We reached the destination and immediately felt like being at home. Such a nice country-house, quiet surroundings and a most gorgeous and large pool. Gary, who looks after everything, is one of the nicest hosts we have ever met: charming, helpful and making you feel very comfortable. A highly recommendable place to stay! Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in un appartamento davvero eccezionale. Fin dall’ingresso, l’atmosfera è accogliente e curata nei minimi dettagli. L’arredamento moderno si fonde perfettamente con tocchi di design elegante, creando un ambiente confortevole e rilassante. La pulizia è impeccabile, e la cucina è completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici di alta qualità, perfetta per chi ama cucinare anche in vacanza. Le camere sono spaziose, con letti comodi che garantiscono un sonno ristoratore. Anche il bagno è moderno e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari, con una doccia spaziosa e asciugamani morbidi. Uno dei punti di forza è la posizione: l’appartamento si trova in una zona tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo vicina ai principali punti d’interesse, con supermercati, ristoranti e trasporti pubblici facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Il proprietario si è dimostrato estremamente disponibile, pronto a rispondere a ogni nostra richiesta e a fornire consigli utili sulla zona.

Charming, quiet country setting full of peaceful hikes and relaxation. Ilonka and Rob provide a lovely environment with all necessary amenities, with attention to detail. Arezzo and Assisi are both with an hours drive, Cortana a bit further. We departed our stay fully recharged. Highly recommended for those looking for time away from the pace of today. Deepest gratitude to Ilonka and Rob for their hospitality.

The place was as beautiful as it was in the pictures. It was very clean and put together. Kaila was extremely responsive and helpful in finding the location after dark, providing instructions on services, and proactively booking activities. We hope that the unit we stayed in gets better lighting in the dining area and the wireless network speed is improved, as the weather is getting worse and movie nights will become more frequent.

Oystein's place in Bolsena is wonderful. Each of the 4 levels has been tastefully designed to be flexible to accommodate a range of sleeping options. Quality features throughout in a superb location. The house is clean and very comfortable with wonderful artwork. The large dining table was great for our family gathering. Wonderful views from the rooftop balcony, which, alongside the other 2 balconies give options for finding a colling breeze (and possibly also a warming spot in the sun in winter). Oystein is an organised and accommodating host who is quick to respond. it was a real pleasure to stay here in this amazing part of Italy.

Nice old farm house! Paolo was very friendly, even though our Italian is not too good. Note that Google knows "Agriturismo Pian di Maggio", so navigate there! The house has no house number, so searching for the listed address gets you to the correct (but long and mostly uninhibited) road ;)

Splendido appartamento immerso nella campagna toscana. Bene arredato e organizzato.

This small old house in the 12th-13th century medieval village is tastefully furnished and excellently equipped. We think the two bathrooms are a big bonus, it was very useful for us. In addition, we would highlight the equipment of the kitchen and the quality of the bed mattresses.The host lady lives right next to the accomodation, a few steps away, which gives security. She was very flexible and patient with our late arrival. You can only park a little further from the house, but it seemed safe and a short walk would not hurt.Overall, we recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, romantic stay.

Such an amazing place. On the top floor with beautiful views over Siena. Lucia stocked up the refrigerator with water, juice boxes & beer and the cupboards with some light breakfast toasts, jam & Nutella. It was quiet and peaceful, no need for the earplugs we always carry. There are 4 flights of stairs to climb to get to the unit.
