A beautiful hut with a fantastic log fired hot tub in the stunning Cornish countryside. A 30/40 minute walk to Polzeath Beach. Amanda and Mark were perfect hosts and very flexible to our arrival day and time and wished us well when we left after a two night stay. We would love to come again.

The Annex was the perfect place for a restful weekend exploring Port Quin and the surrounding area. It is really well equipped and in a beautiful location. It was a very comfortable space and had lovely decorative touches. Sam and Doon were really warm and helpful hosts. We highly recommend you book into their brilliant sauna - the best private view you could have for a sauna experience!

We had a great time with extended family celebrating my daughter’s birthday. The living room is set up perfectly for a large family and the kitchen is well equipped. The broadband is FAST which for the younger members of the family, was well received. The walk down in to town is very short and for fit people, quite quick (back up the hill). We loved the smell of the air fresheners; the whole place had a really sophisticated feel/smell. We will definitely be coming back the next time we are back in Polzeath.

This was the perfect place to unwind and relax. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The cottage was beautifully decorated and looked exactly as pictured. Kate was highly responsive and provided excellent recommendations for the local area. Many of the top attractions we wanted to visit were just a short drive away. The log burner, sauna, and hot tub were wonderful luxuries that we thoroughly enjoyed, with plenty of logs provided. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils for cooking. Kate’s attention to detail is truly impressive, which left me feeling inspired. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely be back soon! The dogs had an amazing time as well. Thank you for a wonderful week! ☺️

Rachael was a great host and her Garden Room was just perfect for what we wanted. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great, the room was clean and it had coffee and tea making facilities. Heating was very efficient too. There is no kitchen, but that was not important to us at all: it is just 20 minutes to walk down to the Mariners on the waterfront, and there are other places to eat as well. Rachael was super-responsive and very welcoming when we arrived. All in all it was just what we needed and ideally located to get to our New Year party in the village.

What an amazing location! Can walk out of your front door onto the beach!! Great spacious apartment with lovely hosts - would thoroughly recommend.

The house was lovely, everything we needed! The views are wonderful from the house and the hot tub is a nice added extra. The added extras of bread, milk etc were very thoughtful. We will definitely be back!

The accommodation was ideal for us and the location was great, you even get a view of the sea. We'd happily book again!

Our stay at The Perch was perfect. Tucked away off the beaten track yet fantastic views of Baby Bay. The beach was a short 100 metre walk down the coast path and All restaurants and cafes were within walking distance. Top location for surfing, walking and generally chilling out.
