Thoroughly enjoyed the location. The park behind the house gave a feeling of spaciousness extending the property. Having a bird aviary was delightful as they had a wide selection of small birds on the ground and flying. Having a coffee while enjoying the birds and their busy day of feeding, drinking etc.. Children would enjoy watching the birds. With a large entertainment area - bbq, large tables for sitting at and a table tennis table for the athletic people who are up for a challenge. The house inside has lots of space to enjoy quiet times and a fabulous kitchen with lots of tools to play with. We would return if given the opportunity

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit im Green House. Sind morgens kurz zum morning swim zum Strand runter gelaufen und haben abends beim Kochen und Essen die Aussicht genossen. Und Barbara war sehr hilfreich und entgegenkommend.

Jen's place was so clean and spacious and was so much bigger than expected. The pool was inviting and the back deck area is a great place to hang out. Very impressed with how well equipped the kitchen is. And the two eating areas came in handy as we are a group of crafters so we could leave our projects out and still had a table to sit at for meals. Bedrooms are beautifully decorated and beds are extremely comfortable. Probably the only negative is that the air conditioners do struggle to cool the main living spaces, due to their size and high ceilings. And not all spaces are air conditioned and this is a bit hard in February when it is so hot and humid. Not enough to put us off wanting to stay there again though. Great hostess and great place.

Boolarong, simply wonderful. From the moment you walk through the door you are transported into a tranquil, modern and beautifully designed sanctuary. With its ocean views and Koala in the backyard feels like the Aussie beach home you always dreamed of. Great location in Pt Lookout just minutes from endless beaches, nature walks, cafes and The Straddie hotel. We can't wait to be back...until then we will be dreaming of Straddie and Boolarong.

It was a difficult accommodation to carry heavy luggage, but the host was kind, the house was comfortable, and it was perfect.

Great stay! We loved how cozy the shack is and how everything was provided for our stay. My 3 years old was amazed by all the toys and a roo on the backyard. We’d stay again! Highly recommended!

Wonderful beach house in a great location. Very comfortable and family friendly. Re-ignited our love for Straddie.

Paula was lovely and accommodating. Helped us last minute, as our place was impacted by the cyclone. However we now want to come back for a staycation! Fantastic location, comfortable and private.

The location was perfect with cafes supermarkets and the waterfront all within walking distance. Sitting on the balcony looking at the water was wonderful. Thank you Ben

Very happy with the location and communication

My second visit to Patrick’s’ delightful, clean, peaceful, courteous airb&b. The bayside location is perfect for Brisbane if you’re looking for peace and fresh sea air. I just love this place and will be booking again next year when I return to visit my daughter and her family in Brisbane. A real home from home. Absolutely 5 🌟

What a holiday!!! We had an amazing time staying at Alessia and David's place. They were super friendly and helpful hosts that went out of their way to help us. The apartment is on the top floor with a nice view of Cylinder Beach and Shag Rock through and over the Melaleuca trees - we even saw dolphins from the deck! There is direct access to the beach via a short boardwalk so we had lots of swims. And only a short stroll to Oasis on Straddie (divine Mexican food) and Fever Coffee (our fav coffee on the island). The apartment has crimsafe screens which is great because you can really make the most of the sea breeze which was beautiful. Lots of amenities and homely touches to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Would definitely stay again!

The living and sleeping quarters, the ‘cosy nook’ was perfect, as was the lush backyard which I found amazing for pulling out my laptop and working on one of the tables amongst the greenery. The host couldn’t have been friendlier and kinder. She even helped me out, connecting me with people who assisted with my writing assignment, which was the reason this Melbournian was up North in the first place! I will absolutely seek out the cozy nook when I’m back this way.

Harold and Nicolette were superb hosts. Their communication was excellent and made booking and checkin a breeze. The unit was comfortable and clean with everything exactly as advertised. Our favourite part was the little coffee table in the gardens near the pool - it felt like we were on a tropical island. The floor to ceiling security doors allowed us to open up to the sea breeze. The aircon was appreciated on the night there was no breeze. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return for longer next time.

Great little spot close to shops and was exactly what I needed.

Except for a couple of little things like a leaking shower… everything was excellent. The place, the location and the area.

I had a wonderful stay at Candi's! She is an exceptionally friendly host who went out of her way to make me feel welcome, and ensured I had everything I could need. We had some great chats and she passed on some great recommendations for a local bite to eat, and all the amenities from kitchen to bathroom to bedroom were excellent. Thanks Candi for having me at short notice!

shared place which made it difficult to use the kitchen in the cabin. despite this we had an awesome stay and can strongly recommend this place. ideal location. comfortable beds and great BBQ outdoor space. highly recommended

we had a really great time in wynnum, very close to the water, shops, cafe's and train station to get into the city. Our stay was fantastic, it had everything we needed for our holiday, We would like to stay again in the future.

Perfect, clean and modern space. Had everything we needed for our family! Zuzana was a great host and very responsive. Flexible check out which (even though we didn’t need) is a godsend with a newborn baby. Recommend! Will stay here again.
