Top und Toll! Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön, hat alles da was die Beschreibung steht. Im kleinem Garten gibt 2 Duschen, wenn man zurück vom Strand kommt und unter der Dusche(warm und kalt) duscht. Es gibt auch paare Strandsachen für die Kinder dabei zb Tauchbrille, Strandspiele,…Sonnenschirme, Strandstühle,…einfach top! Die Umgebung ist schön und ruhig. Zum Strand ist nur 2-3 Fussminuten zum oder in der Strandbar gehen. In der Nähe gibts Restaurants. Zum Einkaufen sollte man mit dem Auto fahren.

Super gospodarz!!!! Super miejsce!!!! Piękna Willa Emma!!! Klimatyczna!! Przytulna!!! Bardzo dobra lokalizacja!!! Przepiękna plaża 2 minuty piechotą!!! Miejsce do parkowania na dwa samochody. Sklepy i restauracje bardzo blisko. Gospodarz Pani Lorenza bardzo pomocna, w każdej chwili dnia była gotowa pomóc, doradzić!! Wielki szacunek gospodarza za przyjęcie gości, za opiekę nad gośćmi, za elastyczność!!! Spędziliśmy tam piękny tydzień!!!! Jeśli Sardynia to tylko Willa Emma!! gorąco polecamy!!!!!!!! Rafał z rodziną i przyjaciółmi!!!! Do zobaczenia za rok 😀😀😀😀😀😀😀

staying in poetto was wonderful. access to the beach was 4 minutes away and also the bus into the city could be picked up right along the beach. the house was very nice and accommodated our group very well. I would recommend bringing mosquito repellent or purchasing when arriving as we did get bit up with being outside and from opening up the doors to the house at different times. Andrea's co- host, Daniela was very helpful and welcoming and was the primary point of contact during our visit. we had a great time and would love to come back!

We had an amazing family holiday here and loved the ambient of the house with its vicinity to a wonderful sandy beach and crystal clear water. Thank you to Enrico who supported us with helpful advice!

Toller Gastgeber. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Haus am Strand war fantastisch und wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Superbe séjour chez Alessandra qui est très réactive, serviable et amicale. La petite villa est magnifique avec une vue sur la mer à couper le souffle et un accès à la plage et à la crique par des escaliers (facile à descendre...un peu plus difficile à remonter). La maison est encore mieux que sur les photos, il y a tout ce qu'il faut en équipement (même un parasol pour la plage), la literie est très confortable. Le barbecue est très pratique et le jardin (avec douches extérieures) a un charme fou avec de belles plantes et de la vieille pierre. Il est très agréable et reposant. A 1 km on retrouve un centre commercial avec une bonne boucherie et poissonnerie, un restaurant/pizzeria, un bar/tabac. La plage est superbe avec une petite plage privée ou on peut se restaurer pour pas cher. Un séjour de rêve... Je recommande à 1000%

La casa è posizionata in una zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa, è presente un supermercato a circa 200 metri e alcune pizzerie e bar a circa 10 minuti a piedi. La piscina è veramente molto grande, la porta sul mare è fantastica e il mare è ottimo per un tuffo rinfrescante o per fare snorkeling. L’ alloggio è molto comodo, ed è presente un grande soggiorno dal quale è possibile vedere il mare. Anna Rita e Riccardo sono stati degli ottimi host sempre disponibili per ogni richiesta o informazione.

What an amazing, amazing stay. The location, next to a gorgeous beach and just 10 min from Villasimius, is perfect. Great swimming pool and soccer pitch for the kids. Andrea is a perfect host -- always available, never intrusive -- and the home itself is gigantic, well appointed, and very, very unique and charming. Thank you, Andrea!! We will be back!!

Virkelig god, sød og opmærksom vært, der kom med kager, sodavand og chokolade til vores børn. Huset var fint, og det lå 2 minutter fra en lækker strand samtidigt med, der også var en lækker pool. Som det eneste negative var vi ikke opmærksomme på at skulle betale el regning.

Abbiamo trascorso qui 15 giorni di vacanza a agosto. Eravamo 3 coppie di amici in vacanza senza figlie. La casa è proprio come nelle foto. Molto accogliente. Risolto un piccolo doppio problemino in fase di check in (con gli asciumani in dotazione a ogni ospite), tutto è filato liscio e alla perfezione. Posizione meravigliosa con vista mare e comodissimo accesso diretto alle stupende calette di Porto Sa Ruxi. Sfruttatissima la doccia esterna in giardino vista mare! Sicuramente una casa e una location da consigliare! L’host si è rilevato preciso e puntuale e sempre pronto

Der Aufenthalt in dem schönen Haus von Antonio und seiner Familie haben wir als Gruppe von sieben Leuten sehr genossen. Das Haus ist mit allem was das Herz begehrt ausgestattet. Die liebevolle Einrichtung, die tolle Terrasse und der Pool haben uns besonders gut gefallen. Wir wurden von Anfang an herzlich in Empfang genommen. Alles wurde uns sorgfältig erklärt und gezeigt. Auch während des Aufenthalts war Antonio erreichbar und hat tolle Tips für Restaurants, Strände und Co. gegeben. Vielen Dank an dich Antonio für den tollen Urlaub.

Wir haben uns in Riccardos Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hatte alles, was wir während unseres Aufenthalts benötigten. Riccardo war ein sehr zuvorkommender und netter Gastgeber. Er hat uns bereits im Vorfeld einen nützlichen Guest-Guide zur Verfügung gestellt und uns dann auch vor Ort mit weiteren Tipps versorgt. Sehr dankbar waren wir insbesondere auch für die Flexibilität beim Check-Out. Danke Riccardo für den tollen Aufenthalt, wir haben es sehr genossen!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille dans cette très jolie maison au calme ! Tout était parfait ! La vue sur la baie est époustouflante et tellement apaisante ! Tous les soirs nous avons eu droit à un magnifique couché de soleil. La maison ne manque vraiment de rien, le frigo et les placards sont très bien garnis…on se croirait vraiment comme à la maison. Nous aurions aimé pouvoir rester encore quelques jours 😊 De plus Morgana est tellement adorable !! Elle a été très arrangeante, toujours très disponible et de très bons conseils pour que nous puissions passer un bon séjour. Super communication ! Je recommande vivement!!! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir🥰

Wir wurden freundlich von Serenella in Empfang genommen, die uns viele nützliche Tips gab. Die Unterkunft ist so wie auf den Bildern und in der Anzeige beschrieben, sehr schön, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen komfortablen Urlaub benötigt. Zur Begrüßung gab es Obst und einen köstlichen Weißwein. Vielen Dank hierfür nochmal. Die Lage direkt am Meer mit eigenem Strandzugang ist einfach ein Traum. Serenella und Marina Ellena waren immer erreichbar. Auch hierfür nochmal vielen Dank. Wir freuen uns nächstes Jahr wieder Gäste in dieser bezaubernden Unterkunft zu sein.

We had the pleasure of staying at Maria Elena's house, and it was an unforgettable experience! The house was perfectly equipped with everything we needed. The garden and the terrace were beautifully designed and offered a stunning view. The beach was just a short walk away, which gave us joy every day. A car is recommended, especially during the winter months, as the local supermarket is closed then. Maria Elena was a wonderful host, always friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this accommodation and look forward to our next visit!

I have just spent 10 days at Alessandra's apartment .The apartment was just as described and looked in the photos.The apartment has absolutely everything you could wish for and is clean spacious .The weather in October was amazing and any little problem that arose was sorted on the phone right away.The host is available any time by phone or text. One thing you need to get around is transport a bike scooter or car .

Marilinda's house has lots of character and was just right for us. The location and close proximity to the sea, along with the beautiful interior spaces made our holiday extra special. As a party of 3 adults, we really enjoyed the spaciousness of the house, and each had a double room to ourselves. The furnishings were both tasteful and charming and the outdoor spaces -2 balconies and a terrace offered great places to sit and eat together. The views over the bay were fantastic from the balconies and hearing the sounds of the sea was very relaxing and special. It was particularly lovely having a pathway and steps directly from the house down to the rocky shore from which you can reach the beach. We were met by Valeria who was welcoming and helpful, providing local advice for trips etc. Marilinda was also very informative, responsive and helpful, leaving us a welcome basket for the first morning. We really enjoyed staying at the house and would very much like to return to stay again.

We stayed in this beautiful villa from 19/09 to 28/09/24 and had a wonderful, joyful vacation in Sardinia. Silvia is a very nice host, made us feel very welcome and allowed us to check in early. The property is very clean, the rooms are a good size with comfortable beds. The garden is stunning. All the beach bars, coffee shops are within walking distance. The beach and the beautiful sea are just across the road. Only minor issues - mosquitoes flew in, perhaps it would be a good idea to install screens on the windows of both bathrooms. Le logement proposé par Andrea est très fonctionnel et très bien équipé, situé à proximité du centre de Cagliari (20 min en voiture) et de l'axe routier principal. Il correspond très bien aux personnes de taille moyenne (1m60-1m70) !

Das Haus von Grazia Elena hat eine fantastische Lage - direkt am Meer in leicht erhöhter Lage mit einem wunderbaren Blick auf die Bucht. Der Strand liegt ca. 5 Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt. Die Ausstattung im Haus war wie beschrieben und es war sehr sauber. Angela hat uns willkommen geheissen und uns alles kurz erklärt. Sie ist eine sehr liebenswürdige und freundliche Person! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hoffen fest, dass wir irgendwann mal wieder hier Ferien verbringen dürfen.

Our family had such a wonderful trip to Sardinia. A beautiful place and such nice people. Lara’s home was everything as described - all amenities needed for a comfortable stay, nice outdoor space, clean, great location (walk to Poetto beach and some really good restaurants). Grocery market 5 min walk. Her home is an easy 15 min ride to Cagliari center (we used the Uber app and chose either a taxi or Uber driver). We also used a travel guide often that she suggested for airport and other activity transportation, along with a guided tour (Guglielmo Carleo). He was great, highly recommend. We also took a cooking class from her brother which was interesting and a lot of fun. Argiolas Winery, San Benedetto Market are must visits and Caffe Lubarium Noatrum for sunsets (just to name a few). Lara was so helpful and very kind in answering my many questions. If we ever have a chance to visit again, we would stay at Lara’s place.
