We had 7 people in our group and we were all very comfortable. The house was very clean and homey. Anne was prompt with responses and we were able to get in a little early. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends and family.

We had a great stay! Very clean home with comfortable beds! Nice back yard and large garage where we could park the bikes. Thank you for allowing us to use the house for the week and we look forward to next year.

We had the pleasure of returning to Melissa & David's absolutely perfect beach house for the second time in 2 years. This cute little house with great access to the beach had all the amenities we needed for a cozy, comfortable and relaxing vacation. We're already planning our next visit. 5 stars!!

The house was very clean and open. Our dogs loved the fenced in backyard to run around. Everything was new. We also like the garage being big to pull in our vehicle in. It's not far at all from Downtown Sanford with great local shops and food.

Chris had a fantastic response time and was overall a pleasure to work with. The house was fairly difficult to find but that didn’t take away from the place. Great experience all together.

Melissa’s place is amazing! Everything you could need for your stay plus walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. Will definitely be back!

We were very happy with our stay...unbeatable location and value for us. Catherine was willing to let us check in a couple of hours early. We had a bit of a hiccup getting in the front gate but Catherine was readily available to help us and the rest of our stay was great. I'm hopeful we can schedule another stay next year.

Super kitschy, cool place to stay. Loved the old home feel and all of the vintage/antique decorations. Flagler is walkable to lots of restaurants and a short distance to the beach.

The location was wonderful. Right on the beach, beautiful neighborhood, and could walk to so many places; including the start line of the half marathon I ran (so convenient). I also loved the turtles in the neighborhood and met some friendly residents in our short 2 days there.

Nejma was a very nice lady and really cared for her guests.

We loved staying here! It was amazing to enjoy our morning coffee on the balcony, overlooking the ocean. We loved time on the beach and our kids were thankful for the skim boards and other beach toys that were provided. What an amazing weekend away for us!

10/10 would stay again! Wonderful for the price! She was amazing as well and very helpful!

Lovely accommodation. Felt at home with great appliances and fully stocked kitchen. Great ocean and pool view. Highly recommend to all seeking relaxation. Good vibes with beachy decor. Sharon was indeed an excellent host.

Amy’s place was very welcoming and cozy. It was exactly as she described it and the pictures don’t do it justice. View of the ocean, the beach is right there, place was immaculate, grounds were beautifully kept and the pool was always clean. Lots to do and see around the area. Many great restaurants, recommend Northwood Treehouse, so delicious. Lots of lounge chairs and shuffleboard available as well. Amy was amazing, responded quickly to messages, answered all our questions and had a nice welcome surprise for us. She provided everything, including chairs for the beach and beach towels. I would absolutely recommend Amy’s place to everyone and we will definitely be back. Thank you Amy for an amazing vacation, felt like home away from home. Mark and Shirley

Kelly was so communicative. She really cared about or safety and experience. She was very down to earth. Really enjoyed being right on the beach and it was a reasonable price.

We loved our stay at Peck Plaza! Carrie was very responsive and we had everything we needed to make it a comfortable visit. The place is very clean and you and can’t beat the view. The kids loved the heated pool and we loved the accessibility to the beach. Would definitely recommend staying here and would come back again!

Beautiful condo just a block from the beach. Kelly is an outstanding host. The condo has everything you need for a relaxing stay in Flager Beach. There are lots of great shops and restaurants within walking distance. You won’t be disappointed.

This was our 2nd time staying at The Fountain. We love the area and feel very safe here. The beach access is amazing and all of the amenities offered. This place was spacious and very well maintained which we appreciate when staying a long stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone!

A slice of paradise! We spent 4 weeks here. Secure building, great location, good free parking, nice pool, sauna and exercise room. The pool was wonderful, and the beach is stunning. Grocery and wine stores under a 5 minute drive. 20 minute drives to 4 public golf courses. Apartment clean, and very comfortable. Great bed, shower and kitchen, highly recommend!
