This home is beautiful and exactly as described. My girls and I loved it for a quick weekend getaway. The hot tub was a hit with my teenage daughters and having their own area upstairs away from the main room so they could stay up all night and not keep me up. lol. I would definitely put this on a list of return properties to visit.

My wife, pup, and I had a wonderful week at this beautiful victorian home. A throw back to years gone by, with all the modern conveniences we needed, including updated appliances. We had great night sleeps as the beds were very comfortable. Whitney was extremely responsive every time I reached out to her. Highly recommend. Thank you for the accommodations, Dan, Deb, & Penny!

Beautiful cabin in the woods! We frequent the blue ridge area , but this is the first time we have stayed in Copperhill. Twisted tomato pizza was good and there are a couple of breweries downtown. Justin’s place was spacious and we enjoyed our trip. Would stay here again if i return to the copperhill/mccaysville area.

Kathi was an amazing host! Upon arriving and checking in she gave us fresh eggs! The place was very comfortable and had everything you could need for your trip. The perfect home away from home. The amenities were amazing we used the kayaks and pickleball and the hot tub. We cannot wait to come back and stay here again! Thank you so much!

If you’re looking to unwind, relax and truly spend time with your family this is it. Each moment was magical from the stunning videos, the sights and sounds of the Ocoee River, star gazing at night , cooking breakfasts together and fishing out back. I can’t tell you all how much you need to book this house. It was perfect for our family of 3 and our son’s service dog. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed to cook , caffeinate and feel at home. Micheal and Beth were so sweet and kind. This trip was an important one for our kiddo who is sick and battling a rare disease. We are so absolutely grateful and thrilled for our time on the river. We will be back!

It is a quiet place, and away from the craziness of the day to day. We stayed here so we could go white water kayaking in the Ocoee and even got to visit the Hiwassee. It was a nice trip, and the environment at this place was perfect. I loved the kitchen and all the provided stuff that you could use. We arrived and noticed the deck immediately which is why we wanted to stay here, out of the other listed places. My son was out fishing from the deck every single morning, and would do some night fishing too. We caught a catfish, some bass, and some bluegill right off the deck! Inside the house was a binder that had some details about the place. There was a section in the back that allowed you to share via pen or pencil, about your stay. I was so excited to journal some, but there wasn’t any extra papers. I loved reading about other peoples fun experiences.

Beautiful home in a very peaceful setting, close to Copperhill and surrounding towns. Colline is the perfect host and I enjoyed meeting her and talking with her. She is helpful with suggestions on the area and just as pleasant as they come. I would stay at her rental again.

I had a wonderful stay with Kevin and Kendie. They were very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. I had a great stay and would 100% recommend Simply Sunny and hope to be able to visit again soon!

I needed a place to stay for 3 months after my home in another city sold until my new place in Cleveland was finished. Rhonda’s place worked out perfectly. I was able to continue working from home. Internet worked perfectly. It was neat and clean and furnished so well. Rhonda and her husband were great and answered my questions promptly. So friendly. I would recommend to anyone.

We could not have had a better experience with Karen and Greg. All of the reviews raved about their hospitality, and there was not one moment, I did not feel at home. Coco, their dog, is an absolute sweetheart The beauty of the property can only really be understood once you are there. This is a great place for a couple to get away. We can’t wait to go back!

Right off 411 a super great place to stay when traveling through or in our case visiting family. Close to the highway but you do t hear or see anything and feel completely isolated in a beautiful oasis. Super easy stay for my family thank you Renee

We came for a travel ball tournament and was there pretty much to sleep and head back to the ball field. But we could definitely come back to just relax for a few days. Great place to stay!!

This place was the calm and relaxing we needed! It was gorgeous, cozy and comfortable! There was tons to do locally and lots of outdoor activities. The best part was the hot tub after a day of hiking! 10/10 Will be back on our next trip. Host Scott was responsive and attentive.

We are return guests and love it each time. Place is clean and quiet, internet is fast, and we felt right at home. Neighborhood is peaceful and a short drive from the interstate. Will definitely be coming back!

What a great location and a beautiful place to stay! Walkable to everything! The only thing I would say is that it needed more pillows for the bed and some extra shampoo and conditioner. Other then that it was fantastic, I would stay again!

Easy to get in when we arrived late. Treats for guests is a great added touch! When we left a very important item behind, Phyllis called us with enough time before we left town to go back and get our property. Great property and very cozy effects for a nice staycation. Will definitely stay again!

By far one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in, and we travel often. Very cozy, comfy, and luxurious. The host goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything needed for an enjoyable stay. I love that there are nice fluffy blankets to use while lounging around. The bed is to die for, and the shower is heaven. We enjoyed being able to bring our fur baby with us and it was so nice to be in walking distance of everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend staying here! We will be back!

Loved loved loved this condo! We will be booking again and coming back with family. The bedrooms were spacious and both large with large bathrooms. Extremely spacious for two couples and maybe a kid or two :) the place was extremely clean. Only suggestion I have is to extend check out to 11 so you can get a reservation at the black sheep down the road on your way out of town! They did extend this for us and we were grateful!

We were going to a wedding nearby and this place was the perfect home away from home! Morgan is so nice and hospitable. We would definitely stay here again.

Staying here was the perfect spot for a Blue Ridge get away. Close to all restaurants and shops breweries and wine tours. Easy to get to the trails for hiking. Easy to find and the apartment was the cleanest Air bnb I have ever stayed in. Location was perfect and the recommendations were spot on. Communication was great as well. 10/10

Brooke was an amazing host! We stayed there for a month while doing clinical rotations for PA school and it was a great set up for a long term stay. The kitchen had everything we needed to live there temporarily, the beds were comfortable, and it was an easy commute to Bradley Medical Center. The airbnb was a bit loud as it is off of a main road so it was hard to sleep the first few nights due to the sound of cars, but overall very happy with our stay! Brooke was so responsive and easy to communicate with! The washing machine had a problem while we were there and Brooke had someone come replace it so quickly! Overall great experience in Cleveland!
