Valley Ridge House is in a class of its own - the house is immaculate and clean, everything is thought about and taken care of. The views are magnificent, the birdsong emphasises the serenity; our weekend was just not long enough. Jenny is the consumate host- so warm, welcoming and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The pool area is a true highlight – it’s the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay, the house was perfect, extremely spacious for 12 people and the pool/jacuzzi/bbq were great! It’s in a great location in Cessnock and I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

We were a group of 6 adults celebrating my 50th. We loved how we could relax by the pool and spa, kayak on the lake and cook a bbq for dinner. The kitchen was well equipped and the house was very clean and comfortable. We would recommend this property to anyone who wants a relaxing quiet time away.

Vanessa place was paradise. The grounds are gorgeous, the pool and hot tub are relaxing. The house it self is beautiful inside and out. It is very comfortable. Vanessa is the hostess with the mostess. Our family of 4 adults and 6 kids could spread out comfortably and have some adult time. The pool area as a great BBQ, & there is great under cover parking. We would recommend Vanessa place to the who are looking for that extra special getaway. We loved it! ….and Vanessa. :)

Having a code rather than a key was so amazing as we were three families running after various children at a dance competition. The house was amazing, so many thoughtful bits and pieces. Everything felt spotlessly clean. The pool was fantastic. We could walk to the supermarket and restaurants and, run to the beach. My children already want to stay again next time we are in Newcastle.

Sensational property, we wish we could have stayed longer. 8 of us visited over Xmas and we had everything we needed and more. Beautiful Xmas lunch on the back deck overlooking the water. Would highly recommend.

caves beach is absolutely beautiful and the Williams house is in a perfect location. Two beaches very close by and walkable and plenty other activities to do in the surrounding. The house is perfectly set up for families with kids and the views are stunning. We actually thought the pictures do not do the views and house justice.

We had a very relaxing week and found the cottage very clean and tidy and well equipped and having instruction books for all the appliances was most useful. It was a welcome surprise to find a cheese platter waiting for us which included delicious fruit chutney. We found Toronto a great place for a selection of restaurants. We particularly liked Shane's Seafood outlet which is tucked away in Carey Bay. It was very pleasant to sit out on the large covered back deck for meals. The charger for our EV car was most useful as we could avoid searching for public chargers during the day. Our little dog loved the large fenced back garden.Thank you Sharon for making us welcome and answering our queries so promptly

Had an amazing stay while travelling up the coast with my floofers. The house was beautifully appointed, utterly spotless, and quite comfortable. I wish I could've stayed for longer. The private yard was also extremely appreciated. Thank you for letting us stay in your home!

If you are seeking an 'off road' location (to get there), THEN, this is the place to stay & relax. Water View Cottage is well appointed and for the most part was quite clean (albeit, the Oven hadn't been cleaned for weeks and no one apparently checks for blown light globes). If you are visiting during Spring / Summer, be sure to pack extra Fly / Bug Spray (the cans provided were 'EMPTY') as having the Doors open attracts a plethora of flies & mozzies as there are no Screen Doors. The Accommodation is very comfortable & spacious (for 2 Adults with small dog) and the location is so peaceful.

Enjoyed our stay. Parked the car up and didn’t use it for three days. House was comfortable and the location perfect. Great places to eat and get coffee around every corner. Proximity to the beach was great too!

We absolutely loved our stay at Julie’s place, very charming old house in a private yet very central location. The views are incredible and the place was cozy and well equipped. Highly recommended

Wonderful spot to chill out and get away from the hustle and bustle. Next time we will bring our laptop to access streaming (netflix etc) as it is not possible to access streaming on the smart TV and sadly the DVD player is rendered useless without a remote control. Otherwise a great Airbnb to relax and enjoy the Hunter.

La maison est juste parfaite, je lui mets 10/10 je recommande à tout le monde. La maison est d’une propreté irréprochable, à une déco super jolie, elle est toute neuve, super bien entretenu avec tout ce dont on a besoin. Tout était parfait. Beautiful place, great location and walking distance to the shops and the beach. Very responsive and accommodating - especially with 2 young children.

Our family loved staying here. Great sized house and yard. Lots of things to do in area. Air cons were icy cold👍🏻. Only downfall was the road is very busy and hard to get in and out of driveway due to so much traffic. Wouldn’t stop us staying again though. Thanks Monique

Caves Beach is a beautiful location and amazing for families. Sue's place was the perfect location - right near the beach with stunning water views and the view of the sunrise from the balcony was a highlight. The house was big, private and had plenty of space for everyone to relax and hang about. Will definitely be booking this place again for another family holiday.

The house was lovely in a peaceful location. We were a five minute walk away from the water and a 5 min drive to the local restaurants and cafes. Bruce was very responsive to help us out and we really enjoyed our stay!

Kate place is beautiful, clean and spacious. We had ample room for our family of 6. Beds are all very comfortable and there are multiple places to hang out and relax. Beautiful and clean kitchen and bathroom facilities. The location was stunning with the lake views from the house, and the covered verandah was the perfect place to relax and soak in the atmosphere. Quick and easy access to the lake directly from the backyard with a cute little jetty the kids loved hanging out at and fishing from. You can swim directly on the lake at Kate's place or head to the nearby netting swimming area at Mannering Park. We also enjoyed a lovely afternoon swimming at Sandy Beach Reserve at Summerland Point which is worth the 15 min drive. Kate is friendly, helpful, accommodating and very easy to communicate with. We really loved our stay and would highly recommend Kate's place. . Thank you Kate for hosting.
