Beautiful getaway property! We stayed 3 nights and wish we would have stayed longer to take advantage of all the areas on the property. Wonderful and comfortable home. The layout was a bit hard to discern from the listing: 3 bedrooms(one master suite with bathroom, and two bedrooms in a hall with a bathroom inside the main house, one queen bedroom with kitchen and bathroom in a separate little cottage and another separate bunk house with living room, bar(no fridge or sink) with bathroom.

Colby was great. He was responsive right away when we needed him. The home was very clean and the beds comfy. Our family really enjoyed ourselves. I would definitely stay there again. Five stars!!!

We stayed at this Airbnb for a friend’s wedding, and it was the perfect home base for the weekend. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were communicative and made check-in super easy, which was a huge plus after a long drive. The location was great—close enough to the wedding venue while still feeling private and relaxing. The beds were comfortable, and the common areas were perfect for gathering with friends before and after the events. It was nice having a kitchen to prep some quick meals, and the outdoor space was a nice bonus. Overall, a great experience! I’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the area. Would love to book again if we’re ever back!

Comfortable home in beautiful setting. Peaceful relaxed neighborhood. We took a 5 minute walk to common area and sat to watch sunset over the lake. Place was spotless and hosts were responsive and helpful. PLENTY of bathroom linens and kitchen had everything we needed. This place exceeded our expectations for our girls trip. Thank you for a beautiful time. We will be back.

Cozy Nest was a wonderful retreat for our girl's weekend. It was very clean and roomy with plenty of beds for our entire group. The large TV in the living room was great for movie watching with comfy sofas & recliners, and we also enjoyed some "porch sittin'" upstairs & downstairs. The location of this rental is away from the noisy highway, and we spotted deer throughout the neighborhood. Coldspring, the nearest town, is only 4 miles away & handy for any supplies needed. Our group was reluctant to leave this peaceful abode and return to our busy lives, and we definitely recommend Cozy Nest as an escape from the hustle & bustle of the city.

Many thanks to Philip and Hannah! Sometimes my message was replied in seconds. The location is unbeatable! We loved to spend time in the yard when the sun was coming down. Stunning view and nice surrounding. The house is homey and cozy. Everything we needed in the kitchen is there and we enjoy our meals. There are plenty of games for the kids, dragged them away from devices. Rented a boat and a jet ski nearby and had great time on the lake. I do recommend this house. Cold days just passed, so the sitting area outside wasn’t quite ready, but I’m sure it will be.

Book it! My family and I stayed for our last bit of Spring Break (4 adults, 3 kids and a baby) and we had a blast! I can’t think of a negative thing to say about our stay. Upon arriving to the property, it just felt peaceful. The atmosphere and the community together have a sense of calmness. Check in and check out was easy. Plenty of cookware to use for having homemade meals. The backyard area was beautiful and full of seating. We sat around the fire pit, barbecued, fished and utilized the boats. There were extra life jackets, fishing poles and grills on site to use as well. Our kids had so much fun! Watching them disconnect from the world a bit and just have fun being kids was the best part. We loved our time at Richard and Carols. Definitely had me wanting to sell our subdivision house for a place like this!

This lake house was beautiful and everything we hoped for in a getaway. The views of the lake were breathtaking!! Johnna was an excellent host and was there to accommodate our special needs. Ryan was an excellent guide on the water. We enjoyed this clean, relaxing and gorgeous lake house and will definitely consider staying here again!!

Our family had a delightful time here. Stephen is an amazing host and the place was very well equipped. Our kids had a blast playing in and by the lake, and his big yard was perfect for our dog to run around in and to play frisbee. The cabin was cozy and cute and is very close to the Lone Star Trail for hiking.

Our family had the most amazing holiday weekend at Sam’s beautiful little blue house! The house was absolutely stunning, blending a modern aesthetic with a charming lake house vibe that made it feel cozy yet luxurious. It was spacious enough to comfortably host four families, and we never felt crowded. The views were absolutely amazing! The house had everything we needed and more! From a fully stocked kitchen to thoughtful extras, it was clear a lot of care went into making this home welcoming. We especially loved the variety of activities—there were games for all ages and plenty of outdoor activities to keep everyone entertained. Whether we were lounging indoors or enjoying the outdoor amenities, there was always something fun to do. This was the perfect setting for our family to relax, connect, and create wonderful memories together. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a special place to enjoy time with loved ones. Thank you, Sam, for an unforgettable stay!

The home was as pictured. We loved the decks and the dock. Very spacious. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the home to other visitors. The only thing that may be a draw back are the couple of steps in the master bath leading up to the shower and the commode. There are grab bars but the floor is tiled and was a bit wet after a shower.

Extremely spacious and comfortable home, with plenty of room for a large group or family. Have been booking through Airbnb for the past few years and this has the best accommodations for my extended family. Not only is the house spacious, but has plenty of activities for the little ones, while the adults also stay occupied. Additionally, the house is far enough out, but close to town for eating or shopping. Will definitely be booking in the future when back in the area, to make those special moments with family and enjoy the lake getaway!!

We had a great Fourth of July trip to Amy’s home! Great home for big families. Our family loved the access to the lake and big yard!

The Livingston Lakehouse is a peaceful place to be. My husband and I spent the week enjoying the peace and quiet and the beautiful sunsets. We fished off the dock. We watched the turtles steal most of the bait on the line but did manage to catch some white bass and catfish. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. The WiFi was great. I had to work and the wifi handled my work remotely situation very nicely. We met all the neighbors around and they were delightful people and very knowledgeable about the lake. We would definitely book this place again if we were ever back in the area.

Amazing host. Very friendly and really helped out our family after hurricane beryl left our family without power for a week. We will definitely be back for an actual family vacation. ❤️

Easy to locate and not far from the lake and the stored. Very comfortable and everything you would need.

House was very nice, clean, spacious, and exceeded our expectations! Claudia was very attentive and responsive she made the process very easy from start to finish!

This beautiful lakehouse was perfect for our Spring girls weekend. The house was super cozy and clean with everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed sitting outside on any of the 3 porches, looking out at the lake and listening to the birds. We were able to disconnect from our busy lives and completely relax. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway, this is the place. We drove to Huntsville (25-30 minutes) and visited Kim's Gardens. We bought as many plants that would fit in my SUV. We stopped at Jerry's Cafe on the way back in Onalaska... in fact we ate there 3 days in a row. SO good.
