Gorgeous home with so many great perks! Comfortable beds & bedding, spotless bathrooms with plenty of towels and toiletries (could perhaps use tissues), the most accessories I've ever seen in a rental kitchen & well labeled, puzzles & games galore for any rainy days, and great bonus items for the pool & beach (wagon, coolers, umbrellas, chairs, snorkeling gear, & even a few well loved boogie boards). We loved our stay and fit a large group of 8 with teens comfortably. Thank you sharing your beautiful house!

This house is gorgeous, and so clean and new! Tons of space to lounge, very comfortable beds with plenty of storage space. Kitchen is beautiful, and totally equipped for whatever you want to cook! If you dont want to cook there are great places to eat within a short drive, also great beach within short drive(or longer walk). Fitness center really nice with lots of cardio and weight machines. Absolutely gorgeous and spacious home in a beautiful Princeville neighborhood on the north shore of Kauai. So close to everything, amazing views, quiet and peaceful, large bedrooms and AC in each one! Could not ask for a more perfect place to stay! Mahalo Kanani!

Great place. Pool and mango tree added bonuses. The only thing I’d ask for is to leave garbage bags so we could reline, we had to purchase and maybe two more rolls of toilet paper. All was great and better than advertised!

We thoroughly enjoyed 10 wonderful days in their well-appointed clean condo. It is nice that both bedrooms had their own TV’s, both beds were very comfortable, and each bedroom also had a nice size walk-in closet. The master bath soaking tub was a well utilized bonus. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed and more including a crock pot. We also took advantage of the gorgeous community pool, hot tub, and clean community grill just steps away from their beautifully furnished lanai. Our beach days were enhanced with use of their cooler, beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. The location of the condo was perfect for our early morning walks along the golf course and the Princeville farmers market. Check in/out was a breeze along with exceptional communication with the local on-island manager, Michelle, and host, Andrea. Thank you!

One of the BEST places we have rented. When we walked in the whole family said wow. My 17 year old son hugged me and thanked me for getting this place.

Amazing stay in Koloa, great location and super convenient! Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay on the south shore. Instructions were very clear, lovely short walk to the beach, safe and quiet neighborhood. Jake was responsive and kind when we had some issues with the cleanliness of the kitchen. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay in this home and definitely looking forward to coming back again!

We had a great stay. House was as described and perfect for the two of us. We used the grill a couple of nights which was a great alternative to going out. The kitchen had everything we needed. Peaceful surroundings, close proximity to many attractions. Michelle was very responsive to my messages. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We had an amazing stay here! The home and surroundings are beautiful. We were especially impressed by how CLEAN the entire home was - we have stayed in several airbnbs and this was by far the cleanest. Even though the listing says the home has no AC, we were glad to find units in each bedroom (not the loft with pull out couch). Most of us didn’t need them but it was nice for those of us who like to sleep in cooler temperatures. The neighborhood is just beautiful, and the home is a short walk to queens bath, and a short drive to hanalei bay. We came with 9 adults and 1 infant and it never felt too crowded. We would love to come back and can’t recommend this home enough!

Laura’s Princeville house was perfect for my family! She kept in touch easily if we had any questions. It was beautiful inside and out. And there were many different types of beach paraphernalia. A perfect vacation spot!

We truly enjoyed our stay here at Vicki’s cottage. Everything is just as described and photos are accurate. It is a cute space at the corner of a busy street but nonetheless, still felt very private and spacious. The place was very clean and stocked. I loved the fact that the parking is just outside the cottage and felt like a very safe area. A lot to do in the area surrounding this space which is a bonus, plenty of things nearby and just a five minute drive away. Would recommend this place to anyone who is considering it! The host is very responsive and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. Definitely would book again. Mahalo Vicki!

Easy to deal with, great views, close to the beach, and quieter than expected.

Our family absolutely loved our stay here—easily one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever experienced! Everything about this home was perfect—spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen was amazing, and the stunning surroundings made our stay even more special. The photos truly don’t do it justice! We especially loved the outdoor space and lanai, where we spent so much time relaxing. The backyard, filled with fruit trees like orange, avocado, and lemon, was such a unique and delightful touch. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

Hanalei was the perfect pace for us. Everything was beautiful and exotic. The Palaka cottage was in a perfect location for walking to the beach, walking into town for meals or a shave ice. The cottage was very private and provided an amazing get away location!

The location couldn’t have been better, walking distance to Hanalei town and right across from the bay. Beautiful yard. Definitely plan on staying here again!

Home wonderfully appointed and immaculately maintained. Layout of home was perfect for our group and we spent a lot of time on the lanai. Home’s location was ideal for catching sunsets. We’d love to be able to stay here on our next visit.

Lovely well equipped large family home. Loved the beach extras and very well equipped kitchen with the cooking essentials like sugar, cooking spray, and some spices. In a lovely golf community within an hours drive if the airport. There were various beaches and hikes in the area. Only downfall was many of the tours we booked were an hours drive back to Lihue area. There was no direct beach access so had to drive but a couple nice beaches within 10 minutes, highly recommend Anini beach or Hanalei beach. We don't golf but the course looks lovely. The only thing missing is a pool!!

Hands down one of the best vacation rentals I’ve ever stayed at - if not THE best. Not only does Amy provide everything you need for your stay (beach equipment, bikes, coolers etc), her home is stocked with essentials to make your stay as easy as possible (kitchen and laundry supplies, extra towels) AND her home is immaculately kept! We felt immediately comfortable upon arrival. You can tell how much love Amy has poured into every detail of this home. Our absolute favorite part of the home was the lanai - a gorgeous space to enjoy every meal and for relaxing with a cocktail at the end of the day! A beautiful space for such a special island!

Great spot for 2 families and 2 young kids - we were able to walk to town (1block) and the beach (5min) all day everyday which was our main goal. We would def stay again. Layout is 3 beds upstairs with a bath and living room, downstairs is 2 beds and bath with kitchen. Slightly strange layout but worked with our group, my only feedback would be to install full blinds on the downstairs rooms as the window doors let in a lot of light from kitchen.

We had a marvelous stay at this property. Plenty of room (more than we needed) for our family of five to spread out and relax. There were more amenities than I could keep track of, and the kitchen was especially well-equipped—better than any other place I have stayed. The photographs do a good job of representing the different rooms and spaces. The pool was actually a little bigger than we expected, and our kids spent a lot of time enjoying it. I preferred the hot tub, which was very relaxing. The location was also excellent, with many shops, restaurants, and beaches easy to reach by a short drive. It was also a good central location for many of the activities we had picked out. If planning our trip all over again, I would definitely choose this same house again!

Had a great time here for a family reunion trip. Had all the amenities as described and more. Loved the location, and the attractions nearby. Walking distance to two very nice beaches. Would love to come back next time with the kids, seems like it’s very kid friendly.

We absolutely loved this home and our stay here. Beautiful house, super clean, looked just like the photos. Location is great and we loved being able to walk over to Foodland and the restaurants around there. The drive to Hanalei, beaches and surrounding towns is super easy and close. All the beach towels and toys and snorkel gear was a huge plus. Our toddler loved playing with the kid toys (cars, board games, etc) The backyard is so lush and beautiful. Lots of neighborhood roosters which can be very loud early in the morning. Cute neighborhood cats love to come say hi which our toddler loved. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone visiting the island and we would love to come back and stay here. Thank you!
