We loved our stay! The villa came well-equipped, everything we needed to cook was available and we truly enjoyed having a private pool. The house was clean and spacious, the outdoors mostly well taken care of and the instructions for our stay were clear. The only thing to take into consideration is that the price to pay for privacy is the distance from pharmacies, supermarkets and restaurants, it's quite far as the villa sits on a steep hill and the roads are narrow with no place for walking. However, the closest town Polis and the seaside are to die for! We loved every single restaurant and the supermarket was well-equipped for cooking ourselves. I would definitely recommend this for families and groups of friends!

The house is spacious with a convenient kitchen. All necessary appliances were available, though the kettle didn't work, so we boiled water in a pot. Everything was clean and in good condition, matching the description. Outside, there's a large pool with plenty of loungers, chairs, balls, inflatable rings, and other items. A nice, spacious outdoor table and a grill area for barbecues are also available. The second floor has three rooms and two bathrooms/showers. The water pressure is weak, especially in the fixed showerhead bathroom, but manageable. Each room and the first floor have air conditioning and fans that worked perfectly. All linens and towels were clean and neat. Wi-Fi is excellent on the first floor but barely reaches the second floor, so consider using mobile internet upstairs. Parking in the yard is narrow, but there's plenty of space in front of the house. The quiet neighborhood makes a car essential for trips to the store and entertainment. We were very satisfied

The villa was exactly as seen and everything was great. Had no issue with any of the facilities at the Villa.

This villa was lovely,even more so than the photos spacious ,clean just lovely,the pool was a lovely size ! We had a fabulous time ! Pradeep was the perfect host ,always answered any questions,very helpful,we also had a late flight so all the shops were closed but Pradeep had left us some milk,bread etc just a lovely touch ! The area itself is beautiful very peaceful,private ! Lovely villa Lovely host !!!

We had a brilliant, relaxing week at Keith's villa. It really was home from home. Communication from Keith was excellent and local rep Debbie was so helpful. We can't fault our stay and hope to return next year.

A beautiful villa on a mountain, with a few neighbours. Very spacious and clean. The view is breathtaking. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Air conditioning, when needed was very adequate. I’d say you do need a car to get to the shops, bars & restaurants. It’s a beautiful area not far (in a car) from Coral beach with the great selection of restaurants and little beach shops. There’s even goats behind the villa living on the mountain side. Incredible!! A perfect place to relax and unwind. Definitely recommend

We had the best time at Jens AirBnB. It was easy to find, clean, spacious and exactly as described. Communication was always quick and easy. We definitely would come back and can't recommand this place enough. Thank you so much for everything Jens!!!

The place exceeded my expectations—it’s even better than the photos and feels like a palace. It was exceptionally clean, very private, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The only thing missing was hand soap, which wasn’t provided. Solamar is a little slow to respond, but they are very nice and helpful.

Wir haben bereits die Villa das zweite Mal gebucht. Das erste Mal anfangs Mai und jetzt Mitte Oktober. Beide Aufenthalte haben uns sehr gefallen jedoch ist der Pool und das Meer sowie auch das Wetter im Herbst ein bisschen wärmer. Die Villa ist sehr sehr schön gelegen, wenn man Ruhe sucht und geeignet für viele Gäste. Wir waren neun. Wir kamen wieder wahrscheinlich nächstes Jahr im Herbst somit eine klare Empfehlung.

The villa is about 10 minutes from the seafront, up in the hilly Peyia area, which means you get stunning views of Paphos, the sea and the hills around you in a quiet and picturesque setting. The villa is perfectly managed, clean and well equipped with everything you need. You'll probably want to rent a car from there as it works out much cheaper than taxis and most things won't be in walking distance from the villa. Communication with Tracy was fast and she was attentive to all our needs. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Wunderschöne Villa mit einer hervorragenden Außenanlage und Pool. Die Sonnenuntergänge waren der Wahsinn. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt. Florin war immer zu erreichen und antwortete sehr schnell, wir waren sehr fix in der Villa und auch der Check-Out war ohne Probleme. Die Ausstattung der Villa war echt super, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage der Villa ist in einer ruhigen Gegend. Mietwagen ein absolutes MUSS. Einziger Punktabzug war die Sauberkeit. Leider hatten wir bereits am ersten Tag mit Ameisen in fast allen Zimmern zu kämpfen und es war teilweise ein wenig dreckig. Der Kühlschrank sollte definitiv erneuert werden. In der Villa waren aber Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel vor Ort. Die haben gegen die Ameisen geholfen, aber nicht komplett. An einem Abend hatten wir Pizza bestellt und auf die Küchenzeile gestellt. Zwei Stunden später mussten wir sie leider wegwerfen aufgrund der Ameisen. Alles in Allem aber eine unfassbar schöner Aufenthalt. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen!

הוילה עלתה על כל הציפיות! אנחנו משפחה של שש נפשות, הורים ומתבגרים. הוילה יפהפיה ומאובזרת בכל מה שצריך (כולל מפות לשולחן ונרות ליופי, כוסות ליין, כלים לשמונה איש, כלי מנגל, וכל מה שצריך כדי לתפעל מטבח נעים). הנוף מדהים, בריכה לא קטנה פונה לנוף נהדר של הים, ספות שיזוף ופינת אוכל בפנים ובחוץ. החדרים פונים כולם לים ויש ארבעה חדרי שירותים- הכל נקי ונעים. המארח זמין לכל שאלה והמלצה, ההליכה לים קצרה (שלוש דקות הליכה) - הוילה נראית בדיוק כמו בתמונות. בהחלט נחזור שוב!!

We were 7 couples and we really enjoyed our stay at the villa. The location is great - close to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. The villa has a lot of space. George was very responsive and kind. On the last day our flight was at the evening and George allowed us to checkout really late.

Great stay in a peaceful Villa in a pleasant location. Local restaurants and a small supermarket within a 5 minute walk. Paphos centre a 15 minute drive and Coral Bay a 10 minute drive. The Villa is spacious and has all the amenities for self catering. Large deep pool and which gets the sun all day. Alexia responded to our enquiries promptly. We will happily return again in the future.

We had an amazing experience during our stay at Villa Boyd. As a family, with young children, we found the space to be perfect for our needs Everything was truly exceptional and exceeded all of our expectations. The place was clean and well-maintained, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The attention to detail and commitment to providing a welcoming environment were evident in every aspect of our stay. We especially enjoyed the pool, which was clean and inviting. Even in the evenings, the water was at a pleasant temperature for swimming. The helpful recommendations and quick responses to any questions made us feel truly cared for and valued as guests. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a truly exceptional stay.

Good location, just a short distance from town. I have been there with my family.The property is spotless and equipped with all essential household items. Host is very helpful and responded quickly to my questions. Highly recommended !

Really enjoyed our stay, beautiful location and villa was exactly what we were looking for. Great pool, clean, had everything you need. Daniels dad Leo was a good host, got some provisions in for our arrival which was very welcome as we arrived late. Leo would pop in to clean the pool but left us to it. Always friendly but didn't linger. Would definitely stay again if we travel back to the same area in Cyprus. Dragon cave is worth a visit for a swim and to see the sunset and within a 2 minute walk from the villa. One local restaurant within walking distance, good food and friendly. You won't find yellow sandy beaches on this part of the island but plenty of places along the coast where there are sunbeds and beach areas which are a pleasure to use. If you enjoy a less touristy area and a place that has maintained it's local charm this end of the island is ideal. Very friendly, and not overcrowded, which is what we look for in a holiday.
