Il soggiorno è stato fantastico. Appartamento molto carino, pulito e fresco. In pochi minuti in scooter o in auto si raggiungono bellissime spiagge. Preziosissima Cristina che è stata sempre molto disponibile e ci ha fatti sentire a casa e coccolati dall'inizio alla fine, ci ha dato ottimi consigli ed è andata davvero oltre ogni aspettativa esaudendo tutte le nostre richieste con gentilezza e cordialità. Potete andarci a occhi chiusi!

Erika was an extraordinary host. Amazing cozy terrace, very tastefully decorated. In the apartment is a cute rustic kitchen, dining table and a sofa. Very quiet bedroom with queen bed, a large sunny bathroom and a well equipped utility room. The ad should qualify as apartment with breakfast because there was so much food and drinks just for the two of us. I was stunned by the hospitality. There were also beach towels at our disposal as well as sun umbrella, sunscreen and few other useful things you don’t find in ordinary apartments. Erika was checking regularly if we needed anything. One of the best experiences so far, definitely worth the price!

We had the best of time! Great place to stay if you like privacy. Quiet, calm and very nice appartment in the bottom floor of the house, air conditioned. There were tables, chairs and sunbeds around the pool, free to use as desired. We loved the pool, and the bubblepool was great, not heated but that was not needed either. Our kids loved the pool (parents too). We had our own parking behind locked gates. We really recommend this place! There is a need to use car or taxi, maybe bus if you would like to go to a resturant, this wasn’t a problem for us, we made most of our meals in our kitchen.

This is a great villa with many spaces for us all to relax. It is very close to a very nice beach. The villa’s kitchen was a little small but we managed to cook great meals for the 7 of us. A truely beautiful place. Allesandro and Luca are charming hosts with gifts of wine and food.

Nice, very clean flat. Wonderful terrace with great view. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Bus-stop closeby, easy to get to the centre. Very quiet surroundings, we felt safe. We had some problems with the door-lock, and got help immediately from Emanuelas brother. Emanuela was always helpful and quick to answer any questions we had. Great stay!

We had an amazing stay.! The appartement is super clean and well decorated. The jacuzzi was the most of our stay with the perfection sea view. The hosts are available and super kind to help with everything We will be back soon 🥰

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, jardin agréable, des fruits à notre disposition, le jacuzzi a beaucoup plu aux enfants.

The apartment was perfect for what we were looking for. Location There is very good resturants and cafes in the block and a great little mini mart. it's a short walk into Cagliari centre, Marina, bus stop to go Poetto and a 10 minute walk from the train station. Apartment the apartment was very clean and larger than we anticipated, the master bedroom has two lovely double doors which open up for air flow. Each room had air-conditioning and there was a functioning kitchen and washing machine. Hosts Max and Davide were very friendly and informative of the local area and provided multiple recommendations. They allowed me some flexibility with times and only requested we communicate with them about any issues. As a conclusion, I re-booked this apartment for next year and I am trying to convince my friends to rent the neighbouring apartment hosted by Max and Davide. Apartament Maurizio I spełnił wszystkie nasze oczekiwania. Mieszkanie ma bardzo ładny wystrój, że zwłaszcza szereg obrazów na ścianach. Jest dobry dla pary jak i małej rodziny. Właściciel wystawił poczęstunek co było miłym gestem. Zawsze odpowiada na wiadomości, jest pomocny. Lokalizacja świetna, blisko atrakcji i restauracji i marketu. Mały minus to uszkodzone szuflady w sypialni i czasami kanalizacja odbija i wydziela nieprzyjemny zapach. Dobrym pomysłem byłoby zakupienie czajnika do gotowania wody. Mimo to pobyt był świetny. Cieszymy się że mogliśmy tam spędzić czas.

Bilocale ampio e arredato come "una vera casa" con mobili di buona qualità. Adatto anche a soggiorni di più lunga durata. Elisabetta è un ottima padrona di casa, puntuale e attenta alle esigenze dei sui ospiti. Lo terrò di certo in considerazione per una prossima occasione.

Anna made us feel so welcome to Cagliari. She is so kind and hospitable and was always available to answer questions and give recommendations. The apartment is just what we needed and in a beautiful location walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the bus stop that can take you just about anywhere in Cagliari. We had such a lovely stay. We hope to be back one day!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Danieles Wohnung. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Strand mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer. Alles war sauber und Daniele war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten mit zwei Kindern alles was wir für einen schönen Urlaub brauchten. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Aussenküche und der wunderschöne private Strand mit SUPs. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Hem anat quatre amigues a l'apartament de la Sandra. Hem estat molt bé, molt còmodes, l'apartament està perfecte, net, ampli...súper recomanable. La Sandra ha sigut molt amable i molt flexible amb l'arribada i la sortida. Moltíssimes gràcies Sandra, ha estat un plaer!!

Davide was a great host, he was really helpful and was quick to respond to our questions. He gave us loads of good advice before we arrived at the villa. We arrived late at night and we had asked if it would be possible for Davide to buy us some food bits as all supermarkets were shut, he obliged and it was a great help for us. The villa is beautiful, the view is stunning and it feels homely. A car is required if you wish to explore the beaches. The villa is positioned only 30 minutes from Cagliari airport and 30 minutes from Villasimius which was ideal for us. The area is very peaceful, surrounded by pine trees and respectful quiet neighbours.

La casa è posizionata in una zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa, è presente un supermercato a circa 200 metri e alcune pizzerie e bar a circa 10 minuti a piedi. La piscina è veramente molto grande, la porta sul mare è fantastica e il mare è ottimo per un tuffo rinfrescante o per fare snorkeling. L’ alloggio è molto comodo, ed è presente un grande soggiorno dal quale è possibile vedere il mare. Anna Rita e Riccardo sono stati degli ottimi host sempre disponibili per ogni richiesta o informazione.

Das Haus war extrem sauber, erfrischend und es standen Leckereien, Esswaren und Getränke für uns bereit. Wir sind begeistert! 😍 In diesem Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt. Es wurde alles durchdacht. Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strände sind unmittelbar in der Nähe. Elisabetta ist sehr herzlich, liebevoll und hilfsbereit. Viel mehr als ein Super Host! ❤️🫶 Die Zeit in Sardinien haben wir sehr genossen. Le logement était propre, rangé et équipé d’absolument tout le nécessaire. Literie confortable, moustiquaires partout. Mention spéciale pour le petit sac isotherme, très pratique pour emmener pique nique et boisson fraîche ☺️ Le parapluie également nous a bien dépannés - meme si je ne souhaite pas aux prochains d’avoir à l’utiliser ! Pas de mauvaise surprise bien au contraire, l’appartement est conforme aux photos / descriptions. L’endroit est paisible et jouit d’une vue magnifique 😍 plage accessible très facilement. Simonetta est prévenante et réactive, elle n’est pas avare de recommandations 😄 Encore merci ! 🙏 et au plaisir 😉

Unser Urlaub im Anwesen von Constanza und Mauro hat uns phantastisch gefallen. Das Haus und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt und alles ist angenehm sauber. Wir konnten super gut schlafen, denn es ist sehr ruhig im Wohngebiet; die Klimaanlage war zudem ein Segen bei den warmen Temperaturen. Wir hatten tolle Spielgeräte vor Ort, wie ein Pool-Volleyballspiel und eine Tischtennisplatte, was viel Freude bereitete. In der Nähe des Hauses gibt es wunderschöne Sandstrände, zudem haben wir die Nächte in Cagliari als Familie sehr genossen und sind herrlich Essen gewesen, z.B. im Aquarium - einer genialen Pizzaria, Restaurant und Bar unter Palmenbäumen. Wir bekamen von Constanza tolle Ausflugstipps, so dass es für uns sehr abwechlsungsreich und gleichzeitig erholsam war. Herzlichen Dank euch für unseren tollen Familien-Urlaub. Gerne kommen wir wieder und empfehlen eure Unterkunft von ganzem Herzen.

Vi hade en fantastisk vecka i Davides hus. Vacker utsikt , fin uteplats och härlig pool. Davide var väldigt snäll och svarade snabbt på våra meddelanden när vi hade frågor. Huset hade allt man behöver och extra lyxigt var att alla sovrum hade eget badrum .
