Comfortable, full of character and style. A very comfortable base in a great location - easily walkable to old Hastings and its amenities as well as Hastings and the shopping centre/train station. Great local recommendations and very clear instructions. A perfect base.

We have just come back from a weekend at Sarahs.We went with another couple. The flat was easy to find. When we walked in we were just taken a back at how lovely it was, we kept wandering around saying, oooh isnt that lovely and what great taste Sarah had🤣 Sarah had left crossiants and milk and a bottle of prosecco which was so kind. The flat is spotless and there are many cute little extra touches which makes it such a great experience. Great place for location. 2 of us swam Saturday morning in the freezing sea and was so easy to walk down and up in a towel! We like to walk and its a lovely place to walk from. Can see why the place is popular and why Sarah is a super host. Thankyou Sarah

Xavier was great a communicating, sorted out parking for us, as parking in Brighton is not easy. Xavier greeted us upon arrival, then kindly found a parking spot for us a short distance from the house. The property is in a great location found a lovely friendly pub to watch the England rugby just around the corner. It’s a nice stroll into Brighton. The property was a perfect size for our family group of 7.

We had a great time staying at this Airbnb for the weekend. The place was comfortable, well-maintained, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The apartment was really nice and had nice little touches. The decor and touches to the apartment were beautiful. I loved the garden and also the nook in it. Very close to the beach and also to the centre. It was nice and quiet too and very easy to relax. Host was very nice and also checked in to make sure everything was ok which I really appreciated. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at Amber’s apartment. Communication prior to and during the stay was great. The apartment itself was clean and ideally located. Having access to the pool and gym at the hotel below was a fantastic perk. We did unfortunately have to request some of the stated amenities during our stay. It would also be a nice touch if there was some furniture on the balcony to be able to enjoy the view. But other than that, we had a great stay!

Return visit. Would totally recommend the caravan. We love how close it is to the sea

We loved this caravan. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we could have needed for our family weekend away. The beach is just a few steps away and we enjoyed a walk to the harbour. Even spotted a seal in the sea. The site was very quiet and peaceful and is tucked right away from the main road. Jenny was a very responsive host who answered all our questions immediately. The minute we walked in it felt welcoming and homely, there were great added extras like board games which the kids loved, towels and extra bedding and blankets to curl up on the couch with. This is a prime location not only on site right next to the arcade and shops, but not where you get disturbed with noise, but also amazing location to travel to all the sight seeing opportunities in the local area. Everything was was really easy to get to and ensured we had an amazing time exploring without worrying about extra travel. Both hosts were fantastic with responding and being contactable and I would highly recommend to anyone who wants a great value for money place to stay in a great location! Booked 3 day getaway with kids, lots of information before arriving which made the process very easy. As soon as I walk into caravan you could see how clean it was and loads of games and dvds made available as well as netflix. I was also left a little box of milk, tea,coffee and sugar great touch. The kids loved all the activities and entertainment and I thought staff round the complex were very helpful. I had abit of a mishap with the key and Rob drove out late at night and was so friendly and helpful. Thanks so much..

The property was modern and extremely well supplied. Kitchen amenities were exceptional and lots of space in the living area. Lots of children’s games and books to occupy them. Large dining table to sit 8 comfortably. Beautiful view of the sea from the full window in the dining area. Outside the facilities were equally as good, dining table and seating, BBQ (and all items to use the BBQ). Very quiet spot but many interesting places a short drive away. This house exuded quality items throughout. Host was very helpful and instructions and information were detailed. Certainly would go back to this property in the future.

Beautiful house which opens up right onto the beach. The outside area is great and the view from the house are amazing. Really nice house inside as well.

The beach house was everything I hoped for in a coastal getaway—relaxing, cozy, modern and full of charm! The place feels so welcoming, with light, airy decor that’s perfect for a beach vibe. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook a nice meal, and the living space was a great spot to unwind after a day at the beach. It was super clean and had little touches, like comfy throws and beachy accents, that made it feel special. The beach is on the doorstep - so close that I could hear the waves from the bedroom. There are also some great little cafes and shops nearby in Rye, which made exploring really easy. Julie was awesome—super friendly, quick to answer any questions I had and happy to help at any time. If you’re looking for a chill spot to unwind by the beach, this is it. I’m already planning my next trip back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Sea la Vie. Rob’s place is fantastic, it’s in a great location in Hove, the house has been really nicely done up and the secure garden was perfect for our two dogs. We had a brilliant week and can’t wait to come back in the future. Would highly recommend!

We loved our stay here! The apartment was beautiful and just as described. The view of the sea was very special too, as well as being able to step outside onto the sea front! Amandeep and Rebecca were very responsive and helpful. They provided a booklet with recommendations of the area and everything we needed to know about the apartment. An added bonus, if you’re a keen runner like me, Hastings parkrun was just a 5 minute walk away - 5k along the coast! We throughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Thanks again!

We had a great stay at Sillwood Mews! It was the best location - quiet but a short walk to everything. Lovely coffee houses, cafes and restaurants pretty much on the doorstep and of course the seafront is a two min walk! The house is lovely, clean and spacious with comfy beds. Jayne was an excellent host. We had a small issue with parking on arrival (due to some other residents in the Mews not parking with consideration) but Jayne responded to our queries immediately and was very helpful. We will definitely stay again when we return to Brighton!

Nice house with a very well equipped kitchen (the best we've had in the Eastbourne area). Also very comfortable beds and loads of space. The layout of the house means that the dining room is one floor above the kitchen (although there is an outdoor dining table right behind the kitchen if the weather is warm and dry enough) which is a bit strange, but we mostly ate out so this wasn't a big issue for us (Thai Marina in Sovereign harbour is highly recommended as is Raipur in Pevensey Bay). If you have the windows open at night there is occasional noise from people walking past - it seems to echo a lot - but again that didn't bother us. The only other issue is that the water pressure isn't great, so despite having 3 showers in the house only one can ever be used at a time. However, the house really was very nice and is now at the top of my list for a return trip to Eastbourne (we go 2 or 3 times a year for my other half to go scuba diving)
