Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con lavadora y secadora en Poggio dei Pini

Cinzia es una anfitriona increíble. Ha estado pendiente, nos ha sugerido zonas que visitar y ha tenido un detalle de bienvenida muy dulce ;-) El apartamento está ubicado en una zona tranquila pero puedes caminar hacia el centro. Se puede aparcar en la calle y hay un supermercado al lado para hacer la compra. Experiencia muy recomendable, ¡volveremos!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit bei Taty und Luca. Die beiden sind tolle Gastgeber, waren immer gut erreichbar und sehr zuvorkommend. Das Apartment ist wie im Inserat beschrieben und der Blick aufs Meer einfach traumhaft. Wir haben uns direkt wohl und wie zuhause gefühlt. Die gesamte Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattetes - insbesondere in der Küche fehlt es an nichts und man kann sich wunderbar bekochen. Das Meer ist eine Minute zu Fuß entfernt. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Apartment, sowie Taty und Luca als Gastgeber nur weiterempfehlen. :)

Ho trascorso 6 giorni in questo alloggio ordinatissimo, pulito luminoso e molto organizzato. A disposizione avevo una cucina completa di tutto,ampio soggiorno con comodo divano,ampio armadio, letto comodo,bagno funzionale, lavatrice ed asciugatrice. Mi sono sentita come a casa. La zona è tranquilla e servita di negozi vari, macelleria, alimentari,panificio e farmacia. Consigliatissimo 🤩

Elena and Gerald are great hosts. Very proactive, flexible and well organized. Exceptionally clean apt and a great location. Great value for money.

Ksenia was great at communicating with us - the local recommendations were a great source of information for things to do and places to visit. Everything we needed was in the flat or in the cupboards (toilet roll, cleaning items, food seasoning, etc…) saving purchasing lots of things only to use them for the week of our stay. The studio flat is very well done out and there was good space for two people for the week. Ksenia made us feel right at home and check in and check out was a breeze, even with our flight arriving late at night. There is free parking within 2 minutes from the apartment so that was very useful for our car. Thank you Ksenia and Vanda for having us at your flat!

From Massimo’s apartment on the Piazza Carmine it’s only a short walk up to the city’s walled quarter with its museums and breathtaking city view, an easy walk in any direction to your choice of bars, cafes and restaurants, or a long but pleasant walk to see the flamingos in the lagoon. You can sit outdoors on the balcony and take it all in or close the shutters and enjoy the quiet and comfort of Massimo’s well-equipped spacious apartment. The elevator in the beautifully restored building is a definite plus during arrival and departure with suitcases. The nearby train station, bus stops, and taxi stand make getting around easy. Massimo was very helpful during check-in and check-out and always quick to respond to any messages. A perfect spot for our week in Cagliari!

Lovley place to stay, very clean and modern. And had everything we needed. It Was located in a very quiet little town, but only half an hour to Cagliari. My children loved it here and we really enjoyed our stay. Sardinia is beautiful & so was the villa, Thankyou:)

Alice was such an amazing host!!!!!. Place was very, very clean and smells good. We felt so at home. Apartment was complete with everything you need including kid’s toys even an umbrella that you can bring to the beach. Alice responds very quick if you have any questions and gives the best recommendation if you don’t know where to go or where to eat. Highly recommend this place! 🥰🥰🥰

Belle maison de ville agréable et très bien équipée, 2 salle de bains détail important quand on est quatre avec machine à laver et sèche linge très confortable avec des enfants ! Tout les produits de bases sont présents : draps, serviettes, produits vaisselle, etc. Le logement est très confortable et sa localisation nous a permis d’explorer la région avec facilité. Nous conseillons la plage Marina Arborea Strada 26, nous avons adoré son côté sauvage et son eau chaude. Stationnement facile et gratuit.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Airbnb war einfach traumhaft. Das Haus war groß, makellos sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet – wir hatten wirklich alles, was wir brauchten. Die gemütliche Atmosphäre hat uns sofort wie zu Hause fühlen lassen. Ein besonderes Highlight war der private Pool, in dem wir viele entspannte Stunden verbracht haben. Ein ganz besonderes Erlebnis für unsere Tochter waren die fünf niedlichen und freundlichen Hunde, die ebenfalls auf dem Grundstück lebten. Sie liebte es, Zeit mit ihnen zu verbringen! Die Hunde hatten jedoch keinen Zutritt zum Haus oder zum Garten, was für uns auch sehr angenehm war. Wir können dieses Airbnb jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der einen erholsamen und komfortablen Urlaub im Süden Sardiniens verbringen möchte. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Nous avons passés de très agréables vacances, le logement est très bien situé, dans un petit village avec toutes les commodités (restaurants, café, boulangerie, grandes surfaces, glacier, ...) et une jolie plage à proximité. Andrea est un hôte disponible et amical. Merci!

Wir haben als Familie zu viert 10 Tage in Pilars schöner Wohnung verbracht und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und äußerst sauber. Wir hatten (bis auf morgendliches, freundliches Vogelgezwitscher) viel Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Der Ausblick ist wirklich fantastisch, morgens sieht man bei einem Espresso die Kitesurfer am Strand und abends hört man beim Sonnenuntergang die Wellen rauschen. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. In der Umgebung gibt es fußläufig sehr schöne Strände (wir mochten die Spiaggia di Sa Colonia am liebsten), in ca 20 Minuten Spaziergang ist man am Meer. Im Nachbarort gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, es empfiehlt sich aber, großere Einkäufe zb in Pula zu erledigen. Pilar war als Gastgeberin immer erreichbar und super freundlich. Wir können die Wohnung wirklich wärmstens empfehlen. Danke für einen sehr schönen Urlaub!

Es war sehr schön bei Ekaterina. Es war alles vorhanden um sich wie daheim zu fühlen. Wir konnten dort kochen und auf der schönen Terrasse relaxen. Der 6 Minuten Fußweg vom Strand nach oben zum Haus war zwar anstrengend, aber dafür macht man ein wenig Sport und bleibt fit :) (Übrigens, wenn man auf dem schnellsten Weg zum Strand will, dann kann man unter der Brücke durchlaufen.)

La casa è esattamente come mostrata in foto, curata, nuova e funzionale. In cucina non manca nulla, è presente tutto come a casa! Bagni pulitissimi, doccia grande. Grazie anche all'host che ci ha accolto e indicato ogni dettaglio della casa.

Maurizio's place is a great flat to stay with the peaceful view of the Molentargius and the East area of Cagliari. It can be noisy if you are not used to live in a big building with cars passing by the road (EG. if you come from the countryside), but not extremely noisy. Very well served area with many shops, a shopping centre 15min walking with small and mega stores, and leasure venues. Most of the bus lines cross the neighbourhood. Poetto beach and promenade 18min by bus, or 40min on foot. Maurizio is a nice helpful humble person, ready to accommodate any reasonable need you may have. We really enjoyed our stay there. Highly recommended!

Suitable for anyone wanting a central location in Cagliari city, close to all amenities, Cathedrals, museums, shops and coastal / historical walks. At weekends it will be busy, bustling from early evening into the early morning so not for light sleepers. Proactive communication with friendly and helpful hosts, before and during stay.

Zona centrale di Cagliari, facile per spostarsi a piedi, appartamento veramente curato e ricco di ogni comfort. Zona piena di ristoranti e locali, comunque tranquilla. Unico neo il parcheggio della stazione che si trova lì vicino, dove lasciare l’auto, gestito da un ente che ruba veramente i soldi, per il periodo di soggiorno ho speso quasi più di parcheggio che alloggio. Per il resto lo riprenderemo a occhi chiusi.

La casa era perfetta, pulitissima e con tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari. Curata e con arredamento moderno. C’era anche la lavastoviglie e la lavasciuga. Posizione perfetta in pieno centro e host molto gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi domanda. Tornerò sicuramente. Consigliato senza alcun dubbio.

Es war ein super Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war sehr sehr schön und der Gastgeber ist extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist perfekt, da man mitten in der Stadt ist und einen tollen Eindruck von dem Ort bekommt. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und würden immer wieder kommen.

Monolocale curato, pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario dalla biancheria agli utensili per la cucina. Arredamento nuovo e funzionale. Host molto disponibile e precisa. L'appartamento si trova al primo piano di un palazzo storico nel centro, affaccia su una via pedonale che offre molti locali. Per salire all'appartamento c'è una rampa di scale direttamente dal portone di ingresso che potrebbe essere difficoltosa per persone con scarsa deambulazione. Esperienza molto positiva!

Thank you so much Joe and Laura for an amazing stay. Your hospitality went above and beyond. We really appreciated the breakfast items, pasta, bread and wine you had ready for us, so helpful. Joe was so helpful and chatted with us for over an hour and gave us tons of local tips as well as did research for us to have the best experience possible. The parking pass was super helpful and a short walk away from the apartment. The apartment had everything we needed, including a really useful washer and dryer. The hosts were very responsive and fast to communicate when we had some questions. Great communication. The apartment is near restaurants, a grocery store, shopping outlets and a pharmacy. Very well located. Hosts recommend Deliveroo app for takeout food, and we had some awesome meals at the apartment when we were too tired to go out. Excellent location, excellent apartment, excellent host. Highly recommend you book here.
