L'alloggio è stato confortevole, caldo e perfettamente adatto alle mie esigenze, quindi non posso che ritenermi soddisfatto: sono stato davvero bene. Purtroppo ho avuto modo di incontrare Christine solo durante il check-in, ma mi è sembrata molto gentile e disponibile. Ho apprezzato molto i piccoli gesti di benvenuto, come i dolcetti sul tavolo e i cioccolatini sul cuscino, che hanno reso l'arrivo ancora più piacevole. La macchina del caffè e il Wi-Fi sono stati un vero plus. La casa mi è sembrata anche molto silenziosa, ideale per il relax. La pulizia era buona, anche se forse leggermente inferiore alle aspettative basate sulle recensioni precedenti. Nel complesso, un soggiorno davvero piacevole: tornerei sicuramente!

If the apartment is free for your chosen dates, then just book it, don't think about it. The first thing you see will be the 150 year old glass entrance door to the whole building and, inside, elegant historic balconies and black and white tiled floors. A beautiful apartment that is very spacious and free of clutter and very homely and cosy. Well presented and well maintained. Nice lighting options and a pleasant layout of the living room. So much space! We spent 5 nights here but I would be happy to spend 5 weeks here or even 5 months. The apartment faces an internal courtyard which looked like it would be very pleasant to sit in on summer evenings. The other people who live in the building all looked like really nice people too. Very quiet at night. There's a Lidl store with a bakery just minutes walk away and Gasthaus Alex is definitely worth visiting for the local atmosphere. Like Schwarzenegger said, "I'll be back!".

We loved Edit and Dieter's apartment. It was spacious and very comfortable, with a sense of romantic Vienna that we were looking for. It was easy to feel the rich sense of history that the city possesses while staying in the beautiful apartment filled with antiques. Everything was straight forward and the apartment had all amenities. It's location was excellent; near great museums and galleries, as well as central to the old city. The subway was very conveniently nearby, as we're grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. An excellent stay in a perfect Vienna apartment, owned by charming and thoughtful hosts. We hope to return some day!

This is a huge, unique and beautiful apartment. We were greeted personally by the host, who walked us through the apartment and allowed us to leave our bags early. The apartment is in a quiet, transit-friendly neighbourhood, with lots of nearby shopping. We highly reccomend it!

Monika und ihre hübsche Wohnung sind immer unsere erste Wahl, wenn wir in Wien sind. Wir haben schon mehrmals bei ihr übernachtet. Die Unterkunft ist geräumig, sauber und perfekt für einen kurzen oder längeren Aufenthalt. Sie liegt günstig gegenüber dem Türkenschanzpark und ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut an das Stadtzentrum oder Schloss Schönbrunn angebunden. Monika kümmert sich darum, dass jedes Detail Ihren Wünschen entspricht. Danke, Monika!

Wir hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt in diesem tollen, sehr sauberen und stilvoll eingerichteten Apartment. Der Check-in war sehr leicht, die Kommunikation mit dem Host unkompliziert und es war alles vorhanden, was man eben so benötigt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nicole's place was beautiful!!! I hadn't expected it to be this big. The appartment had everything we could ask for and more and it was extremely comfortable. I also wanted to keep my bag before the check in time and they were very understanding about it. The host was very responsive, and we had no complaints at all. Highly recommend this to stay in Vienna!!!!

Die Wohnung im 18. Bezirk von Wien ist eine hervorragende Wahl für ein komfortables Wohnen. Der Bezirk ist ruhig, grün und sehr gemütlich – ideal für Familien sowie für alle, die eine entspannte Umgebung schätzen, aber dennoch in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums bleiben möchten. In der Umgebung gibt es alles, was man braucht – Geschäfte, Cafés, Schulen und Parks. Dank der guten Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr gelangt man schnell in alle Teile der Stadt. Besonders erwähnenswert ist die Vermieterin Elena – sie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie sorgt stets dafür, dass sich die Mieter wie zu Hause fühlen. Wenn Sie eine bequeme, gemütliche und gut gelegene Wohnung in Wien suchen, ist diese Wohnung eine ausgezeichnete Wahl!

Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut an die Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angebunden. Man ist innerhalb einer halben Stunde im Stadtzentrum. Die meisten Zeit war es sehr ruhig, sodass man abends das Fenster offen lassen konnte. Das Check-in hat super funktioniert und auch beim Check Out hat alles geklappt. Astrid ist sehr lieb und freundlich. Wir haben sie beim einchecken nicht getroffen, aber sie kam extra nochmal im Laufe unseren Aufenthalts und hat sich bei uns vorgestellt. Kann die Wohnung weiterempfehlen!

Wir wurden überaus freundlich empfangen und sogar mit einer Grundausstattung für Frühstück versorgt. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung super ausgestattet. Die Wohnung liegt nahe dem Währinger Park und ist durch die sich im Park befindliche Hundezone für Hundebesitzer ein Traum. Die Innenstadt ist mit den Öffis sehr gut zu erreichen, so dass sie auch für Sightseeing optimal ist. Wir haben uns über die ganze Zeit sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Filip war sehr gut.

The apartment was great; modern, stunning views (above the roofs of Vienna) and centrally located right outside the first district. Wilfried was super friendly and very responsive—when the apartment got a little cold we could call him and he instantly increased the temperature. It is definitely worth to rent again next time we’re back.

Es war ein tolles Wochenende, alles genau, wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos. Mega Aussicht, tolle Lage. Unten im Gebäude gleich ein Billa und im Gebäude daneben ein mega leckerer Italiener. Parken kann man gegenüber im Parkhaus - Preise typisch Großstadt. Würde jederzeit wieder kommen , auch die Kommunikation war immer sehr schnell und hilfreich.

An excellent apartment to stay at with all the touristy things located at a close radius. The building was excellent, the instructions provided by Andie was spot and she was a pleasure to communicate with. Everything needed in an apartment to make living comfortable (especially with a toddler) was provided. The views from the apartment was amazing. Highly recommend Andie and the apartment.

nice and peaceful garden apartment, away from hectic Vienna but still 20 minutes away by train. Train station is 5 minutes away with 4 trains per hour for either directions to Vienna or St Polten. Hector and Sarah was really nice and accommodating, they asked me in advance what kind of bed arrangements needed for our family. Furthermore, they have two amazing and super friendly big dogs (Alaskan malamute and Siberian Husky) which really made us feel like home. would've booked more nights if we knew about the dogs. I recommend Hector and Sarah's for anyone looking for peaceful accommodation near Vienna, especially if you're a dog person.

Die Wohnung ist noch nagelneu, gut schallgedämmt, isoliert und hat eine moderne Ästhetik. Es ist relativ nahe am Zentrum von Korneuburg und liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, die ich persönlich kenne. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen, da sie meine Erwartungen an eine Unterkunft erfüllt, leider ist sie sehr gefragt, da der Preis konkurrenzfähig ist, ich hoffe, dass sie für meine nächsten Familienbesuche wieder verfügbar ist.

The accommodation was fantastic! It was very clean and tidy. Everything was great; we loved the area, and the metro and parking garage are close by, just a few minutes’ walk. The apartment fully matched the description. We will definitely choose this property again next time, no question about it! The host was very kind and provided detailed instructions: the entry process, the wi-fi code, the check-out procedure, etc. I’m really glad we chose their apartment!
