The overall experience was good. Michelle had very good communication throughout the process. Check-in was very easy when we arrived. Th unit (2 bedroom) was clean and fairly well equipped. We cooked in several dinners and I had to improvise some but the unit had all the basics I needed. The bedrooms were spacious and once weekly housekeeping service was included to change the sheets, towels, etc so that was very nice and helpful. This Westin location is very easy for families and the pools and beaches were great. There is easy snorkeling right in front of the Westin and even though it was a holiday week during New Year's it didn't feel too crowded. Parking is free and the location is very close to Lahaina town for shopping and restaurants and also Whalers Village shopping. The Westin has a shuttle that runs to both these locations and their other properties so that was also helpful. Overall, I do recommend this location and Michelle's property for a stay in Maui. Only one thing to note about the set up of the 2 bedroom is that there is a little entry and then the unit has a large studio bedroom + sofa + small kitchen + bathroom on one side with its own door/entrance and then the other side has the one bedroom + living area+ larger kitchen + larger bath. This worked great for us as we had 2 teenagers and put them in the studio but if you have young children you might not want them completely separate from you (although I guess you could prop the doors open to each unit).

Kristin was extremely helpful and responsive. The location of her place is incredible! Right near the beach, on the beautiful Beachwalk and close to great food and shopping. The açaí bowls at tropical tribe down by the water are easily the best tasting and value in town! We were very pleased with our stay.

Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Centrally located to many walkable parts of Kailua Kona. Amenities are plentiful and easily accessible. We were very happy with our stay.

The Mystic Sands is the best accommodations in Vava’u. Kjell and the team work very hard to create a lovely experience. There location is about a 15 minute drive into town, thus stock up on groceries prior to arriving. A driver is available to take you to town for a fair fee.

Perfect place: swimming pool, spa, clean beach and great restaurants around. The room has balcony with amazing view!

Rudy’s week at the Marriot Ko Olina was perfect. His communication was great and everything went smoothly on check in. The rooms are very well appointed and even though it was a Mountain View we ended up with an ocean view from the balcony. The resort is beautiful and we had no issues at all! Great stay and highly recommend. I only wish Hawaii was closer to the East Coast!

Wow! Wow! Wow! Scott’s instructions were very detailed and explained everything. The front desk was exceptionally helpful and the staff was wonderful. They put us in a room was on the top floor, right on the water. We fell asleep to the sounds of the waves every night. The place had absolutely everything we needed. My kids loved the putt putt course, ping pong table, bowling and foosball there. I appreciated the free laundry and EV charger. The on-site restaurant is still take-out only, but there are many dining options nearby, including a pretty good food truck park. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our stay here!

We’ve stayed at the Westin Kaanapali twice now and it’s been great every time.

We had a wonderful time in beautiful Kauai. The place was located in a great place and had great atmosphere. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The one thing that we really appreciated was we check d out at 11:00 but We had a late flight. So they let us come back at 6 to shower and change after our last day in Kauai. Very helpful and so appreciative. Thank you.

We stayed here for a week and really enjoyed it. The place was spacious, clean and we had a really beautiful view of the ocean. We felt like we were taking a bit of a risk since there wasn't a ton of ratings yet but the place was one of our favourites while staying on the Big Island. The staff here were super friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us, we went to the close by beaches and then spent time exploring further away places. The kitchen had everything you need and was spotless. I would say they could get a new blender that worked a bit better but that is really all. The place felt very clean overall. The insuite laundry was a huge perk as well. Overall I would say this was a 9/10 for expectation vs reality. The pools looked great but we spent most of our time at the beaches. We will be back here for sure.

Great stay, very comfortable for a family or group of friends!

General timeshare booking so hosts are not involved much, you deal with the resort basically after time of booking. The price was good, resort itself could use some updates in rooms and upkeep around the property in places but overall I would stay again. Location was great quiet but close to main Kona town.

We had a lovely stay here and if we will come back to Kauai, we will definitely stay there again!

Beautiful spacious apartment. Beautiful views ! 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms, however 2 of the showers were awful ( no power) so we all ended up using 1 bathroom that had best shower. Location is great if you want to be on north shore. It’s really far from everything else. Expect to drive 45min -90min to get to other side of island and factor in time for lane closures as well. Lots of rain at night only but expected on N shore. Hanalei is beautiful with quaint shops and a variety of eating places Great beaches ( Hanalei pier & Annini) within 3-5miles Wouldn’t mind staying here again and would definitely recommend to friends. Lastly we were charged $25 /day if we requested AC

This is a great value place to stay in Princeville. The pool and bbq area was great. The condo has everything you need and was very clean
