This place is exactly what a family with kids needs! Room to play outside and video games inside for older kids, fun toys for toddlers, and old school Nintendo for the 80's kids! Kimo and Lauren were communicative and accommodating, and the thoughtful touches were appreciated. 10/10 would recommend!

Jason has become our favorite host on Kona!! His units have keep us comfortable while working away from home. They are convenient, clean and affordable. When we reach out to him, he always responds so quickly! Working away from home for long periods of time can be challenging. Staying in this beautiful home was definitely a highlight of our vacation on the Big Island. Beautiful views, spacious interior, best equipped kitchen of any Airbnb we’ve been to, my own private luxurious bath tub, and a really well put-together guest manual about activities/restaurants/everything else in Waimea - this is the perfect Airbnb and well worth the price!

We arrived at Rhonda’s on Christmas Eve and she was there to greet us and show us around the space - she had a little tree with lights set up and a lovely wreathe on the door. There was also delicious banana bread and her homegrown lilikoi waiting for us inside. The space is so comfortable and well decorated- we felt immediately at home. Very convenient to walk to a few restaurants as well. Even though the house isn’t on a main street at all, if you keep the windows open (and why wouldn’t you!) you may experience a good bit of noise in the early morning (roosters, garbage truck, general people sounds). We had a lovely time enjoying breakfast on the porch and would happily stay at the Gratitude BnB again!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was quiet, exceptionally clean, and had a hotel-quality bed and linens. The bathroom was spotless, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and private. Jacqueline was a fantastic host—kind, welcoming, and always with a beautiful smile. The perfect place for a restful and comfortable stay!

Cathia's place is beautiful. Nestled in the rain forest, with birds chirping, fruit trees and green all around. The unit is the top section. Cathia lives below. You feel like you are in a tree house. The refrigerator is stocked. We found coffee, fresh eggs, bacon, bread, pb and jelly. The Washer & Dryer is outside on the patio. Cathia had a large party before us and had to use the machines for a bit, but we didn't really notice. I'd go back!

Our stay was wonderful. The views were incredible and we felt right at home. They had all the extra you might need visiting Maui and if we could have we would have stayed another week. Highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely beach cottage in Haapiti, Moorea. The cottage was cozy and provided everything we needed. We enjoyed the included breakfast each morning. The owner and staff were friendly and responsive. There are kayaks for use on the premises. We kayaked every morning; a great way to start the day. The sunsets here were beautiful. There is a small grocery right across the street for any basic necessities, and beer or wine. And a very good Family Pizza within walking distance. All in all, a great place to stay on Moorea.

Great last moment accommodations. Great views, looking to come back to this place again!

Absolutely loved staying at Bailey’s place in Puako. It was so tranquil and gorgeous with the sound of the ocean at night and the amazing birds in the morning. The unit was very comfortable with a well stocked kitchen. We were 3 people - our teenage son slept on the pull out couch in the living room - you do have to walk through the bedroom to access the bathroom. This was fine for us. I loved the screen porch!! Bailey left so much info that helped us and was responsive to any request. We would happily come back here again.

We had a wonderful stay and are so thankful for the hospitality shown to us! The B&B is in the middle of forest trees, very tranquil, and we loved the sounds of all the birds and frogs and even the rooster and cow out back! Very comfortable beds, spacious room with extra amenities that weren’t listed like a microwave and mini fridge, and our suite had a lovely private lanai as well. The included breakfast was absolutely delicious and our hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Would absolutely recommend!

Lovely home! I was expecting just a room in a house like the description but the space has its own entryway, bathroom, and dining area so it feels like a separate studio apartment. It was beautiful and clean. Would recommend to those wanting to stay close to Volcano National Park!

Cody's place is a very lovely, quiet spot just outside of Hilo. It feels calm and private, but is a short drive from everything you want in town - really perfect! Coffee and a light breakfast is included, and we found it helpful to get fresh fruit from the farmer's market downtown to add to the yogurt. Would absolutely stay again!

A healthy breakfast was prepared daily for us. This included freshly baked goods, fruits and yogurt, coffee and juice.

Oh my goodness! Staying with Cc was such a treat! I don’t usually stay in shared Airbnb’s but I did stay with CC based on her amazing reviews and the promise of included breakfast. She is the ultimate host in every way and we felt so welcome and well fed! Her and Ken gave us great suggestions for the island. And I will honestly be back just to visit CC! We miss you already! We booked two rooms at this AirBNB and it was perfect. It gave us an opportunity to see this area of the island and was right at the beginning of Road to Hana which is what this part of the trip revolved around. The rooms were cozy, the included breakfast was a bonus, and the location can’t be beat. A few minutes from Paia and easy access to Road to Hana made this so great. Communication was great, too!

I have been profoundly moved by Akiko, her land and home, and her community in beautiful Wailea. Akiko herself is precious beyond measure, a true treasure that I’m grateful to have met in this lifetime. Come ready to receive remarkable warmth, joy, connection, loving presence, solitude, peace, and deep inspiration. Not only from Akiko, but from all of the wonderful locals and guests who come through. The Banana Cottage itself is lovely, surrounded by trees, a stunning refuge from which to work and sleep, and take peaceful walks down Old Mamalahoa Highway, through the rainforest and to the sea. And the land is so alive, has been so lovingly tended to — coqui frogs, birds, geckos, kitties, chickens all around, the orchard, the sun, the rain, and, and, and. I leave with a heart brimming full of wonder, hope, and light. If I would be so lucky to return to the Big Island one day, without question, Akiko’s place is where I will go, not just as a place to stay, but as my reason to return.

We stayed in the Honeymoon Suite on the top floor and it was lovely! The wraparound lanai provided us with views of the distant ocean and the red, glowing steam from the erupting volcano. The room is huge and very comfortable!

Loved our stay here! It was the perfect with amazing breakfast. We loved how well it’s maintained and meticulously cleaned. The breakfast is also very organised. I’m definitely returning on my next visit.
