Amazing doesn’t describe our stay! We came from AK and WI for a double anniversary trip and this place did NOT disappoint. We even had a baby and toddler who enjoyed everything. We were allowed to check in an hour and a half early after a long night of flying. Didn’t think the house would have any beach equipment and then we found the treasure trove of beach supplies in a room closet! The only hiccup was a minor door lock code issue mid stay, which Monica and Rohit were extremely responsive to fix for us via text. All in all….we are already planning our next stay!

The Koolcondo Ohana house was perfect for our vacation! The lists are very responsive. The house was clean, well appointed, and just perfect for our 10-person family. The house also has a big yard for games and a lovely pool. It had a lot of beach gear that we used, and Brenneke Beach is just a block away. We will be back!

It’s a clean and spacious for 4 adults, and a nice location- walking distance to the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances for what we need. Also plenty of beach towels and beach chairs, inflatable tubes. My daughter loved sleeping with the sound of beach waves. Susanne responded to my questions quickly and kindly.

The location was perfect! Tucked away in a sweet neighborhood 2 min walk to a gorgeous beach, 5 min to natural food store and whole town with lots of food and boutiques, 10 minutes to farmers market, gorgeous Mountain views. Devaki was super sweet and caring, place was simple and clean and just what you need. She isn’t like most airbnbs where they have a huge checklist of things to do at checkout, we didn’t have to do a single thing! The only thing that was somewhat of an issue was the neighbors, the neighbors stayed up until midnight both nights or our stay outside just enjoying themselves as they rightfully can do, but from where they’re sitting to where our head is when sleeping is max 15 feet. So even with windows shut and rain sounds playing on my phone it was quite loud from about 7-12pm so if you’re a night own no problem! But if you’re an early sleeper it was a bit bothersome, it didn’t keep us awake but it woke us up multiple times. Other than that everything was great:)

Enjoyed the most mellow and relaxing vacation with my adult children. We walked daily on the great pathway and took in the blue ocean and the peaceful setting. The neighborhood was quiet and what I expected. We enjoyed eating at all the wonderful local places within a casual 20 minute walk. It was rainy this time of the year so sometime we just stayed and chilled in the awesome living room. The house is old so it has its charms but it felt like going to a beach house. There are plenty of windows and we slept with them open and it was very windy at night so we didn’t miss the a/c at all. We are from the Pacific Northwest, my son said he was surprised that 72 degrees could feel so cold and it was funny to see him wear his puffy jacket at times. Anyone staying here in the spring should probably bring a jacket because the wind and moisture can make it feel a lot colder than it should be due to being right next to the ocean. This is an excellent location overall.

Amazing stay in Koloa, great location and super convenient! Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay on the south shore. Instructions were very clear, lovely short walk to the beach, safe and quiet neighborhood. Jake was responsive and kind when we had some issues with the cleanliness of the kitchen. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay in this home and definitely looking forward to coming back again!

Hanalei was the perfect pace for us. Everything was beautiful and exotic. The Palaka cottage was in a perfect location for walking to the beach, walking into town for meals or a shave ice. The cottage was very private and provided an amazing get away location!

Gorgeous home with so many great perks! Comfortable beds & bedding, spotless bathrooms with plenty of towels and toiletries (could perhaps use tissues), the most accessories I've ever seen in a rental kitchen & well labeled, puzzles & games galore for any rainy days, and great bonus items for the pool & beach (wagon, coolers, umbrellas, chairs, snorkeling gear, & even a few well loved boogie boards). We loved our stay and fit a large group of 8 with teens comfortably. Thank you sharing your beautiful house!

Lanai was great, comfortable with great landscaping. Beach chairs and towels for around the pool or the many near by beaches. Perfect house for 3 couples. Each bedroom was nice and had its own bathroom with shower.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Kauai. Tiana's place was in an absolute perfect location for us to spend a week in early January. it was located close enough to the beaches for walking both to the sunset and to the sunrise. There were lots of restaurants nearby. It was a great location for going into the ocean and really enjoying everything that Kauai has to offer. We stayed here with our family of five and grandparents, a total of seven. The house had plenty of space for us to spread out. The kitchen had a lot of great things available so that we could cook while we were there. There was a variety of bathrooms and the instructions were clear. While we were there, we used a lot of the equipment including: wagon, boogie boards, snorkel equipment, beach chairs. It was so nice not to have to bring any of these with us. we also love the enclosed porch with hammock and table. we used the grill several times. it is charcoal and there is a chimney available. buy your own charcoal.

This house is gorgeous, and so clean and new! Tons of space to lounge, very comfortable beds with plenty of storage space. Kitchen is beautiful, and totally equipped for whatever you want to cook! If you dont want to cook there are great places to eat within a short drive, also great beach within short drive(or longer walk). Fitness center really nice with lots of cardio and weight machines. Absolutely gorgeous and spacious home in a beautiful Princeville neighborhood on the north shore of Kauai. So close to everything, amazing views, quiet and peaceful, large bedrooms and AC in each one! Could not ask for a more perfect place to stay! Mahalo Kanani!

We thoroughly enjoyed 10 wonderful days in their well-appointed clean condo. It is nice that both bedrooms had their own TV’s, both beds were very comfortable, and each bedroom also had a nice size walk-in closet. The master bath soaking tub was a well utilized bonus. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed and more including a crock pot. We also took advantage of the gorgeous community pool, hot tub, and clean community grill just steps away from their beautifully furnished lanai. Our beach days were enhanced with use of their cooler, beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. The location of the condo was perfect for our early morning walks along the golf course and the Princeville farmers market. Check in/out was a breeze along with exceptional communication with the local on-island manager, Michelle, and host, Andrea. Thank you!

Great location, quiet neighborhood. Well equipped kitchen- we were able to experience many local restaurants, while also being able to stay in for meals. Beautiful, private, yard, perfect for early morning coffee, and sharing meals. The timing of our visit gave us the additional bonus of fresh Papaya and Dragonfruit! Unique outdoor shower. Close to Pickleball courts, pool, and Poipu beach (with boards, mats, and coolers provided for our use). Dale and Kelly were easy to reach when needed, and offered suggestions for places to visit. We took several day trips around the island, but enjoyed having such a lovely place to come home to. Entire group loved this place, and hope to visit again!

Great for our multi-generation family. Easy access to beach with an array of beach items at the house - chairs, toys, towels, coolers. Our 3-year old loved the fenced yard, garden with red clay dirt, and learning how to confidently and safely manage stairs. Full kitchen meant we made many great breakfasts and dinners with fresh produce from farmers markets and local stores. Great home base the exploring the beaches and sites of Kauai. Thanks, Geralyn!

It was a perfect place for our family of 8. Spacious, clean, great kitchen, walking distance to the club house with 2 restaurants. Plenty of linens, towels etc. even with the draught the landscaping was lush and beautiful..

If we could of only stayed forever. We felt like this wonderful place had everything we needed. If we wanted tea or coffee with our toast and eggs we could with ease. If we wanted to soak in a warm bath after getting beat up trying to surf at Hanalei (the kids did way better than the adults!) we could. If we wanted to grill chicken when the kids just wanted Dino nuggets we could. If we wanted to relax in the hammock or walk Moloa’a bay we could. And it felt like home.

Amazing location. Super close to Hanalei Bay and lots of restaurants within a ten minute drive. Pantry was well stocked and kitchen was clean. Beds were super comfortable and we all got amazing sleep.

Our family had an amazing time at this property! The location was perfect as it was close to everything we needed but still quiet and relaxing. The house was super spacious and gave everyone plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. It had everything we needed to make our stay easy and comfortable. A must-stay for families visiting Kauai—it made our trip extra memorable!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The place was beautifully decorated with a charming Hawaiian theme that made us feel right at home. Every detail was thoughtfully put together, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. It was comfortable within a great area and had everything for a relaxing stay. Giselle and Richard are tremendous hosts who went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. They really spoiled us with their hospitality! The house was splendid, spacious, clean and open. Our kids spent a great deal of time running around in the backyard having a blast! All around wonderful experience
