Buen alojamiento necesita ser un poco más preciso en cuanto a la cercanía y dirección de la playa pero a decir verdad es relativamente cerca y no muy concurrida y muy muy bonita!

I have been at Greg’s home prior. As usual, enjoyed our stay very much, so thankful for the details, amenities. We had everything we needed and MANY MANY extras. We Love this place, so close to beaches, great location. Would highly recommend and will surely come back.

I had a fantastic stay! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed, yet quiet enough to relax and unwind. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication effortless. Every little detail was thoughtfully prepared, from the cozy bedding to the well-stocked amenities. I truly felt at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience!

We had a lovely stay at Andres’ apartment. Unfortunately, we did lose power on our first night through our second day at the apartment. Unfortunately, it wasn’t specific to our building, it was something that affected the entire area we were in. Andres was commuting with us the entire time and attempting to troubleshoot as much as he could. Besides from that, we had everything we needed in the apartment. We were steps away from the beach, which was amazing and there were tons of restaurants and coffee shops in the area. We had everything we needed in the area. Andres also provided us with great recommendations. Overall, I highly recommend this place and would stay here again.

Our 4 night stay at Jose’s place was perfect. Jose was responsive and easy to communicate with. We had a minor issue with the internet, but Jose was able to get that resolved quickly. The condo is in a great location. We enjoyed the beach and walked or uber to local eateries for dinner. I would recommend this place.

Upon getting there, the gate is locked but I called Elsa and within seconds Mr Ramos was there to let us in and show us around. If you’re looking for a sense of security this place has a key fob to get onto the property and a key for the elevator as well. The view is absolutely beautiful. So many restaurants nearby and a 24hr market on the corner.

I will definitely be staying with Milly again. The apartment was clean and beautiful, just as described with a beautiful view of the ocean. Milly was very responsive and so sweet. I would recommend very highly!

Came for a solo birthday trip and this place was perfect. It was near everything and super clean. Host was super responsive. Bed was comfy and A/c cooled the space quickly. I felt safe in the neighborhood and the apartment. I’d stay here again. Anytime.

Pedro's place was super clean and spacious! It was very renovated and within Ubering distance of Old San Juan. It was close to Avenue Miramar, which had streets of restaurants and a nearby supermarket! He was also very responsive when we had any questions that came up during our stay. There are a few things to keep in mind though, such as the high noise level because it is located next to the highway and the thin walls, which allow you to hear the neighbors' TVs. Another thing is that there is no first aid kit in the apartment, so do bring your own when traveling, and there is no hot water in the bathroom sink. Other than those points to remember and be prepared for, it was overall a fantastic stay!

Angels is amazing host we love his place and have been there several times and will always come back as long as he has availability. place is Immaculate,area is beautiful thank you Angel for your space. It’s beautiful. I feel right at home. 1 out of 10 he gets 100 percent satisfaction

Had a great time thanks to this airbnb, very accommodating and safe, also with a relatively big group like ours it was spacious and everyone had their own space. DEFINITELY would recommend to anyone who is traveling with friends.

This place was so clean and beautiful. Very relaxing away from the noise but close enough to many places to visit. Javier has a binder of ideas of places to go in the area if you need an idea of where to go or places to eat. It was my first time visiting Puerto Rico and staying at a place like this only makes me want to book a flight to go again asap ! Great experience loved it !

Ivelisse was an amazing host. It was the first time a host personally gave the keys of her place and gave me a small tour of the facilities. Also, knowing it was my wife’s birthday, she decorated the apartment with birthday props. Overall the place is well equipped. It’s close to the beach and great restaurants. Also the views from the apartment are amazing. Definitely it’s a place that I will visit again. Thanks Ivelisse !!!

We had a great stay here. The building is very safe with security at the front entrance. The apartment was very modern and well furnished and free of clutter. The nearby beach was very nice and good for swimming and people watching. The neighborhood was very busy and loud until all hours of the night but that had nothing to do with the Airbnb. If you like nightlife it’s a great area!

La cama era súper cómoda, la cocina, baño estaba completamente equipada, todo genial. La ubicación fue perfecta: cerca de playas, restaurantes y bares, en una zona tranquila para descansar. Además, el anfitrión fue muy atento y servicial, siempre disponible para responder nuestras preguntas y dar excelentes recomendaciones locales. Great property. Good location. Easy to get to several restaurants on foot. Shower had good water pressure. View was immaculate. Host was very responsive. Apartment was very clean. I have no complaints. For some reason I thought it was a 2 bedroom but it is a 1 bedroom apartment. One bed is in the only bedroom and there is a pull out sofa bed in the living room that was very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again. The 2 beach chairs that were available also came in handy. Nice place overall.

This was a great place to stay with many great restaurants, bars and shops nearby. The water was beautiful, the beach is just steps away from the rear of the condo. The building is currently under construction but we never heard any noise being located so high within the building. Great place to stay, a perfect central point between the Airport and Old San Juan for sightseeing.

Friendly & responsive owner. This location is conveniently placed near a local supermarket, gas station, restaurants, & the beach. Highly recommend.

Place was a great find in middle of Condado. Great pool and right on the beach. Hosts were very responsive when we asked questions and needed some extra things. Building personnel were very nice as well and helped out. Bunch of restaurants and bars to walk to. Grocery store nearby. Convection oven and microwave combo. Nice kitchen. Confortable rooms and space. Parking space is not included but available to rent. There are schools in front so traffic can be hectic.

This is our second time staying at Rochelly’s place, we love it! The place is clean, close to the airport, crash boats, restaurants etc. See you soon :-)

We had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—just a short walk to a beautiful, quiet beach that felt like our own private escape during our late March/early April visit. The home is stocked with absolutely everything you could need, from snorkel gear to an air fryer and even a rice cooker. The rooftop patio was a true highlight—comfortable seating, stunning ocean views, and a constant breeze that kept things cool and peaceful. The outdoor kitchen was incredibly convenient, with a Blackstone grill, sink, fridge, and even a bathroom—perfect for laid-back meals and enjoying the view without ever having to go inside. The hot tub was crystal clean and the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach. The entire space felt like a true home away from home. The pull-out sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable, and there were more than enough towels and supplies. Thoughtful touches throughout made it feel like nothing was missing. Jose’s apartment was just what I was looking for. Everything I needed was nearby. Condado beach was steps away and the fantastic Ocean Park Beach was about a ten minute flat walk away. I reached Old San Juan by (free!) bus and even walked back once along the shore with a whole lot of joggers... Jose communicated thoroughly and in a very friendly manner... The place was well supplied with what you need for a stay at the beach… mostly, lots of towels and even a couple of beach chairs, as well.

Beautiful place right on the beach! Quiet neighborhood with a great sense of community and authentic Puerto Rican culture. Margarita was a responsive and accommodating host with great recommendations. The place was spotless, secure, with an inviting aesthetic, well worth it!
