Wir waren 10 Tage zwei Familien in diesem tollen Haus. Sehr gute Unterteilung der beiden Wohnungen. Die Kommunikation war immer schnell und nett. Die Nähe zum Strand lädt jederzeit für ein kurzes Bad ein. Vielen Dank dass wir das Haus für die 10 Tage unser eigen nennen durften.

Apartament Maurizio I spełnił wszystkie nasze oczekiwania. Mieszkanie ma bardzo ładny wystrój, że zwłaszcza szereg obrazów na ścianach. Jest dobry dla pary jak i małej rodziny. Właściciel wystawił poczęstunek co było miłym gestem. Zawsze odpowiada na wiadomości, jest pomocny. Lokalizacja świetna, blisko atrakcji i restauracji i marketu. Mały minus to uszkodzone szuflady w sypialni i czasami kanalizacja odbija i wydziela nieprzyjemny zapach. Dobrym pomysłem byłoby zakupienie czajnika do gotowania wody. Mimo to pobyt był świetny. Cieszymy się że mogliśmy tam spędzić czas.

A magical villa in a magical location with a magical host! To begin with the host, Paolo is the most incredible host, available, accommodating, interesting and always providing fantastic and useful recommendations. He is more than a host, he is now a friend! The villa is spectacular. The view is impossibly beautiful from the balcony, where you can have meals/coffees with your family on the picnic table and soak it all in. The inside of the house is a very high standard, with everything we needed and a kitchen where we were able to cook nice meals every night. The village is lovely, the Palmira market store is full of super helpful employees and have a great local selection of pastries as well. The beach right next to the villa is world class and if you want to explore other beaches (each different beach had a pleasant uniqueness), there are several within 5-15 minutes drive. We will be back. 6 stars out of 5

On se sent très bien chez Fabrizio et Claudia, comme chez nous. Fabrizio nous a fourni toutes les informations nécessaires pour que notre arrivée se passe bien. En arrivant nous avons trouvé de la nourriture et des boissons en cadeau d'accueil, c'est adorable, merci ! Ensuite, la maison était vraiment propre et il y a tout ce dont on a besoin : serviettes, gel douche, essuie-tout, sel, poivre, café, liquide-vaisselle, parasol, séchoir, pinces à linge... La salle de bain à l'intérieur est petite, c'est vrai, mais celle sur la terrasse est couverte et plus spacieuse. La vue sur les collines est aussi très jolie. La pizzeria Miticus à proximité est excellente (nous n'avons pas testé les autres) et le personnel très aimable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Solanas. Merci beaucoup également pour votre disponibilité !

A very homely feeling to the house. A nice place to relax in the evening if you want to cook at home. A walk under 10 minutes to local fresh grocery shop and to the beach. A variety of restaurants within 10 minute walk. Only a 45 minute drive from Cagliari airport. The beach is peaceful with no music plus it is not too busy, especially during the week (you can have your own little section in front of the sea). Enrico was very helpful before and during the stay. Would recommend staying here!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans le logement de Paola, la maison est grande, spacieuse, bien équipée. Tout était parfait ! Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les belles terrasses du logement qui offraient une magnifique vue sur la mer et les montagnes ! Merci

Ho soggiornato con 2 amici, la casa è ordinata e offre tutti i servizi descritti. Estrema flessibilità per check in e check out. Vicina al centro di Cagliari che si può raggiungere bene con auto e mezzi pubblici. Gli host sono molto disponibili e ospitali, difficile chiedere di meglio! 😀

The house was great. There was enough room. There is no Wi-Fi in the house if that’s important to you. The driveway is extremely small and the street is very narrow. Keep that in mind if you have a bigger car otherwise I would stay there again.

Very nice view and the pool is big and beautiful. Very peaceful neighborhood. We chose a beach near Similus as our favorite. About 30 minutes to drive from the house. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much!!!

Das Haus war extrem sauber, erfrischend und es standen Leckereien, Esswaren und Getränke für uns bereit. Wir sind begeistert! 😍 In diesem Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt. Es wurde alles durchdacht. Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strände sind unmittelbar in der Nähe. Elisabetta ist sehr herzlich, liebevoll und hilfsbereit. Viel mehr als ein Super Host! ❤️🫶 Die Zeit in Sardinien haben wir sehr genossen. What an amazing, amazing stay. The location, next to a gorgeous beach and just 10 min from Villasimius, is perfect. Great swimming pool and soccer pitch for the kids. Andrea is a perfect host -- always available, never intrusive -- and the home itself is gigantic, well appointed, and very, very unique and charming. Thank you, Andrea!! We will be back!!

Virkelig god, sød og opmærksom vært, der kom med kager, sodavand og chokolade til vores børn. Huset var fint, og det lå 2 minutter fra en lækker strand samtidigt med, der også var en lækker pool. Som det eneste negative var vi ikke opmærksomme på at skulle betale el regning.

Wir waren 3 Familien von Freunden in dem Haus von Géraldine, Das Haus ist sehr schön, groß und gemütlich! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Kinder haben den Pool geliebt:) Die Kommunikation mit Géraldine war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert, sie war immer da wenn wir sie gebraucht haben! Wir können das Haus absolut weiter empfehlen! Unser Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Airbnb war einfach traumhaft. Das Haus war groß, makellos sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet – wir hatten wirklich alles, was wir brauchten. Die gemütliche Atmosphäre hat uns sofort wie zu Hause fühlen lassen. Ein besonderes Highlight war der private Pool, in dem wir viele entspannte Stunden verbracht haben. Ein ganz besonderes Erlebnis für unsere Tochter waren die fünf niedlichen und freundlichen Hunde, die ebenfalls auf dem Grundstück lebten. Sie liebte es, Zeit mit ihnen zu verbringen! Die Hunde hatten jedoch keinen Zutritt zum Haus oder zum Garten, was für uns auch sehr angenehm war. Wir können dieses Airbnb jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der einen erholsamen und komfortablen Urlaub im Süden Sardiniens verbringen möchte. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille dans cette très jolie maison au calme ! Tout était parfait ! La vue sur la baie est époustouflante et tellement apaisante ! Tous les soirs nous avons eu droit à un magnifique couché de soleil. La maison ne manque vraiment de rien, le frigo et les placards sont très bien garnis…on se croirait vraiment comme à la maison. Nous aurions aimé pouvoir rester encore quelques jours 😊 De plus Morgana est tellement adorable !! Elle a été très arrangeante, toujours très disponible et de très bons conseils pour que nous puissions passer un bon séjour. Super communication ! Je recommande vivement!!! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir🥰

Top und Toll! Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön, hat alles da was die Beschreibung steht. Im kleinem Garten gibt 2 Duschen, wenn man zurück vom Strand kommt und unter der Dusche(warm und kalt) duscht. Es gibt auch paare Strandsachen für die Kinder dabei zb Tauchbrille, Strandspiele,…Sonnenschirme, Strandstühle,…einfach top! Die Umgebung ist schön und ruhig. Zum Strand ist nur 2-3 Fussminuten zum oder in der Strandbar gehen. In der Nähe gibts Restaurants. Zum Einkaufen sollte man mit dem Auto fahren.

Das Haus und die ganze Anlage ist definitiv eine 10/10!!! Die Idylle die dort herrscht kann man gar nicht beschreiben, das ganze Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und man fühlt sich direkt wie zu Hause. Empfangen wurden wir von seinen Eltern, die sehr nett waren und uns alles gezeigt, und ganz viele Tipps für die Gegend gegeben haben. Außerdem standen Nudeln und Pesto und noch weitere Leckereien für uns bereit, was uns wirklich sehr gefreut hat und was ich so bisher auch noch nie erlebt habe. Alleine diese Unterkunft ist ein Grund nach Sardinien zu kommen, kann ich nur empfehlen!!!

We felt very comfortable in Michele's accommodation. A spacious apartment with a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. A very comfortable bed from which you could also enjoy the sea view! Michele was so kind as to guide us over the phone to find the entrance for parking, as we arrived late in the evening in the dark. He also kindly fulfilled my request to put the exact type of milk I wanted in the fridge for our breakfast coffee. Absolutely recommendable!

This seaside cottage is absolutely charming, and it has everything you could possibly need. The host was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making the stay even more enjoyable.

Siamo stati benissimo nella casa di Marcus in Sardegna. La casa aveva tutto quello che era indicato e abbiamo trascorso due settimane di vacanza molto belle. Se torniamo in Sardegna, sicuramente in una casa di Marcus. Grazie di tutto e alla prossima! Nadja e Maik

We hadden er maar een paar dagen, dus we moesten echt goed kiezen uit alle mooie opties in de regio die Simone voorstelde. We hebben uiteraard de archeologische site Nora bij Pula bezocht (aanrader), maar ook genoeg tijd uitgetrokken om bij te komen en te lezen op de patio en te eten op het sfeervolle deck. Het tweepersoons bed is comfortabel, de keukenuitrusting compleet (fijne grote koelkast met vriezer). Het dakterras met zeezicht bleek geweldig voor het apéritief. (Aan de douche en het ligbad buiten en de hottub zijn we niet meer toegekomen.) Simone was zelf ook op vakantie, maar hij reageerde altijd snel, hartelijk en enthousiast als we vragen hadden. Handig: in de tuin kun je de auto bijladen op zonnestroom!

Un très bon sejour, les hôtes sont Accueillants et parlent bien français Peut être la douche à revoir dans la maison au 1er étage car elle commence à avoir du mal à se fermer

Es war sehr schön bei Ekaterina. Es war alles vorhanden um sich wie daheim zu fühlen. Wir konnten dort kochen und auf der schönen Terrasse relaxen. Der 6 Minuten Fußweg vom Strand nach oben zum Haus war zwar anstrengend, aber dafür macht man ein wenig Sport und bleibt fit :) (Übrigens, wenn man auf dem schnellsten Weg zum Strand will, dann kann man unter der Brücke durchlaufen.)
