The house was perfect. Exactly what was pictured online. It was in a great location and very clean. My family and I enjoyed our stay and would come back in a heartbeat.

From the moment we booked our stay at blue Haven Cheryl‘s communication with us was prompt and friendly. This was a last-minute booking so we were very relieved. We could find something in the Pasadena area. Cheryl‘s place is incredibly clean and very quiet. We enjoyed our stay very much

Can’t recommend this stay highly enough. Oliver was a great host: kind, responsive, and thoughtful. The location is within walking distance to restaurants and is on a quiet neighborhood block. Also near to a big park with tennis courts and basketball courts. Beds were very comfy and kitchen had simple but adequate cooking supplies. The backyard is private and a great place to relax, grill out and relax. Private parking too. It’s a perfect place to stay!

Communication with Hugo was the seller for me. Hugo communicated quickly and was also flexible with our check-in and stay. Definitely recommend

Craig was very responsive and helpful. The place was exactly as pictured and for being in a very LA type location it was still relatively quiet throughout the day and night. We were a group of girls traveling and we really appreciated the makeup towels provided in the bathroom. Lots of cleaning supplies and was exactly as pictured.

This place was absolutely amazing! The backyard is beautiful, I love the orange and lemon trees! The place is very spacious and open. As far as host, Ana is a great, responsive host. She was fantastic to work with and very communicative. Would definitely come back

Princess and Alice were amazing hosts! Their home felt like home. Truly thought of everything for their guests. They even had drinks and coffee available to us as soon as we arrived. They were very accommodating, friendly and answered promptly with any questions we had. If you ever get the opportunity to stay here, you will not regret it. I stayed at Adrien’s place for 2 weeks for a work trip and it was perfect for my stay. Super homely and cosy, with a well equipped full kitchen, a super comfortable bed and large bathroom. The outside deck was a lovely extension of the space when it was warm enough to be outside too! Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in this area.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Pasadena! The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a comfortable living area and a fully functional kitchen. The two-bedroom setup was perfect, providing plenty of space and privacy. The location was ideal—centrally located, making it easy to explore Pasadena and beyond. We loved our stay at Ginger’s. It was the perfect location in Pasadena where we could walk to downtown, as well as a very short drive to Griffith Park/LA Zoo area. The space was perfect for our 3 person family and Ginger even set up a separate bed (with a cute Ariel blanket) for our 3 year old so we could sleep separately. My daughter kept talking about her “Ariel bed” on our trip. Ginger was very communicative and helpful throughout, as well as respected our privacy during our stay. We hope to come again soon!

I loved the apartment. It was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The hosts were kind, proactive and provided everything you can think of. The beautiful hills of the neighborhood put you in vacay relaxation mode. I thoroughly enjoyed my time in this place. Highly recommend!

This apartment is lovely. The surrounding trees and gardens made it feel like a private oasis. The apartment was cozy and had everything we needed. I will definitely stay here again.

This is the nicest Airbnb I have every stayed in! Clean, spacious, well-designed and well-furnished, with lovely touches, like the front porch, two desks, lots of light. Just lovely. It was perfect for my husband, our adult daughter and me for three nights over the Thanksgiving holiday. Warren was extremely responsive to all my queries. He kindly provided an extra parking space and blow-up mattress for our son, who preferred to stay with us on Thanksgiving, rather than drive an hour back to his house on the west side of LA. There's not much in the immediate neighborhood, but it is pretty and the house is a short walk to a Von's supermarket and Rosebud, a good coffee shop, both on Colorado Blvd. And it was a short (10 mins) drive to Old Town Pasadena. I recommend Warren's place highly and would stay there again.

We had a great time and enjoyed the space. Great area that felt very safe. Lots of good food options near and close to Disney. Would recommend 👌

This apartment was immaculate. Everything looked exactly like the pictures, and the covered off-street parking made getting in and out a breeze. We felt safe and secluded the entire time we were at the apartment. The location is close to Pasadena and Santa Anita, but is a bit of a haul from many of the tourist destinations in West LA. That said, the easy access to I-10 makes getting around easy, and if you are looking to stay in Northeast LA you could not ask for a better location. Cheng-Yin is a real pro. She was exceptionally communicative and made a better host than many 5-star hotel concierges. The house rules were provided well in advance in easy-to-read instructions. She had produced a booklet that included a tutorial for everything in the apartment, an overview of the complex and recommendations for local restaurants. The Ramen restaurant she recommended changed my life. She even left travel-size toothbrush and toothpaste in the bathrooms in case you forgot yours.

This is absolutely a gorgeous and spacious unit that is centrally located in Monterey Park. The place has everything for a relaxing vacation and as well as a work-from-home setup. I loved being able to get coffee from the bakery a few steps away each morning. The large furnished balcony (with grass, btw) is the perfect place to enjoy coffee and is by itself worth the stay! Flo has always been super responsive and genuinely helpful — she truly goes above-and-beyond. I’ve had the pleasure of staying at Flo’s airbnb twice now, and will definitely be coming back the next time I’m in the area.

Very spacious, an excellent central position, a very quiet street, and a very responsive and helpful host. What more can you ask for? Our family had a wonderful stay and we’d definitely stay again.
