We stayed here for a second time during Christmas and it was fantastic. It is even better than described. Home has lots of space. They added a pool table and a pinball machine. Both of these fully worked and proper parts to play. They had a ton of decent movies too. Big sectional couch was comfortable. If you are staying in Harrison or Branson, you will not find a better deal than here since you can be just about anywhere in Branson in 30 minutes or less (some places 20). Sheila is nice and proactive, they have a bunch of cool snacks left for you, the fire pit is in excellent condition, and the porch is just better than the pictures. This place is so nice and such a good deal I almost want to talk bad about it just so people won't book it but that wouldn't be right.

Loved our stay. We went for a last minute Valentine’s getaway. We were greeted with flowers, chocolates, and candles!!! Was a beautiful spot to stay, clean home, comfy and cozy throughout. We were not only allowed to bring our dogs but Jen was nice enough to lay out a dog bed for our fur babies too!! Jen was very responsive if we needed anything and loved the entire place. We will definitely be back to explore more in the future!

This property is incredible!! My husband and I and our 2 dogs had the most relaxing and wonderful week here. Our dogs enjoyed exploring and stretching their legs with all the space and we enjoyed the wonderful views, especially golden hour across the hills. Inside the space, it was extremely clean, spacious and had everything we needed. I particularly appreciated how comfy and nice the couch was because some airbnbs just buy the cheapest couch possible and call it a day. It was a little too windy to try the fire pit but maybe next time. We saw no one except for the occasional car driving past so it felt extremely private but there was a few shops and a great gas station nearby that serves hot food. A note for any dog owners, the fenced yard is closed in except for a door sized entry from the patio. If your dog may be a runner or doesn’t have the best recall, this might not be the best fit. Overall, one of our favorite airbnbs and we hope to be back very soon!

We had a wonderful stay. The property is amazing. We had a group of 10 and none of us wanted to leave. Google maps took us right to the ranch and the property is perfectly maintained and was easy to get around. The Hannah house is a very large house and with 10 people we never felt cramped at all. Would recommend this place to anyone. Well worth it.

It was a great place to stay for us! Easy to find our room and the flexible check-in was super simple. The host was very proactive with any information we needed before we needed it. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

place was clean upon arrival ,very cute place enjoyed the complimentary coffee and oatmeal and waters that were provided,the host messaged me the next morning after check in to see if we needed anything would stay here again.

The Flat made for a great stay! It was very clean and well-appointed. The heated floors in the bathroom were a nice touch. Oh, and the cupcakes made it way better than staying in a hotel!

Home is just as described. Very clean and comfortable. I personally loved the interior decor. It was stylish yet fitting for the age and setting of the home. Everything was very clean. Cleaner than you expect for an older home. You are directly next door to the owner but I never felt watched or bothered. I would def stay again and recommend to others.

Everything was as advertised! They had great rates and the oversized mini fridge was an awesome addition for our extended stay. We had a heater problem in our unit and staff quickly got on top of it and ultimately moved us to a working unit. Great communication and customer service!

The view at this cabin is absolutely worth the stay, especially if you’re wanting away from town and crowds. You get a wonderful view of the hills at sunset from your porch, and there’s a lovely swing. The place was clean and comfortable and has everything you need, the hosts made everything very clear and easy and there’s a binder and notebooks from other lodgers with recommendations for the area. It’s somewhat close to other properties but very peaceful and private. We didn’t use the hot tub or pool but they look beautiful! With such a great view as well. The drive to town is not very long or difficult. There are two dogs that wander around who are very friendly. The horseback riding on the same property was so easy and fun, you must give it a try if you stay here. The woman who manages the horses was incredibly kind and gave us a great experience, Highly recommend.

We stayed for a couple of nights with our adult children. Description, photos, and instructions were all accurate. Beautiful scenery and close to multiple Buffalo River Park hiking trails. Accommodations were perfect for our family to relax after hiking the trails. Weather was too cold for the pool but we did get to enjoy the hot tub. Would definitely return in the future!

I have to say that the stay at the rental was by far one of the best places we have ever stayed!!! Jesica was so helpful and very friendly and quick to respond to all my questions and concerns,, the home is exactly what you see and then some!!! The beds were awesome,, the hot tub was spectacular and well needed after hiking the numerous trails they are so close by,, the kitchen was splendid and the cook ware was top notch.. The game room is definitely a plus as well,, but honestly the best part was simply being together with my family,, and the peace and quiet of the porch,, in fact we had 2 eagles that would come in the afternoons ,, and seem to watch what we were doing!!! So if you are considering this property,, pull that trigger,, you will not be disappointed,, God Bless to all who read this,, and make those memories here,, we were so sad to leave,, but the vacation always has to end sometime,, but I can assure you ,,, we will return.. 5 Star for sure!!!

Theresa was a great host. Eager to help in any way. Very helpful with local things to do. Enjoyed walking down by the brook, visiting with the cows and the tiny horse. loved, loved watching the bees come and go at the hive’s.

Amazing!! Was nice and quiet. Jordana met us on the first day and introduced herself & her puppies and said if we needed anything not to hesitate. Gave us farm fresh eggs that were amazing. Recommend going ziplining, to turpentine animal refuge, and to downtown to walk around. The Rowdy Beaver & Red's pizzeria were good places to eat. We really enjoyed our time there and would love to come back again!

The perfect place if you’re looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. This place is centrally located to some of the best hiking in Arkansas like Glory Hole and Deer Trail Falls. It also has everything you need and more from kitchen supplies to DVD’s, board games, and books! Absolutely loved it!!

I had a great stay! The heating unit was not working very well when I arrived and Emma promptly got me a space heater and blankets. She was very responsive. The stars were also beautiful!
