Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in einer ruhig gelegenenen und gemütlichen Unterkunft. Der Garten ist ein absolutes Highlight, traumhaft verwachsen und mit vielen Details dekoriert. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war angenehm und unkompliziert, sich sehr bemüht alles so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.

とても広く、ベッドルームの多さは圧巻でした。少し歩くとスーパーやパン屋さんもあり、食事を作るのにとても便利です。冬でしたが、いつも家が暖かくホッと出来ました。

Gregor's place is perfectly located for people visiting IST Austria, it's a 5 min walk. The garden is very pleasant, and the neighborhood is very quiet and close to beautiful trails in the Viennese forest.

Ubytování bylo moc hezké, moderní a také v docela blízké vzdálenosti od Vídně. Moc se nám to tu líbilo, ani nám nevadilo že nejsme přímo ve Vídni. Až sem pojedeme příště, určitě si zařídíme tohle ubytování znovu.

Very nice place to stay! Cosy interior, fully equiped kitchen, nice closed garden, clean bathroom etc. Not too many things to do in Puch, but nice daytrips possible (e.g. Krems, Vienna). We were a bit unlucky with the weather conditions, but the house was so nice, so we had a very cosy & nice stay! Also perfect to stay with the dog. Would totally recommend!

Dies ist ein wunderschönes gemütliches Haus, in dem wir die Weihnachtstage verbracht haben. Es gibt viele tolle Restaurants in der Umgebung und eine gute Anbindung an das Zentrum von Wien. Wir sind froh, dass wir in diesem Haus übernachten konnten; unsere Familie hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt!

Gemütliche und ruhige Unterkunft direkt am Stadtrand von Wien. Whirlpool, Sauna und Kamin wunderbar zum Entspannen. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war stets sehr angenehm, reaktionsschnell und hilfsbereit.

la casa ha superato le nostre aspettative, è molto grande pulita e confortevole. L’host è sempre stato disponibile, attento alla pulizia e pronto a rispondere ai messaggi in caso di necessità. La zona è buona per visitare la città e arrivare in centro a piedi in 25/30 minuti. La via principale vicino l’alloggio è piena di negozi e vicino a vari supermercati ben forniti. P.S le foto non rendono giustizia alla casa, molto più grande e luminosa rispetto a quanto si vede sul sito.

I highly recommend the accommodation. Communication with Romi was very good. The apartment is in a good location,absolutely quiet, nicely furnished. We had the feeling that we were visiting a good friend who showed us how to live in Vienna.

Wunderschönes Apartment, wenn man diese Art von Einrichtung mag - wenn nicht alles top gepflegt sein und neu aussehen muss, wenn die Sachen Patina und Seele haben dürfen. Die in einer Bewertung erwähnten nicht verblendeten Steckdosen habe ich auch gesehen, aber an die kommt man nicht aus Versehen dran, hat mich nicht gestört. Der Beamer lief, ich konnte ihn nur nicht mit dem Notebook verbinden (könnte an mir gelegen haben). Die Leinwand wollte aber tatsächlich nicht runterkommen, bzw. nur sehr zögerlich. Man musste den Knopf an dem Kästchen direkt an der Leinwand betätigen, und dann hat sie sich nur ca. 3 mm pro Klick bewegt - hat gedauert, aber ging, bis ganz nach unten. Über die Fernbedienung ging nichts, vielleicht Batterie leer, ich habe nicht geschaut, war mir dann nicht so wichtig. Leinwand hochfahren ging ganz normal. Der Check-in lief reibungslos. Heizung verstellen (andere Bewertung) kein Problem :) ... am Schluss wieder zurückgestellt natürlich.

Sehr schöne und gemütliche Unterkunft mit guter Ausstattung! Highlight der Schwedenofen, besonders bei der Kälte. Viele tolle Restaurants und der Brunnenmarkt in naher Umgebung. Gute Ausgangslage für Unternehmungen aller Art! Simon war immer erreichbar und hat sehr schnell auf Anfragen geantwortet. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Stayed at Alexander’s place from Dec 25-31. Had a great time there… place was spacious., spotless and comfortable. It was 4-5 mins walking distance to the underground stn U3 which was very convenient…. You can get to city centre in 20 mins. Vienna is not a very big city so although you are in the suburbs but don’t feel like it as you are downtown quickly. Grocery store was also very near may be 3-4 mins walking distance Highly recommend this place

Property is as described and had all the basics for our 5 day stay. The drive to/from the airport and Vienna city centre was easy to navigate. We had take out pizza one night and cooked at the house the others whilst enjoying Verena’s family wine. We came prepared with mosquito spray as lots came out at dusk!

Trotz sehr später Ankunft wurde ich herzlich empfangen. Ein sehr bequemes Bett und schönes Zimmer, komplett verdunkelbar, wer es benötigt. Wunderschöner Garten zum entspannen und sehr guter Kaffee ;) Michaela und Norbert waren sehr nett und immer für einen Plausch zu haben. Camillo ist noch sehr jung und entsprechend verspielt aber ein sehr freundlicher Hund, der wirklich nur spielen will. Bahnverbindung ist fussläufig ca 500m zu "Wiener Neudorf", allerdings ausserhalb der "Kernzone" D.h. aber nur, dass ein zusätzliches Ticket notwendig ist. Die Öffis fahren sehr eng getaktet, also ist die Verbindung perfekt. Geschäfte sind auch fussläufig erreichbar. Nach einem aufregenden Tag in Wien war für mich die Unterkunft eine tolle Erholung mit Ruhe, fernab vom Trubel der Stadt. Preis-Leistung war super, ich komme gerne wieder!

Seminarhaus Phönixberg is a place of power and inspiration. Ulrich is a great host with attention to detail and guests, friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to communicate with Ulrich. The kitchen has everything you need, an excellent coffee maker and copper utensils. The bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable and the view from the window is a million. My family wholeheartedly recommends this house.

This was my first time to use Airbnb and everything turned out perfectly. Three of us from Peoria, Illinois (US) booked Villa Marie in Pukersdorf for one week, April 7-14, 2018. I hiked up into Vienna Woods on Sunday 8 April and experienced the countryside coming alive due to the warn sunny weather. Most of the trees in the woods adjacent to Villa Marie had mostly leafed out by the end of our trip. The Villa is immaculate and provides excellent views of the woods from two outdoor decks. Situated on a street [N° 10 Karlgasse] that dead ends approximately 50 meters from the woods, it is super quite, especially inside with the windows closed. As first time visitors of Austria from the US, we were very pleasantly surprised by how friendly and helpful the Austrian people were. Walter Dickmann, the owner of Villa Marie, helped us prepare for our arrival by sending detailed driving instructions from the Vienna airport to Pukersdorf prior to our arrival in Austria. Moreover, Walter spent a hour or more on Sunday 8 April offering advice on what museums, etc. to visit in Vienna and where to find good vegan restaurants. He was also very helpful in arranging for taxies to Vienna so that we could maximize our limited time to sightsee in Vienna. In short, Walter is a wonderful host and truly loves interacting with guests to help insure their stay at Villa Marie is memorable. In this regard, he couldn't have done a better job. Danke sehr!!
