Beautiful place, the pool was wonderful. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Our air conditioning broke and the receptionist did her best to troubleshoot the remotes to get it going again but was not able to. That was never resolved but she did bring us a fan she was able to find and we only stayed one night anyway. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable and the patio was nice to have too.

Beautiful location. Sea view. Big sliding glass doors and wonderful black out blinds. Brilliant shower. Gualter and his wife were perfect hosts, helping with local convenient car hire and taxi too. Always there to help make the trip smooth and special. Great hosts, great apartment, great location. There are sea water swimming pools within 5 minutes walk! We loved this.

Foi extremamente agradável estar no espaço da Sofia, tranquilo, limpo, prestáveis! Muito bonito e arrumado, muito próximo do aeroporto e de fácil acesso as atrações da ilha. Super recomendo

joli appartement, spacieux, bien aménagé et extrêmement propre. Le quartier est calme et prôche de tout (bus, magasins, centre, mer). Le contact avec le propriétaire s'est très bien passé.

A casa é maravilhosa! Espaçosa, cozinha muito bem equipada, varanda grande que permitiu fazer churrasco. O condomínio ainda tem uma academia e uma piscina que utilizamos quase diariamente. É um pouco afastada do centro, mas de carro se chega bem rápido e tem ponto de ônibus perto que em 20min se está no centro. A equipe da AL Açores foi excelente! Todos muitos gentis e atenciosos, respostas rápidas e genuína preocupação em nos deixar confortáveis.

The apartment is new and very well appointed . We had everything we needed for our stay, down to beach towels. The balcony is lovely to sit on. The pool was great for cooling off as well. Highly recommend the apartment.

Fantastic location close to the beach, restaurants and activities. Great launching spot for sightseeing on the island.

Sara's place was in a perfect location and it is a huge clean space. there was many air-conditioning units. Sara let us store our bags and left us bread, milk, juice, and coffee. it was nice to have some items in the kitchen when we arrived. I would highly recommend this listing.

My family just spent nine wonderful days here at the Garden Apartments. I can’t recommend this condo more. It was very clean, quiet, spacious, and set within a gorgeous garden. The area felt very safe (the whole island did, in fact). Our host, Paula, was immensely helpful and responded immediately when we had a few questions. The condo is half a block to one of the few beaches in the area, as well as a short walk to various restaurants along the waterfront. Five minutes to the west and you’ll find an extensive pathway along the ocean, as well as natural pools in the ocean and a massive selection of restaurants. The condo also has everything a family needs while here to cook dinners in. There are major grocery stores (with free parking lots) within five minutes in both directions. Thank you, Paula, for a wonderful stay. We’ve stayed at many rentals before over the years and your condo is easily among our most favourite stays ever.

We loved our stay at Kurt and Mitch's Airbnb - a peaceful beautiful location in the east part of the Azores. The care in design, very well appointed, special touches (like robes), and the kitchen was full stocked - they had everything we needed and then some! Great beds, sheets, and well, can't say enough on how much we enjoyed staying at their spot. So quiet which is what we wanted. The communication was seamless. Highly recommend staying here and we hoped to again!

Paulo nos ha ayudado cada día a planear nuestro itinerario según el tiempo cambiante de la isla, toda la familia siempre predispuesta a ayudar. Los plátanos de sus plantaciones siempre a mano, y con la compañía de sus mascotas. Disfrutamos de las cenas en la terraza, y la ubicación, es muy cómoda por su proximidad al aeropuerto y los diferentes puntos de interés de la isla

Fantastic place well thought out extension to the original surf house (there’s two apparently). The kitchen is well equipped and operates a hostel co-work feel as described with two lounge / desk areas to work comfortably from. It’s super close 5 min walk to the first stretch of shops and restaurants I was just unfortunate on time of year that a lot was closed over Christmas. Highly recommended - the blackboard of things to do in the kitchen including surf lessons delivered by their partners are a particularly nice touch that guided a lot of my plans. You could take a week or more just ticking off their list of activities. Enjoy!!
