とても広く、ベッドルームの多さは圧巻でした。少し歩くとスーパーやパン屋さんもあり、食事を作るのにとても便利です。冬でしたが、いつも家が暖かくホッと出来ました。

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in einer ruhig gelegenenen und gemütlichen Unterkunft. Der Garten ist ein absolutes Highlight, traumhaft verwachsen und mit vielen Details dekoriert. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war angenehm und unkompliziert, sich sehr bemüht alles so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.

Super Unterkunft! Wir waren mit unseren Windhunden freundlich empfangen worden und haben uns super wohlgefühlt - sehr nett eingerichtet, schöne saubere Zimmer und Badezimmer. Alles da was man braucht. Schöne Terrasse, wo auch die Hunde draußen sein konnten - da eingezäunt. Alles rundherum sehr schön!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ wir hatte neinen wundervollen Aufenthalt in Barbaras Unterkunft! Von der ersten Minute an fühlten wir uns wie zu Hause. Die Wohnung ist nicht nur geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sondern auch super sauber und gut ausgestattet. Barbara war eine großartige Gastgeberin – immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und voller nützlicher Tipps für die Umgebung. Die Lage ist perfekt, um die Stadt zu erkunden, und die ruhige Nachbarschaft sorgt für entspannte Abende. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch! Vielen Dank, Barbara!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Klaus. Die Ausstattung und die Lage entsprechen der Beschreibung. Die Kommunikation mit Klaus war problemlos. Alles einwandfrei. Das Haus liegt im 14. Bezirk von Wien in einer ruhigen Gegend mit sehr guten Verkehrsverbindungen. Ganz in der Nähe sind der Wiener Wald (100 Meter vom Haus, wichtig fürs Gassigehen, es gibt auch eine wunderbare Auslaufwiese speziell für Hunde) und eine Bushaltestelle, ebenfalls 100 Meter vom Haus entfernt, so dass man in nur 30 Minuten in Wien (U4 Karlsplatz) sein kann. Sehr zu empfehlen für Gäste, die tagsüber Wien besuchen und abends die Ruhe genießen wollen.

Great little detached house. Two floors. Steep steps. One is old-fashioned, another one - modern. Nice town where everyone knows each other and says hello))) An hour and a half from Vienna by train. The house is 5 minutes from the station. The nearest supermarket is one stop by train, 4 minutes away. I did not find walking routes around the area. You need a car or a bike. The owners of the house respond very quickly online, try to solve problems, such as unstable Internet (they will change the operator). You can hear cars passing by a little, but on the second floor the windows overlook the courtyard. It is very warm, I slept well. I recommend having breakfast at the bakery opposite, it is very family-like.

Don't be put off by the building's appearance, which looks a bit shabby. On the third floor (with elevator), you will find a beautiful and cosy apartment that is also functional: spare blankets and towels, a hairdryer, and a modest but functional kitchen with essential ingredients (oil, salt, pepper, garlic...). The location is very accessible by public transport, and on foot, there are many "non-touristy" places nearby, which makes it possible to stay there as a local. We really enjoyed our stay here, and thanks to this home base, we could function entirely normally. Communication with the hosts was fast - a slight language barrier was solved with the help of a translator.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, liegt nah am mehreren Bus- und Bahnstationen, trotzdem sehr ruhige Wohnung, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wäre auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet.

Sejour à 5 adultes pendant 5 nuits. Tout etait parfait, appartement calme, spacieux, dans lequel on se sentait comme chez nous. Les échanges avec Stefan et Christian étaient cordiaux et tres réactifs. Tres bien situé, à proximité des trams pour visiter dans lhypercentre. Petits supermarchés à proximite, boulangerie,.... En bref ne pas hésiter à réserver

Die Unterkunft, die Lage und Umgebung sind super! Sehr gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen aber auch gut gelegen um vieles fußläufig zu erreichen. Vom Flughafen zur Unterkunft sind es nur 35 Minuten und auch zum Hauptbahnhof ist’s nicht weit. Die Unterkunft selber ist auch super schön, hat das nötigste für ein paar Tage und wir fühlten uns einfach wohl. Was wir etwas problematisch fanden war die verlangte strikte Mülltrennung aber nur einen großen Mülleimer bereit zu stellen. Ansonsten haben wir uns pudelwohl gefühlt und würden die Unterkunft für unseren nächsten Aufenthalt auf jeden Fall wieder buchen!

A spacious apartment as for 3 people with a big terrace (however surrounded by high buildings so it's not a perfect place to relax there but it is just an extra thing). Located on the ground floor in a modern building just a few steps away from the underground station which takes you straight to the centre. Bathroom and toilet were separate but clean and modern. All the necessary kitchen equipment was provided. The only things we were missing were dishwasher capsules and laundry capsules/powder and the host didn't provide them on request.

Beautiful apartment. Very close to tram and train links. Extremely easy to get around. Hosts were very responsive and communication was great. Would recommend this apartment for any future travellers to Vienna.

We had a great stay in Vienna at Robert’s place! Everything we needed - and lovely touch of leaving us chocolates 😊 an amazing location - close to super cool neighbourhoods and so well connected on the tram. Would love to return!

The best host I even encountered on Airbnb so far. Alexander was super friendly, nice. The apartment is very nice as in the description. Also had drinks and very nice Austrian wine waiting for me. I was traveling with my dog and even for him, there were 2 nice bawls with water and food to greet him :)

The space was great for what we needed. For the price and location, it was good value to have as much space as the apartment offers! There are a number of things that are starting to break in the place, but not of big consequence (shower taps, shelves, etc...). really appreciated the great communication and allowing us to check in early.

We had an amazing stay here with a group of four (2 adults, 2 children under 10). The apartment itself was lovely. It's the host's home, so it felt like a real home, not a soulless hotel room. There were beautiful plants, personal touches (like Christmas decorations, movie posters), and a well-equipped kitchen. The location was amazing - easy to get to from the airport and a short trip on Vienna's world class transit to anywhere you want to go. The Westbahnhof was a quick walk (5-10 minutes), which meant easy access to multiple U-Bahn routes. Even more convenient was the Bim (tram or streetcar) 2 minutes around the corner on Urban-Loritz Platz. From here we could catch a short ride to anywhere, including central Vienna & Schloss Schönbrunn. There are multiple grocery stores nearby. There was an elevator up to the unit, so easy access for anyone with mobility challenges. Andi was easy to contact, quick to answer, and gave us good advice. Would 100% stay here again if available!

The apartment was great; modern, stunning views (above the roofs of Vienna) and centrally located right outside the first district. Wilfried was super friendly and very responsive—when the apartment got a little cold we could call him and he instantly increased the temperature. It is definitely worth to rent again next time we’re back.

If the apartment is free for your chosen dates, then just book it, don't think about it. The first thing you see will be the 150 year old glass entrance door to the whole building and, inside, elegant historic balconies and black and white tiled floors. A beautiful apartment that is very spacious and free of clutter and very homely and cosy. Well presented and well maintained. Nice lighting options and a pleasant layout of the living room. So much space! We spent 5 nights here but I would be happy to spend 5 weeks here or even 5 months. The apartment faces an internal courtyard which looked like it would be very pleasant to sit in on summer evenings. The other people who live in the building all looked like really nice people too. Very quiet at night. There's a Lidl store with a bakery just minutes walk away and Gasthaus Alex is definitely worth visiting for the local atmosphere. Like Schwarzenegger said, "I'll be back!".

Wolfgang’s place is very comfy and beautiful with a very cute balcony, the place is also so clean. there is many cafes nearby. communication with Wolfgang was very easy and helpful.

Wow! Outstanding experience! Top location in a nice neighborhood with beautiful cafés. Transit just around the corner. The attic apartment itself is really stunning and lovingly furnished! It gives a great spacious feeling. The balcony is a much appreciated bonus, especially in this hot late summer time. I already visited a lot of different places and this one belongs to the best! Superb communication with Lisa, she is such a terrific host! She knows what hospitality means and she delivers the perfect authentic Airbnb experience, which is rare nowadays! Would come again anytime:) Wholeheartedly recommended.

Am avut o experiență plăcută la această locație! Poziționarea este ideală, fiind aproape de principalele atracții turistice, restaurante și mijloace de transport. Apartamentul este confortabil și dotat cu toate facilitățile necesare, de la o bucătărie complet echipată până la un pat perfect pentru un somn odihnitor. Curățenia a fost excelentă, fiecare colț al spațiului fiind îngrijit cu mare atenție. Gazda a fost prietenoasă.
