Loved my 6 day stay here! The large windows created a space nicely lit up by natural light. I enjoyed the vertical nature of the loft set up and I will definitely miss watching the sunrise from the balcony table. This condo complex had an amazing pool area where I spent a gold amount of time in the waterfall rock formation pool / hot tub. If you like rec sports (tennis, pickleball, basketball, etc) this is also a fun spot!

Radoslav & Natasa were outstanding hosts! Great proactive and reactive communication from the time we reserved their beautiful place to the time we checked out. Condo was a perfect location, 2 min walk to great beach, beach club, restaurants and shops. Will plan on reserving again next year. Great peeps and place!!

The grounds and the location of the Marriott were amazing. We loved the pool and beach access. We had a view of the ocean, and, even though we were in the furthest building from the beach, the walk wasn’t too bad. The living space was perfect for our family of four ( 2 teenagers).

Just an amazing location!! The place was super clean and very comfortable. Sitting on the back patio with the new furniture listening to the waves and looking out on the ocean was incredible!! Can’t imagine a better location. We could hear the waves from everywhere in the condo and falling asleep to the waves was fantastic! Roz was a great host and provided tons of local recommendations and was always very prompt getting back to us if we had any questions. We’ll definitely be back!!

The home is wonderful! A great getaway and close to the roaring ocean. Although you cannot see the ocean, we heard the waves crashing on big swells. The bikes for rent at The Cliffs gave us an easy way to get around. The home is a little dark, but during the day we were always out anyway. The kitchen is fully stocked and the beds were comfy. The additional beach gear was also great to use. This is a great place for families or a few couples. We had an amazing 9 night stay and would definitely go back. The host was great at communication and gave us lots to read about before we arrived. Wonderful place and close to all our favorite spots in Princeville!

the condo is perfect. being on the ground floor at the end of the building it felt like we had a private backyard. lots of lush foliage. only a 5-minute walk to either Beach. and surprisingly the beaches were not crowded. other beaches in the area were nearly empty. it felt like we were on our own private beach sometimes. the condo was spotless and the furnishings and artwork were well appointed. no gaudy Hawaiian decorations like you might find in some accommodations. the furniture was solid and tasteful . the bed was comfortable . lots of water pressure so hot showers were very very nice . the location is centered very nicely for the southern part of the island. everything is only a half an hour away or less. there are nice restaurants and amenities nearby. the condo was extremely quiet and peaceful. the staff was friendly and very accommodating. we would definitely rent the same condominium the next time we go and we'll suggest it to our friends. we loved all the chickens!

Great location, lots of room well equipped kitchen but not new furnishing. Everything was more than adequate but not updated. Loved the massage chair though!

This was our second stay at this beautiful property, and again it lived up to our expectations! The home is clean and well appointed with everything you would need for a relaxing stay. The pool/hot tub/patio, complete with a covered pool bar with flat screen tv, refrigerator, dishwasher and half bath make outdoor living so easy and comfortable. Seeing the sea turtles resting in the inlet and the ocean views are the icing on the cake! We had one issue come up and Deani was on it immediately and resolved it quickly and to our satisfaction. We cannot wait to return!

Our group of 16 had an incredible stay in Princeville. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed in this spacious and well-equipped home. Matt provided us with valuable advice and local insights that helped to guide our trip planning. He checked in daily, sometimes even multiple times a day, which really highlighted his dedication to ensuring we had everything we needed to make the most of our stay. The house itself was fantastic, with all the amenities we could ask for. We loved having beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and more right at our fingertips, making our beach days seamless. He dropped off hiking poles for someone in our group who was recovering from a fractured ankle. The location was perfect for exploring the north shore and east side of Kauai. Overall, our experience was wonderful, and we left with unforgettable memories. If you're looking for a great place to stay in Kauai, we highly recommend Matt's Airbnb.

We had such a magical trip to Kauai and being in such a beautiful home & neighborhood absolutely played a huge part in that experience. Princeville is absolutely the right place to stay! Timothy, Karen, and their daughter were wonderful, responsive, and friendly hosts. We will definitely book again next time we’re on the island!

The place was amazing! There was a slight delay at check-in but Jason helped take care of it very quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice place to stay. Easy to get to places we wanted to see and hike. Parking was not a problem. Quiet except for the roosters that are everywhere on the island.

The host is very warm, friendly and responsive. The vibe of the home is warm, well maintained and extremely comfortable. The location is perfect for any activities: hiking, exploring the towns, restaurants, boat tours etc. I love being able to watch the sunrise right on the beach. I slept so soundly because the beds are so comfortable, great quality. Made our stay very memorable! 5 stars all around🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We just returned home from a wonderful week on the island of Kauai. The condo was very well equipped, and bed comfortable. Enjoyed the AC, as it was quite warm during our stay. Beautiful grounds throughout the complex. Merris was great to work with responding to every question I had. Great spot, would definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The unit was clean, parking was convenient, and it was a short walk to the beach.

Our stay at this place was a delight! You have wonderful view of the ocean while still having privacy while out on the lanai, as no other rooms face into yours. The room is also incredibly airy - it was great to have the sea breeze coming through the space and cooling us off at night. The location is also perfect - you're close to lots of places to eat and local spots, and only a short drive from both natural space and the airport. I'd come stay again easily!

My stay with Live Suites was great. Clean facilities and very helpful staff made for great stay. Access is allowed to neighboring resort while plenty to do at this facility. Definitely worth the stay and worth a repeat.

This condo is everything you see int he photos but so much more. The host and communication were above and beyond even recommending a local concierge and she was AMAZING! Plus free with your rental of the condo. Laid out the best itinerary for our stay saving me the stress of doing it and making sure we booked with locals not corporations. The layout of the condo is wonderful with ocean views from the main room, dining, living and kitchen areas. Cooked here everyday and had everything we needed provided including a few seasonings, bottled water, cookware and Tupperware. We saw whales every day from the lanai. Bed was comfortable (we only used the master so I cannot speak for the guest room). Shower was spacious with double heads. Location is on the north side of the island which in my opinion is where it's at. Golf courses surrounded by the most gorgeous mountains less than a 5 minute walk away. Hideaway beach also a short walk and is perfect. Don't hesitate! This place is worth it!
