We had a wonderful stay at AJ's! It is an easy walk to the beach and sunset cliffs. The unit is very spacious with enough beds for everyone. We wish we could have stayed longer!

I did enjoy the home because it was exactly as described. The place looked exactly like the pictures! I loved the organization of everything and it felt very welcoming. It was noticeable there was thought put into into the decoration and organization of the entire place which I enjoyed.

great place for family! Jonathan & Cindy are very flexible and allow us for flexible and late checkout (12pm) . we will definitely stay at their place next time!

Beverlee's place is an oasis of calm, a shady refuge. It feels like staying in the home of a thoughtful friend, and not a commercial enterprise. The open plan living space on the main was a great space to hang out - people working at the table or in the kitchen could be a part of the conversation in the living room. The upstairs bedrooms were quiet and comfortable. Don't miss the roof top deck off the bathroom, with views east and west to the Pacific! Had the weather been better during our stay (San Diego got some much needed rain) it would have been a great spot to spend some time. Lastly, we found it quick and easy to get to I5 and then up to La Jolla to visit our child at UCSD.

If you're currently looking for a place to stay in the San Diego area and have kids, stop looking. This is the place to stay! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Carrie's property. Kids Paradise was ideal for our young ones, and thanks to Carrie’s thoughtful preparations, we had everything we needed for a comfortable experience. This made it possible for our children to have a wonderful vacation, while also allowing us parents to relax. I highly recommend this accommodation for families with children of all ages. We look forward to the possibility of staying at one of her other properties in the future.

Great deal for a very cozy stay. The blankets are so comfy!! Enock was able to check me in within 30 mins of booking, even though I booked late at night. The extra towels were very helpful too. Great location with good food around and only 5-8 minutes to get into gaslamp area. I highly recommend to anyone visiting San Diego

Absolutely beautiful home! Just as described. Ryan is very responsive, easy to get a hold of. . When they saw we were going to be in later than originally expected, they ran by the house and turned on the porch light and made sure the temperature was comfortable. They have an amazing game room, so much fun! The location is off a major street, makes it easy to get around and so close to the park. The beds are very comfortable, plenty of pillows. Everything is thought of including individually wrapped q-tips, which might not sound like a big deal until you realize, you forgot your QTips! This was our second time to stay here, and we will definitely be back!!

Chris was an amazing host! He had some great tipps and hidden spots in san diego, which definietly made the stay much better! Also the location was perfect to discover San Diego and the beach is maybe 7 minutes away from the appartement

Had a great stay at this very well-appointed large studio in downtown SD. The unit was clean and very well-situated in the building, with a nice terrace and dog run on the same level. LussoStay thought of almost everything in terms of supplies and amenities for the unit, and even though it wasn't technically a 1BR, it felt very comfortable. Definitely a great place to stay if you want to be downtown. I was the first guest, and they were incredibly responsive to all of my queries.

Sean’s place was perfect for our weekend away. Check-in was very easy and the place was exactly as described! This is a great location, everything is 20 minutes away or less! Sean was a very gracious host. He was very flexible with us requesting an early check-in, and he was extremely responsive! He went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied and comfortable. We would gladly stay in Sean’s place again!

Stayed here for a night it was a peaceful and quiet . Close in proximity to beaches,malls,and other fun activities. Ralph allowed an early check in for me because I had been traveling all night, I was very appreciative of that accommodation.I had no problems at all , I will definitely consider staying here again in the future. This is a real location with great customer service for anyone or sees this post.

A true bnb on airbnb. Ann made sure I settled in alright and was a lovely host. The space is private, has a private entrance, and parking available. A yummy breakfast was provided in the morning and that was such a treat. I’d love to stay here again whenever I’m back in SD. Thank you Ann!

Room was clean, bed was really comfortable and the place itself was very welcoming. felt like our home away from home!

Deborah is a great host, and her place was very comfortable to stay at. The place was clean, quiet, and close to many restaurants!

Marty was a great host and went above and beyond to help. She helped me print and scan in some work documents to get notarized. Marty lives on premise so if you have any issue, you can easily holler or message and get it worked out in minutes. Understand that the place is shared by other guests which may have partners with them so you are sharing a bathroom with potentially 4 people in the mornings. Bathroom etiquette follows college dorm rules where you bring toiletries in and out each time. The front door and each bedroom door has its own passcode lock. The parking on the street was not always immediately available directly by the house, so you park down 3 or so houses and walk. The neighborhood is very residential, not laden with restaurants in walking distance so I fared well with a rental car.

Incredibly charming bed and breakfast in an amazing location! Walkable to Hillcrest and just a short drive to many of the best spots in San Diego. The actual house is cozy and charming, everything you need for a home base exploring the city. There is also dedicated parking which is very convenient. Ann is an incredibly kind host, very welcoming and making sure we had everything we needed for a great stay (including amazing recommendations). Highly recommend!

Staying at Margo’s house was the perfect start for our California adventure. She was so kind and welcoming! Since we communicated up front, it was possible to check in later than usual. The check-in itself was easy, there were enough spots to park our car near the house. We had great talks with Margo, she was very welcoming, kind and funny! The rules and boundaries she sets upfront and again at check-in are actually not out of this world, but just common sense. We liked her clear way of communicating a lot. The room was very cozy and clean, likewise the bathroom. The location was good, enough spots to eat near her house and with an Uber or the bus you’re pretty quick in other parts of SD. We can only recommend staying with Margo! If you’re not lacking the common rules of being around other people, her rules should not pose a problem and you will get to meet a nice host that cares and gives great recommendations.

Am so glad I stumbled upon this Bed and Breakfast!! Will now keep this in my places to always look to stay in San Diego when I visit!!. Very comfortable, great location, quiet, small . . . just really liked everything about it. Ann and Mary were great and took care us. Thanks for a great stay
