités voisines sont à découvrir. Comme la vieille ville de Kotor, Perast… Seul bémol la circulation. Nous avons tout fait en taxi, et avec Darko (merci ) donc ça a été. Mais les panneaux, les rues sont mal indiquées et très étroites. Cela fait partie de l aventure. Nous étions une famille de 5. Le logement est parfait !! Équipements suffisants. Climatisation. Extérieurs très appréciables malgré les moustiques. Nous recommandons ce lieu.

Jas und Rosa sind äußerst freundlich, haben uns sehr viele Empfehlungen für die Umgebung gegeben und sich sehr gut um alles gekümmert! Das Haus ist sehr abgeschieden von Städten, Stränden und Unternehmungsmöglichkeiten, was bedeutet dass man immer einen längeren Fahrweg hat, das sollte man beachten. Der Pool ist sehr schön und die Küche ist super ausgestattet!

We had a really great stay here, it is a long way out from Kotor, but we like that, it was quite no noise. The night sky was awesome. Close to the sea was great to jump into from the ponta. (We did this every day) Also was nice to see the cruise ships coming out of Kotor in the distance. The place is homely, a little bit dated, but a proper Montenegro home which we liked. The added addition to having the local cats come to visit morning and evening was so good. We counted at least 10 + cats and kittens. Overall a great quiet place to stay.

Evimizi book ettigimiz andan itibaren Milos her konuda son derece ilgili ve yardımcıydı.Arac kiralama, havalimanından transferimiz, eve girişimiz, girdigimizde ev ile ilgili sorularımızın hepsine cok hızlı yanıt verdi.Kendisinden cok memun kaldıgımızı en başta belirtmek isterim.Eve gelince, biz sadece 5 buyuk 2 çocuk seyahat ettik, cocuklardan ötürü korumalı bir ev istedigimizden bu yer bize cok uygundu.Diğer yandan bizler de kendimize buyuk ve rahat bir yer istemiştik.Evin karşısında otoparkı mevcuttu.Old City e arac ile sadece 5 dk da ulaşabiliyorsunuz.Evin konumu çok iyi, Kotor da kalabileceğiniz hem merkeze yakın, hem kalabalıktan uzak bir yer.Evin terası ve manzarası inanılmaz güzel.Kalabalık grupların rahatça konaklama yapabilecekleri çok keyifli ve rahat bir mekan, herkese tavsiye ederim.

Villa Pcela is outstanding in every way. The villa itself is perfect for large groups, with each double bedroom having its own en-suite, and the upper terrace and dining area with plenty of space to eat and cook together. We will miss watching the sun rise every morning over the mountains to the sound of the local cockerel crowing. The villa is well located to visit Tivat and Kotor, and hiring a car was really helpful to visit Lake Skadar for birdwatching and Budva ( Sally recommended Pavel for car hire and we can confirm he was really helpful and reasonably priced). The cable cars and speed boat trip to the blue caves were amazing.

Отдых в Черногории на любителя, прожили с двумя маленькими детьми в Черногории в разных апартаментах почти месяц. Последние 5 дней были забронированы в апартаментах Иветты. Скажу честно, мы очень пожалели... очень пожалели, что не забронировали весь свой отпуск в аппартаментах у Иветты. Прекрасный сервис, тишина, отличная детская площадка, чистейший бассейн! Вобщем, для отдыха с детьми тредно что либо лучше найти. Черногорцы не так аккуратны и щепитильны в вопросах сервиса, как наша соотечественница Иветта. Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gefallen. Davor und seine Frau waren nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Davor war für mögliche Rückfragen immer schnell zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr über den „Willkommenskorb“ gefreut. Die Lage ist ruhig und der Pool war super. Auch der Grill und die Außenküche waren ein Highlight. Für Unternehmungen im Umkreis wird ein Auto benötigt. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen !

Wir hatten eine richtig tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, umgeben von Bergen. Es gibt mehrere Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür und das Haus ist gut zu erreichen. Die Küche war voll ausgestattet und der Grill lädt draußen zum Barbecue ein. Die Badezimmer und der Pool waren sehr sauber. Ana-Marija war erreichbar und hat uns Tipps für Aktivitäten gegeben. Wir hatten eine tolle und unvergessliche Zeit und kommen gerne wieder.

Wat een pareltje! Zowel het dorpje en omgeving als de property! Alles is heel fijn en flexibel! We hadden een groter terras dan verwacht en het uitzicht is heerlijk! De gordijnen zijn niet helemaal 100% verduisterend, dus opgelet als je een lichte slaper bent. Maar normaal breng je dan zelf wel je oogmasker mee, als je wat zelfbewust bent 😝 Dank je Vladimir!

The villa was as lovely, clean and clutter free. Nice open plan living space upstairs making it great space for family to socialise together. It is well equipped with bathroom and kitchen facilities. Large beautiful wood burning stove in the lounge. Beautiful location with lovely scenery. It is a short walk (10 mins) from the house to the town. Ljiljana was very helpful when we contacted her for information and even provided us with a couple of bottles of her home made wine! Would definitely stay here again. Lovely place

A group of us stayed at Stevo’s place earlier this month and had a great time. Stevo was really responsive, our flight arrived hours early so we arrived earlier than check in but Stevo came straight to meet us there for check in and gave us lots of information about the place. He also sent us a list of recommendations too. His father was really kind and picked fresh grapes, chilli’s and cabbages from the vineyard when he same to collect our rubbish. The place was as described and clean. Only thing is that the driveway up to the villa was on a hill and was quite rustic. But we made it up there daily with a camervan and a small SUV and it was manageable. Highly recommend this place!

Fantastyczne miejsce na pobyt. Apartament był bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Codziennie sprzątana była toaleta oraz wyrzucane śmieci. Wokół cisza i spokój. Mimo obecności innych gości nigdy nie było tłoku przy basenie. Najbliższy sklep spożywczy oddalony o jakieś 2 km. Polecam serdecznie jeśli chcecie naprawdę odpocząć.

A lovely flat in the middle of old town, yet calm at night. The garden and hammocks were a big bonus to chill and soak in the beauty of the old walls. The flat offered everything we could’ve needed. The closest parking spot is 5 mins by foot and an easy walk (even with suitcases) to the flat. We enjoyed it and would come back another time for sure. Thank you!

I unfortunately was not allowed to enter the country, the host was incredibly helpfull and communicative Would highly recommend staying here!
