We were in the area to attend a UND hockey game in nearby Grand Forks, ND with our four adult kids, 3 son-in-law's, and 4 grandchildren. We honestly couldn't have asked for a more beautiful home. I think we spent the first 15 minutes of being there just walking around and looking at all the home had to offer. We really don't have one even constructive suggestion because the home was clean, well appointed, and comfortable as well as being beautiful! We loved the sweet little extra's like the candy on the beds and the sample of local chocolates for us to enjoy. The next time we are in the area we would certainly stay again, and in the meantime, we highly recommend it to anyone! One of our favorite Air BnB's so far!

Clean and comfortable place in Grand Forks residential neighborhood. Plan on driving to shops, coffee, restaurants.

House was so lovely, we all felt right at home. Ty is a wonderful host and always responsive. Basement was our favorite hang out spot and we had lots of laughs and fun playing the games they have in the basement. Overall, was a perfect stay for my family. If we ever find ourselves back in Grand Forks, we will be booking this house again!

If you plan to attend anything at the Ralph, this is the place to stay! Great location and easy walk to the Ralph. House was much more spacious than it looked in the photos. Plenty of room for a lot of people to stay and living spaces to use. Clean house with all the things you could need. Quiet location and private entrances. Kim was a great host and communicated quickly and clearly.

Krystal was an amazing host and she was so responsive and kind in her messages. I always felt I could ask a question if needed. The house had everything you needed and more( the snacks were a nice especially for my daughter). It definitely felt like home. Overall, a very nice stay and would definitely return if back in the area.

Emily’s place was perfect our girls weekend! She was a great host who communicated fantastically and even left us a special treat to enjoy during our girls weekend. We will definitely be using her place again, if we stay in grand forks!

Our family had a great stay at Megan's place. 2 bedrooms and a roomy living room that can be used as a 3rd bed if needed. Nice dining area and kitchen well stocked with kitchen equipments. Megan and her family are very friendly and fast to respond. Will definitely come back when we have companies visiting next time!

We traveled to Grand Forks to attend a campus visit at UND. We loved staying at this Airbnb. Stephanie provided very clear instructions both for check in and check out which made our stay much easier. The unit looks recently renovated and updated. It’s tastefully decorated, with comfortable beds, a nice kitchen with modern appliances, and great heating and plenty of hot water (a blessing since outside temperatures were below zero). It was also impeccably clean and in perfect condition. The apartment is located in a quiet and safe residential street across a small park. Nothing to see or do within walking distance, but we didn’t mind since we had a car. Supermarket (Hugo’s) and restaurants are 5 minutes away. The UND campus is no more than 10 minutes away. Very easy to go anywhere from the apartment. We were no more than 15 minutes from most places we went to during our visit. Overall, we loved this apartment and will consider it for future visits. Much better choice than a hotel.
